Weve used been using A to Z for years. We trust them implicitly. Wouldnt even consider another mechanic shop. Family and friends feel the same way... trust A to Z with all auto repairs. Adam and Sonya give excellent service at an excellent price. Very reasonable and trustworthy.

Went in because my hydraulic clutch lost pressure, they called me and told me i need a new transmission, i drove it off their lot.But they did help me push start it so 2 stars, they might not know what a clutch is but atleast they were able and willing to push me off their property.

Had the engine in my pickup overhauled recently after other shops recommended junking it. Adam assured me he could fix it like new and he did!!! And at a price that was way more reasonable than the dealer wanted! Highly recommend A to Z Auto repair for any repair, especially the ones other shops turn away!

Listen to the other reviews here don’t buy any used car from them or use them for service. I had nothing but problems on a car that I bought from them. Claimed it had a “New” engine. Engine has so many problems and spend so much money fixing my so call new engine. If you find a Facebook dealer called Albanianbenz don’t buy from him.

They are the biggest scammers of that town, crooked and thief’s, if you send your car here it will be worst then how your brought it. Please guys report these people so you won’t be stuck in middle of no where, I like honesty and this place is not.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you do you will regret it. They over charge and don’t even fix your problem. If anything they make it worse . The lady that “answers the phone” is rude and has no professional manners at all. All & all horrible place to take your car for anything. I wouldn’t even recommend getting an oil change here. Mike is a wonderful, HONEST mechanic! A to Z offers friendly, time efficient, professional, honest service. The cost of repairs is always reasonable (one of my vehicles is a foreign car). I always go and walk away feeling confident that I have received the best service and the correct diagnosis for my vehicles. As a woman, I was always worried about going to an auto repair service place alone. With other mechanics, I walked away with 15 other things that needed to be done. Ive been going to A to Z for years and Ive been more than pleased EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

We have used A to Z for 12+ years. They are, by far, the most fair and reasonable repair shop around. They dont sell you parts or repairs that you dont need. Their prices are extremely fair. A to Z Auto Repair is awesome beyond words! I was told by another automotive repair service that to fix my truck I would have to invest another $5000 to get it road worthy electrically. Adam fixed my truck for less than $200! He and his crew are worth their weight in gold!!! He is one of the most honest mechanic/business owners that I have ever done business with. We took our car here after reading so many great reviews and had a great experience. They only fixed what needed to be repaired, and did not even suggest other things that were not necessary. They did mention something that we might need to have looked at down the road that could be caused by the transmission issue we were having, but said it wasnt a necessary repair. They 2 repairs A-Z did were a transmission flush and replacing the thermostat, and cost significantly less than we have been quoted by 3 other repair shops for just the thermostat. A-Z had the work completed quickly, correctly, and were by the the most reasonably priced repair shop we have been to!

Do not go to these people if you have a foreign car, I have taken my volvo to this place 4 different times for a check engine light that is on, they have told me it is the spark plugs and have had to replace them 3 different times. On the 4th visit I took the vehicle Friday night so they can check it Saturday morning, they said they fixed it so I picked it up, took it home. The very next day as I was driving the same light came on so I took it somewhere else to get checked why the light was on. The very same problem, almost as if they just reset the light and told me they fixed it. The only reason took it there as many times as I did is because they were a trusted mechanic to my family but never again. Now having to go to a dealership to fix the very same problem that I already paid for that they supposedly fixed multiple times. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Been taking my vehicles here for a couple of years. They do seem a little quirky at first (to quote another person who also left a positive review). But they know what they are doing and are fair (cost-wise). They are a no-nonsense type of organization that has plenty of business. I always recommend them to my friends. Just try not to have a conversation and stick to the task at hand.

