Picked up a large screw in my tire. I sent my son to the Denton highway store at 3 oclock. They proceeded to tell him it would be tomorrow before they could get to it. On a side note, this store has been steadily losing my confidence over the past couple of years. I called the Rufe Snow store. Stephen said no problem, bring it over. In and out in 20 minutes. My new Firestone store.
We currently have one car. And our car wouldn’t start so our neighbor jumped it for us. Went to have the battery checked and were told it was fine and the issue was mostly the starter. SO we came here to Firestone. Stephen F was so AMAZING with his explanations and helping us out with suggestions. He even rechecked the battery and found out that the issue WAS the battery after all!! His calm demeanor and customer service was exactly what we needed to turn our frustrating situation around. Thank you Stephen!!
Not very professional. The guy at the front counter said that they were short on people and were running days behind. When asked when would be a good time to return to have my vehicle checked out, the front counter man looked puzzled and just shrugged. Needless to say, I went to an auto repair that could handle the repair. I understand that a repair shop can have staffing shortages, just as any business can have this happen.But that response?!?! And I had such high hopes for Firestone. Geez.
Yeah I believe they did a good job on a balancing the tires but they still didnt fix the problem with my tire sensors and then Im at a appointment and 45 minutes later the car still not moved and I figured if you had an appointment you should be right in thats why you make an appointment I was very unhappy about that

Horrible. Waited two hours for them to tell me they didn’t have my oil filter and I had to wait 5 more hours to get it done . Went down the street to another place and they did it in 45 minutes . Worker was also rude. Go anywhere else

They did my new tire installation good but car alignment bad the first time done by Daniel, he was also rude when I tried to explain the problem, he did not wanted to even know about when I returned, they corrected it but made me wait more than two hours more, I arrived at 12:10 and left after 3 pm the first time, arrived back at 3:15 and left again at 5 pm. The office clerk Emeka, the tire installer and realignment was done by Jared, they both were always nice and offered a discount on oil change. They kept the previously quoted price without change.

Today i have decided to take my business elsewhere. I give this shop plenty of work with our fleet of 6 vehicles that run all day 5 days a week. They still have one of my tires i have to go get from them. where do i start. took a vehicle because of bad play in the front wheel. get a call to pick it up bad play still on it. I decide to fix it myself by putting the spare tire on boom problem solved. ok ill let it slide. we take in a vehicle to get a tire replaced and it comes back without the spare tire on it (the tire i have to go pick up). We take a vehicle to get a back light hub replaced, tire in the cargo area changed, and an oil change. we work in the medical field so its urgent we have our vehicles ready promptly. i call this morning to ask if vehicle is ready. I get told that it is. bring it back. not one single thing was done. light hub still filled with water the tire in the cargo area still flat. I decide to check the oil and it is Blacker than coca cola. Came here because of bad service with pep boys down the street. now on to the next one.they get 1 star because i cant give 0

I booked an appointment through an 3rd party app which I never had issue with. Firestone flat out lied about not accepting my appointment. I took my business somewhere else and gladly pay more for better service.

The young man who greeted me was very warm and welcoming. I was getting a bumper to bumper diagnostic on a car that I was considering purchasing and he listened to my concerns and assured me that he’d instruct the mechanics to look at the things I had mentioned in addition to things they already were checking. The mechanic performed the inspection in an hour which was the time estimate he gave me. He even left a personalized message telling me that the car was in excellent condition! This definitely put me at ease and I felt that the Firestone team was very trustworthy and honest. I bought the car and LOVE it thanks to their diagnosis. I’ll be back!
I would give a 0 if I could. Jeremy the manger should be demoted. I needs a fuel pump changed through my warranty department. He kept giving them the wrong vin but told me he sent a photo to them and now 5 days later come to find out he didn’t and was giving them wrong vin. He doesn’t seem to care just wanted to shut me up and stop calling. Good bye Firestone HELLO PEPBOYS!!!
Lazy management thats why this store will never ever do good after Cliff left store went down not had anyone to do what he did for the store. I spent so much money and a very good customer. I regret coming back to buy my tires at Firestone same reason I quit because they let some idit manage their company. There is a few good stores just have to find them. This will most definitely be my last set of tires from Firestone.
Total ripoff artists.We had a misfiring cylinder and suspected it was the spark plug. We took our car in around 1pm. They offered to charge us $90 to diagnose the issue. When we asked for an estimate of the cost if we did replace the spark plug they advised it would be $493.35. This would include four spark plugs at $20 a piece. A typical spark plug costs $3-$7. When we pointed this out the sales rep did admit there was a bit of a mark up, but hey, they guarantee the work for up to a year so the mark up makes sense. If you do good work you shouldnt be charging for a guarantee because you shouldnt be paying out on the guarantee often enough for it to cut into your profits. Thank you though for offering us half the diagnosis fee back if we choose to go ahead with the remaining $500 tab. That was very big of you. Just in case you were interested, the average cost to have all four spark plugs changed is $75. I know this because Im a modern woman, with thumbs, capable of using a smart phone.By the way, we changed out all four spark plugs ourselves for $30 and a spark plug socket. And we did it all before 3, including shopping trips and ice cream.
The Rufe Snow Firestone deserves ZERO stars. Just AVOID THIS FIRESTONE & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They were supposed to rotate tires, balance & alignment on my vehicle. My tires were NOT rotated (I always mark them before having this procedure & you should do it also because people are lazy & you will need new tires much sooner if your tires are Not rotated). My tires are all 10+ lbs LOWER after they finished with my vehicle so now I need to air them up correctly. The alignment is now pulling DANGEROUSLY to the right and above 50 mph my entire vehicle SHIMMIES. It wasnt doing ANY shimmying or pulling until after they aligned it. Im Very Upset that I WASTED my time here on my day off & now I need to spend even More Time to have my vehicle corrected.
We have taken all five of our cars to the NRH location. The customer service here is excellent. We have tried other firestone locations but this is the best by far!

