Always busy. No matter when you go the wait is 3+ hours. This always being the case they need to add another service department and hire a few more qualified techs to keep people moving in and out.

Spoke to service advisor Jose G. about my issue a week before I brought in my truck. He was very helpful and provided me with useful resource numbers to inquire about other things. This is a very nice dealership! Most everyone seemed friendly. May think about stopping here for my next purchase🕵 well organized yard. Looks like a wide range of inventory!

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation ahead of time. Miscommunication on their end led to my appointment being on their calendar but not on their agenda? Either way Jimmie Mathews revived my first experience here with his 5/5-star service. He did well to provide an ETA of my car, and made sure to check up on me periodically. He was so personal in his service, I felt like one of the guys. They were busy when I arrived, but they got me in and out in a timely manner. Westway Ford in Irving, TX could learn a few things from these guys.

Based on multiple appointments, this service department is unorganized, understaffed, and too busy to accept my vehicle. Upon arrival to today’s appointment, there’s only one person checking people in. All this person does it look to see if you have an appointment and show you your service advisors desk. When the appointment I made online cannot be found, I told him the name of the service advisor that I had been assigned via my online appointment only to find out that that person was on vacation. I was then asked to wait in front of multiple service advisors while they tend to other customers. 15 minutes later the first person spoke a single word to me about my appointment. He then proceeded to look up my appointment, couldn’t find it, and had trouble finding my vehicle which has been to this location at least twice previously for service and has had the same encounter upon checkin. I was timid to even schedule the appointment knowing that this frustrating experience could occur again but I thought I’d give them another try. Not today, I left. Perhaps you have more patience than I do, but what I can tell you is that today was not an isolated event for me and I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here for service.I will add, no one was rude or impolite. But they do not seem to work together as a team. It seems to be every person to themselves. And their customer service from the moment you enter seems to be lacking. In the 15 minutes while I waited, i observed one Service advisor tell a customer who is trying to check in that he wasn’t sure where the check in person was, that they were supposed to be out here, and that he would try to find them. Upon re-entering the building he ran into the Check in person, told him a customer was waiting, and the check in person raise his hands in frustration as it to say he needed help. No help was to be found. And instead cars backed up into the fire lane.I will also add that in the past once I’ve gotten through the gauntlet of dropping my vehicle off, they have done good work. It has taken a while. But the work was quality and after you’ve had this experience repeatedly and shared it they tend to actually cater to you. So depends on what you want to put up with to get the kind of customer service experience that you can get from the first moment other places.

Parts Manager took the time to find an obscure part (I have an older model Ford) and explained its operational value to me, so that I could make an informed decision regarding purchasing said part....above and behind.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! very unorganized they were supposed to do a diagnostic. They didnt,know if they did or not, spoke with the manager Scott Wilson the gentleman instead of managing the situation to fix my vehicle decided to want to charge me more to fix it and would not promise any guarantee.100 dollars an hour for that money you better guarantee the service. Guy knows he has alot of business he dont care, wrong attitude for a manager though.

I guess because my vehicle is older just hard to come across parts but tried to get center console and ash tray/cup holder for dash and was quoted over $400 for the two and this is for an 04 f150..needless to say I still need em lol

Charging me $150 to see my car to fix warranty issues they first acted like they could not see my car history for how many times they have had to fix it. Dont go with ford if you can help it.

Had to take daughters ford in for a recall to replace the airbag. They were friendly and got us in and had the car out the same day. Air bag light is off and she is safe again.