Ive never been disappointed.The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and service/repairs have always been competed in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service. My air conditioner was not blowing so I took it in to check what was wrong. The mechanic tore apart the dash and never put it back together. Owner stated I needed to take it to the dealership because I added an exhaust and intake; that I should put it back to stock and that was my main problem. Took it to another shop where I found out that BMWs stop blowing when freon is low. Ill admit I didnt know that; but Im not a mechanic. The owner still charged me and never gave anything in return. Worst customer service.

This place sucks! I bought a car from them and he said im a good mechanic I stand by work this is a good car Ive only had it a month and had to take it back twice the first time he just cleared the light and said nothing is wrong said get a oil change i did nothing changed. The engine is misfiring and now he is saying its something that 700 to fix and yelled at me over the phone saying its a used car! Horrible customer service and a cheat!! Dont buy a car from him!

My car was a PITA, 5 mechanics tried and failed to fix it. Toyota dealership could not fix it (car is a Toyota). Adam at A to Z said hed fix it, 1 day in his hands and my car is good as new! No more check engine light and passed inspection. Thank you for being there and a true MECHANIC!

Great service. They gave a rough estimate to replace my leaky radiator about $100 less than nearby competitors (who couldnt believe it when I told them!) and got it done the next day. Called me when it was ready and did a great job.

I was very pleased with the owner, his wife and the other mechanic customer service. The owner explained everything he was going to do before he began working on my Ford Focus. I had brought my car to another mechanic but he didnt have the electrical knowledge this shop had Furthermore, the owner even assisted me by contacting Oreilly auto parts about a return problem I was having . The store did not want to give me a refund for my alternator but after the owner of A to Z repair contacted them they eagerly gave me a refund with no hassle. Now thats what I call going above and beyond your job duty. Thanks A to Z repair, I will be back and will be referring others as well.

The place is a joke. I dont recommend this place at all. They changed the oil on my truck and stripped the drain plug. When I went back to talk to the owner/manager he was rude and unprofessional. He tried to blame the problem on someone else. I definitely dont recommend this place. Very bad experience!!

Went in to get a welding job done, VW wanted to replace the whole exhaust for 1200, had gone to 3 other shops prior that didnt want to work on it, these guys knocked it out in less than an hour and had it done for under 200. Little quirky but they know what they are doing for sure. highly recommend and will be sending people their way!

I have a 2005 Ford Expedition it needed a motor they took very good care of me at a good price.

Horrible customer service. When I took in my BMW they could not fix it and left it disassembled. When I asked if they were planning on putting it back together, the mechanic stated I act like if I had a Ferrari. Do only Ferraris fet reassembled here? Im not sure why I had to have an arguement about not driving a Ferrari. When I told the owner he did not care too much as he already charged me and could not get into my ECU because he didnt have the tools. Maybe they only have them for Ferraris.

Not so happy. Drove my BMW 60 miles as a test drive, cracked the grill, and spilled a sticky drink on passenger door/window.

Wow i cant believe these people.Ive been dealing with these people for over (5) years now and i have had nothing but GREAT luck with these guys.My sister has a 08 honda van that she required $4000 worth of work @ the local Honda dealer,I suggested to have the guys @ Ato Z take a look @ it,and they did the same service plus other preventive maintance services for $1200 less!!!!! And Ive refered all of the REALcustomers i no about them.So for the ones that are calling them rude and unprofessional.....Take A good look in the mirror and ask urself if its you and not a to z thats not PROFESSIONAL!!!!

OK these dudes are only somewhat helpful warning if your a female they will try to take you for a fool the man who owns this place Im assuming is not to bad hes at least honest sort of they are pricey and they dont do much for the money they want they I did not feel like a welcome new customer there are very rushed to deal with you but once you leave your car there they take forever to do the work leave you waiting hours on end just for a fluid change personally I wont return

I do not recommend them, I took out a van at Discount Motors and they took it there to change the gas pump and they made it worse, first with a noise in the gas tank and then the second time, according to what was already left, it was worse by throwing gas down the lines of the injectors