8 months ago when Tyson was a manager there a technician broke my headlight bracket to my light bold. Causing my left light not to work. Since this happened this store has changed management 3 times and have ordered the wrong part now 3 times as well. Patrick, the current store manager doesn’t care for any of the inconveniences they have caused me or that my car needs a state inspection and won’t pass.

I had a great service at this location, and at every Firestone location Ive ever visited! My service person was up front about my tire puncture, what the options were, and the timeline of completion. I had to buy a new tire 😢 but my service was fantastic!

Came in for an oil change and check my front differential because I believed I had a pinion seal leak. Bill the technician found that it was the lines to my oil cooler, not my differential saving me big$$$$. Patrick ordered the parts and scheduled the repairs. Bill completed the repairs in the time Patrick said it would take. Fantastic service from Patrick and Bill!

My car was driving very poorly and making all kinds of noise. I took it to firestone on Rufe snow and so glad I did. Trent looked at my car and told me what need to be replaced and even took the time show me some of his concerns. My brakes and rotors where worn very badly and cv axles where throwing grease all over the the bottom of my car. He replaced it all within a few hours and now my car drives fantastic no more annoying noises. Thank you firestone you have my business for feature repairs...:)
I have had some real bad experiences with Firestone! I mean bad!😭😭 But this Firestone on Rufe snow is amazing. They really know how to work on vehicles. My son in law is a jet mechanic and he took his truck here,cause he didnt want to mess with it.Even know he knew how to fix it.He just didnt want to.After taking his truck to Firestone, he looked over their work gave them 👍👍 up! Now this is my new Firestone!
Review updates: just got 4 new tires and an alignment for our Subie. Great service - we had an estimate that matched exactly what their online out the door price. In fact, they gave us a little discount. Patrick, manager, seems to be good with everyone who comes in for services. They were very busy but took care of us rather quickly. Thanks for the services.All our oil changed and quick maintenance are done by them. Nice, professional and friendly bunches of staffs. We normally go to the one in Harwood road, but the services seems consistent with Firestone. Really great to know that we can expect the same services we come to know.
I needed my tires rotated l called for a appointment it was done in the time they said it would take good service.
After a bad experience at another location, I was hesitant to take my vehicle back to any Firestone, I dropped into this location for an oil change and coolant check. Tyson was great, he explained all of my options and worked with my schedule to ensure my vehicle got done in a timely manner. I have since recommended this location to others, and do not feel comfortable taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Always come here for my car needs. BOB is the most honest one there. He will never sell you something you dont absolutely NEED. Big guy and may sound harsh but hes just keeping it real with you. Ive heard some other customers asking for only him. Sometimes yes theres a wait, but Id try to avoid the weekends. Thats the most busy time for them. Bob was the one to assist me last time, went in for only a oil change he noticed my air pressure light was on (was wondering what that light was) and he fixed right up for me. He noted try saving for some tires, you will need some soon and, you will need a new air filter as well but other then that car looks good I will never go anywhere else. FIVE STARS!!
I had never used the store before but had a dead battery and remembered seeing the store near my house and always thought it looked clean and well kept. So dropped by in the morning on my way to work, Mike didnt have a battery in stock for my Cadillac so he called to all the other Firestone shops who didnt have it, so he called Interstate Battery and they had it in within a couple of hours. When I went back to have it installed they worked quickly and got me back on the road. Very knowledgeable about Cadillacs so I will definitely be back there.

