THEY WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I took my truck to be looked at for what I had assumed was an electrical problem but it was just something that I could fix on my own and they tried to charge me $200 for it so I said no. When I went to pick it up the woman told me it was $100 for the diagnostics fee. The man I gave my keys to never mentioned it would be that much and every other place Ive gone to hasnt charged me more than $60 for the diagnostics so I raised some question about it and she told me it was on the paper I signed. So very politely I asked her to show me where and no where on the paper did it say clearly diagnostic fee, it just said in small print something about refusing service. Even after I said okay I will pay the fee I just didnt realize it would be so expensive this woman gave me extreme disrespect and attitude and said then you shouldve read the paper, which I did, but they just failed to clearly state their diagnostic fee. Not to mention when the man called me to tell me the issue with my vehicle, he treated me like I was stupid for not knowing the problem as if I was supposed to know as much as an experienced mechanic. I have been working in customer service since I was 15 so I am very understanding and kind when it comes to stuff like this but THEY ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE, ARROGANT, AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

I have been going here for years and always felt as if I was treated fair and never once felt I was being taking advantage of. The owner is always very nice and informative and is a true mechanic not just parts changer. For the bad reviews on here I highly doubt that is the truth. Never had I seen anyone leave unhappy. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and the pricing is excellent.

I had an electrical issue with our Suburban. I had two other shops check it with no luck. Adam checked it out and determined everything was fine, my Walmart battery had a periodic short in it even though the WM guys said it was good. Adam had it for a day and did not charge me a penny for the diagnosis. An honest mechanic that knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I thought these people were nice honest people but they picked up my car and then dodged me for weeks. I had to go up to the business multiple times just for their employees to tell me they were unavailable. Smh... after i finally reached the wife of the owner on the phone she then decided to tell me that i owed $25 for every day that it was there and i needed to get a tow truck to come get it. So, not only was it $600 for storage fees because it was now 3 weeks since i had them get my car and could not get anyone to talk to me, but i also had to pay a $200 towing fee too. I am currently trying to find a way to get to the bottom of it but they are very sketchy people. They pretty much stole my car and gave me no options and wouldnt even drop some of the storage fees for the days i was trying to reach them. They made it impossible to get my car from them.
