I had a wonderful experience at this location. Walter was absolutely amazing and helpful. My daughter needed tires and he helped me get the best price and warranty included. The bill was actually a bit lower then quoted and he went as far as to put her new license plates on. The quality of product and workmanship top notch. Mavis is completely blessed to have an employee like Walter.

Amazing costumer service. Big Walt was extremely helpful with my decision to get a new tire and not just patch it up. I have two daughters so I really need to think of safety here not price. The employee who changed the tie was responsive, quick and reliable. He kept a distant with covid going on and everything . Cleaned the steering wheel with a Lysol wipe just case!!!! Being a business owner of an HVAC company my time is extremely limited this time of year and can not have any of my work vans not on the road. I was impressed with the quick service I received in getting my tires replaced and the extremely professional service I received from Chris M . I intend to bring my fleet to this location and strongly recommend this location.

I went in for brake repairs to fix a nasty grinding problem my rear brakes were having. My brakes sounded like I was sharpening blades. Lo & behold, pads were worn to the metal, rear rotors scratched up (especially my rear-driver side wheel rotor) & the caliper for that wheel was under threat of big damage. Chris & his brake guy went in with my car, and got the issues worked out. Bonus issue: They saw a bolt for my cars subframe was missing. Luckily, they had a bolt around to fix that issue. My car is driving & braking well now.

Terrible terrible location! I went a couple months back got 2 new front tires, months later I take my car for tune up service and the mechanic explained one of my tires was mounted on backwards which is bad for the car steering and will use my threads twice as fast! It’s ridiculous that a specialized tire center would mount a tire on backwards clearly they do not know what they are doing! Customer service was uninterested and unprofessional! Do not recommend!!!!!!

If you respect time in general, never ever go here. We had a scheduled appointment for last saturday and these guys refused to do the tire installation with reasoning that they have several tyres to take care of. Next when we came back following thursday (when they said to come back on thursday), they refused service again saying a person has quit today and so we cannot service again. These guys just waste time and are not professional at all. Dont waste time with them.

Just want to start off by saying, the level of customer service was top notch. I was greeted from the moment I entered the business. The rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only did he serviced my vehicle, but he also explained why he recommended the tires and what’s needed to prevent future damage to the news tires. Prices were fair and very reasonable. I’m definitely a satisfied customer today on a Monday (two thumbs up).

This shop has been my go to for the last 8 years. The customer services is always top notch, they are quick, efficient and always keep you wallet in mind by providing quality and cost appropriate recommendations for the care of your vehicles.

I was told to wait an hour til my truck would get worked on and its 3 hours later and the truck hasnt moved. Also sitting here waiting in the only 30 minutes at least 5 other people complained about never having a check engine light and having it come on after they got it back and multiple other issues. This place is a joke and completely unorganized. Youre better off youtubing videos and doing the job yourself cause it seems like thats all these mechanics are doing.

Dropped in last week because I had a leak in my drivers side front tire. Tough day to go in...a couple of guys called out, only two guys were working and all the bays were full. I went to Mavis only to get 2 tires for my 2015 Rogue . Afters speaking to Walter the manager. He fully educated me in all the issues i had with all 4 of my tires . He was great!! i was not in the possition to get all of the tires. He worked with me to get the best price for my budget and need. They also informed me that i could finace the whole thing if needed.Being an older women i did not feel i was being taken advantage of. He an Cody the service manager were very kind and even put my windshield wipers on for me that i purchased elsewere. My experience today was very pleasant and i will be back . thanks guys!!

Every one in the shop is amazing. Ive dealt with Chris multiple times for tire installs and alignments and I refuse to go any where else. They replaced all 4 tires, balanced and aligned it all in an hour. I drive 30 minutes out of my way because that is how amazing these guys are. I recommend these guys to everyone!

Went and got new tires on my car, they even priced matched what I found on line. As I waited let me know I needed front brakes. Gave me a great price and a 50% discount on an alignment as well. The Manager was very helpful and friendly. If you need anything done to your vehicle dont hesitate to have them do it. I will be back whenever I need anything, I highly recommend this place.

Worst experience/ service ever. They are absolutely unprofessional. My appointments were canceled THREE TIMES without prior notice. I had to follow up with them like children over the phone or physically drive to their office to then be informed my appt had to be be moved or rescheduled...I can’t speak on the actual service because as you can see I never got to get it.

Purchased Firelli all season tires a few days ago from this tire shop. Knowledgeable and professional staff. Would return in the future for all season tires when necessary.