Make sure when you change your tires for car after long time may be you not remember for warranty if something happens on tires. This location I had bad experience 2 years ago I never stop . But with my friend have problem so I explain. This location manager is not doing good service. He dont know how to talk with customers . Was making resist with loyal customer. Talking dump with customer . I dont know may be this manager can make lost owner business. Not listening of customers how to talk with customers and how to explain to customers. Hope u guys this location may be you will never get your satisfaction.
If I could give them half a star only I would. Called scheduled an appointment that was fast and easy. Went in the next day, got there 10 mins before 4 pm. Told Mark I was in for my 4 oclock appointment and he sounded like my arrival wasnt a good timing. He took my keys and we sat in waiting area till 5:30 when Mark finally came up to me and said they had to reschedule my car because they couldnt check it out today. Wish he could have foreseen this with all the work they had when I first arrived. Waist of my time!
Great experience. Called up to see about an oil change and spoke to Phil and was told it would not be a long wait. Arrived at the store about fifteen minutes later and spoke to Bill and he got me set up and my car was in the bay less than five minutes later. The only thing was, the technician started taking my tires off once the car was on the lift and I asked Phil why he was doing that. Come to find out the tech was reading the wrong work order. The good news is, my brakes were good and I was not charged for the brake inspection, Highly recommend this place, very professional and courteous,

WARNING!!!! The unprofessionalism from Mng. Patric and his team had plenty of time to evaluate the proper diagnostic and resolve the problem with my vehicle. After asking him multiple times prior of picking up my vehicle he mention the vehicle is ready. Firestone needs to evaluate there procedures and give the proper training to there incompetent personnel working at this location.
Non-Existant customer service. Caught them charging me for something they didnt do. Then they lied about it. Had another Firestone tell me they get nothing but problems out of this store. BUYER BEWARE

I do not recommend using them they try to force you to have u necessary repairs done so that they can over charge. I needed a water pump and they said they would have to replace the thermostat also on my Ram 1500 the price more than doubled from $300 to over $700. I asked how much they were charging for the part they said $89 was their cost I told them to forget it I could by that part for less than $20 at any auto parts store they tried to argue with me about the cost I told them they were out of their minds and that I was not an idiot and they could stick their price gouging where the sun doesnt shine and left went to Oriellys sure enough part was $20.
I had my car aligned at a competitors shop and they (for whatever reason) didnt have the ability to do it right. I knew this shop was new and had new equipment so I scheduled my alignment with them after getting a refund at shop #1.I knew about their new shop and equipment but what I didnt know was that they also have excellent customer service and a desire to do a job absolutely right. I am very, very satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend them to others or bring my vehicle back in the future. AAAA+++++

I do not recommend to go this store for spend any amount. Frontdesk staff (she) was rude, refused to provide corporate and manager phone. Car was not inspected professionally and had to visit twice in a week but manager never apologize. However, I spend up to 1K in this store for nothing so I took my car to discount tires for professional work and peace of mind.Spoke with manager on the phone but found he was not a good listener. I bet this is a franchise store which must have not controlled by corporate. Stay away from this shop.

Just completed what could have been an exasperating and frustrating transaction with Cliff, the manager. Instead he was extremely professional, kind and transparent. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am extremely satisfied and I will use this location in the future as well as recommend others!
This place really went downhill for the past year, but now that patrick is back ther entire atmosphere and even attitude of the employees has changed. He is extremely honest, respectful and does his best to let me know when something is going to need to be changed soon. As a single mother I appreciate that heads up and chance to save up for it. Im so thankful to say that I will be returning her again for business. As long as patrick is running this store I will be a loyal customer!
First time customer looking for a place to get non mechanical services completed. We purchased a new battery with installation. The front tire has to be removed to get to the battery. When we got the car home my husband inspected the wheel well and found only two push pins holding the panel in place. The other pins had been broken when removed and just shoved back in. This is not the right way to put a panel back in that is subject to water penetration. We will not be returning here for any service.

