May and Will are the best. I made an appointment to change my back brakes, they kept me updated through the process. May is wonderful to talk with, she’s funny and pretty real.Will did great job, my brakes aren’t screaming down 22 anymore. I would go back again, they have always provided excellent service for my past cars. I recommend coming here for any car problems.

About a month ago I woke up to a flat tire. It was a Sunday and a holiday (Fathers Day). I had plans to celebrate with family. I went to a tire place that was booked up for the day and the manager said he couldnt get to me until tomorrow. I then went to STS Tire in North Plainfield. There I was greeted by Clarence who was also busy but told me dont worry, I got you. Clarence was kind, helpful and treated me like a priority. He not only fixed my tire quickly but he also changed a tail light. I felt valued as a customer. I cant thank him enough for getting me on my way safely !!

Had a tire leak. Took me in right away, pulled out a brass shaft the size of a large thick bolt. Fixed the tire and charged me nothing! What great people! So Covid happened and for the last 2yrs I’ve had my man do my oil changes but today I couldn’t wait cuz I been passed the mileages….oops. Originally I called the one close to my job in Piscataway, due to the hurricane recently they still were in a “clean up process” in which I do believe cuz the parking lot still looks crazy with mudd around it but all others were open and operating so I didn’t get that but hey…I guess. Ive been going to STS along with my mother for probably over 4yrs. Customer service guy there puts my information in to go to the next one of my choice and I chose the one round my way in N.Plainfield were I used to go before. Went for an oil change; something simple and quick…so I thought…but what I ended up appreciating was a new employer there I met named Patrick(think that’s how you spell his name. Lol)He was so honest about the real time it was gonna take to get to it, what was going on, patience to deal with my questions, and kept it simple. Left and came back later when it was done. No issues at all. I like that type of treatment because it’s just being honest. I used to hate when I was lied to before like “it’ll be ready in a half hour”, and they would be done till like 2hrs later. So long as they keep it simple and realistic with me, ima keep coming back. Thanks guys.

5 stars for great customer service. These guys are my go to tire repair shop. I’ve had tires mounted as well as repaired here and both times I was happy with the service. The mounted tires were well balanced and never leaked and the tire plug was done as a courtesy which I was very surprised by. If your worried about getting ripped off take your car here.

Its the second time I go to STS tire for an oil change. They are professional and prompt. From the first time I went they werent push nor demanding. The oil change took less than an hour! This past weekend I went and was unable to wait, the gentlemen at the counter was honest and told me they only had two mechanics on site. I was asked if i could come back in 2 hours, when I returned my car was taken in immediately. I appreciate the honesty and prompt service. I will continue to take my car there for my oil change.

Clarence is a true gentleman and a scholar we are out working trying to restore family’s heat during this winter when we ran over a screw found the nearest place which happened to be right across the street. They handled my situation like pros. I needed new tires on the car and within minutes they took down the tire size, recommended different types of tires and gave me their prices. Afterwards my car was up on the lift and within minutes my tires were replaced and balanced. I highly recommend them for your next service.
