The employee who helped me was great! He even explained what was wrong with my lights. He just forgot to mention a labor fee, so I was a little shocked by the overall cost at checkout. I was told about the cost of the bulbs ($26) and the cost of the installation ($60) but not a labor fee ($120). Although, it’s understandable that there is a labor charge. I just would’ve like a quote before the work was started. I am very thankful that they were able to determine the electrical issue at no cost. I definitely recommend this place!

This is my second time bringing my truck here. On this occasion I got my 2006 truck inspected and the wipers replaced. They worked me in right away. The service was fast and the people are professional. The prices are fair. I will be back.

Great place to get an oil change and state inspection. Fair prices, quick and honest service. Free tire rotation with oil change is a great bonus discount. They noticed that the oil plug gasket wasnt sealing properly and replaced it for just a few dollars - that stopped the car from leaking oil. Enjoyed chatting with Chip and Brian.

Chip and the guys at Midas were top notch. We came in thinking we needed front pads per the dealerships recommendation. Chip said hed take a look after he finished up with the customers ahead of me so I left the car. I got a call about 40 mins later, all my pads still had 80% an Chip left the wheels off for me to verify. I also needed a state inspection, they found my front windows to have too dark of tint so they didnt charge me a thing.

I received excellent service! They even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was going well with my vehicle.

I went in for a vehicle inspection on my lunch hour without an appointment. They were professional and quick. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Went to this location in hopes of an oil change before my road trip, i pulled up and there was a group of workers just playing around laughing. nobody came to ask what i was in need of. i went inside hoping maybe a manager was at the desk. i walk in, stand for 7 minutes while a guy was talking on the phone. i left immediately afterwards. poor customer service.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. Had brakes and struts replaced. The online estimate process and response was very quick. I had checked a couple of other places and Midas was the most competitive on price (I also appreciated the online coupons). The service reps explanation when I went in was clear and honest. Got some tires here. Excellent pricing on tires, mounting, and balancing - the tire prices were as good as online wholesalers (if you include the online guys shipping), and thats fairly unbelievable if youve ever compared online wholesalers to tire shops. Services were inexpensive, free alignment, free rotations for the life of the tires. I saved about $150 against any other tire store I called for pricing. Plus they put up with me being very picky about tire selection, which I appreciate - I have to live with them for years, so Im picky! Staff is pretty friendly, too. And I told them I would be the first one there in the morning to get it done, and I had a tight schedule. They got me out of there faster than Ive ever seen tires and alignment done, and I had extra time to cushion my schedule.All in all, thanks. Will recommend . . . what does it look like Im doing here!?

I called and spoke to someone on the phone about how long it took them to replace my brakes if I brought my car in. The person told me they’d have my car out in 2 hours. I asked this cuz I have a baby I have to haul around and have to depend on a ride to help me. I dropped my car off at 12:15. I didn’t get a call back about the estimate on my car until an hour later. After they tried to “recommend” me replace all kinds of other stuff which was gonna end up being over $800 something dollars I asked them to speak to my husband about it. It ended up only being $555 after my husband told them what all we needed done. An hour later I called to see if my car was going to be ready soon and was told another hour. By this time my ride had to leave back to work cuz I told her I only needed her for 2 hours. By the time they called me to get my car it was 4:15. So 4 hours later I got my car and they even over charged me more thinking I didn’t catch it and had to adjust it. I guess that’s what happens if you’re a female and drives a Lexus. They said whatever to get my business over the phone and didn’t follow through with what they promised. They definitely hustled me. Never again will I do Midas.

We pulled in with a possible nail in tire, it was low, the man came in with a huff, my husband said, bad day?. Dude said everyday, what do you need? We told him we needed a tire checked, he huffed again and said you know its probably best to just replace it talking to my husband like he is stupid. My Husband said its just a nail that would need a patch/plug. The man was just very rude and unhelpful, we just left and bought a plug kit at ORiellys and fixed it himself. Loss of business..

Used this place for years but staff has become rude, angry, and new people are incompetent. Last time we used them they messed up the engine undercarriage shield.—update - the owner did contact us and graciously paid for the cost of replacing the damaged undercarriage. Doesn’t change the environment there, but at least they did the right thing.

I lucked out finding these guys. Been to a lot of auto mechanics in my life but these guys are fair and work hard for you...and theyre HONEST. On top of all that, they do a great job.

Have gone to this Midas for over 20 years. Started when Rich owned it, and Keith has carried on the same great service and honest business practices that have been their trademark for over two decades.I had a loose nut on my wiper arm that made one side not work on my Cadillac. They could have replaced an expensive part and charged me whatever they wanted and I would have been happy and never the wiser. Instead they tightened up the nut and sent me down the road at no charge. Excellent, Honest service. A+ guys.

I had multiple good experiences with the rude snow location but chip and his staff are not knowledgeable enough !! I took my car 2 times to get looked at due to loud clicking noise when turning. They were stumped and I told them I have had bad axles before and thats what it must be. They replied nothing we can find wrong on 2 different visits!! I take it to another shop and its diognosed within 5 mins. ...it s a bad CV AXLE, tjere was grease leaking. REALLY!?!?!?! Im no mechanic and I knew what it was!! Wow just wow. Bad business!!! This could have broke! 😬😬

Good service, fixed my front brakes and took care of an issue that came up from a rear axle brake job at the Pantego location a year ago on warranty, no charge.

Went in for an oil change was in and out quickly and the staff was great.

I went to have a screw removed and the tire repaired. They broke the whole tire, but gave me a new tire. Every one of the tires had a different tire pressure and they stole my valve stem caps. I had to go back to get my caps and the pressure adjusted. I suggest we wait till they hire experienced help until you go here in the near future.

This is my go-to place when I need a state inspection. They have always took really good care of our vehicles in this department