The employees at this shop demonstrated their efficiency, professionalism, and good communication. I brought in my vehicle that had nearly overheated on the road. In under 24 hours, Firestone had repaired a hard-to-access Thermostat and replaced radiator hoses, which had to be over-nighted. I was impressed by their appreciation of my timetable and their helpfulness.
Conflicted on my rating of Firestone.I dropped my car off for an alignment and requested to pickup the following day afterhours. I returned to Firestone the next day to find my car still in their garage. No phone call all day or notice of changes.Called them first thing in the morning the next day and they gave no explanation or excuse and said,its being aligned now, give me twenty minutes.I get that mechanic shops get busy. But its annoying when you have ten hours to complete an alignment and it doesnt get done. Customer service is very lacking here. They performed the alignment okay but gave no discussion about my cars inspection results.
I realized yesterday morning when my car battery wouldnt start the car that it was time for a new battery. This Firestone is right now the street from my job so went for a new battery on my lunch break. I had spoken with Crystal on the phone earlier to make sure I could get in and out of there in my allotted time, she was so helpful. When I went to get the battery she was true to her word and they got me in and out within the hour. Her customer service is beyond A1, I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to the company.
Great experience! Honest guys. They thought they would have to replace a bad wiring harness, but a more simple fix with a loose wire. Got out of their shop for $100 less than expected! And very prompt. I was out of town visiting friends and they were so quick with repairs it hardly sidelined our plans at all!
They do good work but there always short staffed so it better to drop your car off cause on a good day 3 to 4 hours if you sit and wait

The Manager Cliff Keller was quite disrespectful. My car seat was covered in mechanics grease. When I asked him about the stains, he blamed me and denied his worker ever set a foot in my car. He gave me attitude through the entire conversation and laughed at me when I said that seat was clean when I got there. He then opened the back door of my car and said did we do this too? referring to a stain I had made no mention of to tried and make me feel stupid. WHAT A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.Our previews experience with Jared and the rest of the staff was great. We are only complaining about the one who is supposed to be a good example to others as the manager sad to say that Cliff Keller is far from a good leader or example to follow.

The Store Manager Patrick Morgan may be one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and I will not be returning after he refused to help me with my stripped oil pan that Firestone caused.

3 Hours to change a single tire, after a 1 hour 20 minute estimated wait. Went around 2PM and it was pretty dead.I could’ve swapped it out myself had I known it was going to take so long
I only come here when I have expensive work to do where I use my firestone credit for 6 months free internet. But I suspect they mess up my vehicle to begin with. Dont go here find a better place that isnt corporatize.
The waits are long. I got a wheel balance because I had a shimmy at 40mph. Now the shimmy is at 80mph.
Went in to have a alignment issue fixed under warranty and was informed my upp ball joint nut was about to come off. They refused to tighten it since they didnt install the item. Allowed me to leave with a ball joint nut about to come off which possibly have caused a wreck. They do not care about true customer servive and doing what is right to fix a simple problem. Will never do business with this place again. Corporate office will be notified.
Brought my dually in for alignment, they said they could do it, after having my truck for 4 hours then they realized that they couldn’t do it, now I’m sitting here on a Saturday evening with no one else open unable to drive my vehicle. Very disappointed with the service

Have used this service facility for service, state inspection service and vehicle problem solving. When there was a problem with one of my repairs they as well as their District Manager worked on the problem until it was resolved. Would I recommend them...Yes!
Once they sell you the tires, the customer service ends. Make an appointment for a rotation, they tell you it will take 20 minutes, show up at your scheduled time, and they tell you it will take an hour. Why make an appointment. And then they want to charge you again to balance and rotate them.
Beware of scammy upsells. Went in for two tires. Took two hours,with appt. but it was a saturday. Tried to sell me over $1500 of useless stuff. I mean like axles and stuts kind of stuff.My actual problem - a slightly bent tire rod that causes uneven wear that I have been putting off fixing for a while.
Customer service at this location is severely lacking. I took my vehicle in this morning for WARRANTY work on brakes, they said about 45 minutes. 1.5 HOURS later, I stood up asked for my keys and walked out. I called the same location when I arrived at my home, and was told “the guy in front of you required more work.” When I asked to make an appointment, he said something like “there’s no need for all that.” I’m assuming that he said that because an employee from corporate was at the store and he was leading the corporate employee to think that I was complaining. Utter silliness and complete lack of integrity and values....Mr Harvey Firestone most definitely would not be happy with this manager.

Terrible Workmanship, untimely repairs, incompitent staff members. Ive brought my vehicle in 3 times for the same issue, spent over a grand, to diagnose a tire problem myself.... Staff members are rude and make you feel like youre wasting their time... I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy.
