The crew here is super helpful. First time in my life pulling and buying a trailer. With a million questions- not only did they answer all and Educate me but are helping with my building process for the trailer. Every time I need something and go in or call them, they act the same helpful and respectful way. I will continue to use and refer Camp Out to anyone with those needs.Some people (Karens) have nothing better to do then complain about politics or bringing in the wrong parts and being mad they dont fit.Get a hobby!!

They installed my mothers window visors incorrectly. After waiting and not opening the windows for the time told, we finally open the windows and the visors were falling out and cracking. When i called them back to let them know what happened, customer service kept telling me the owner isn’t around and they would have to wait for him. They told us they would give us a call back with plans on the next steps but never received a call. This was a gift to my mother for Christmas.

They did a fine job installing a hitch and wiring on my Sienna. I paid extra to obtain a hitch that required no visible modifications to the car and they did the install perfectly. I recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

👎👎👎The mechanic checked my car running board I bought it online didn’t fit for my car, then charged me $69, although the installation job didn’t complete and also they didn’t tell me in advance that they will charge me just for them to look at it and see if it works or not. They charged me $69 just for that and did not install it. Don’t go if you don’t want give money to such extremely money driven no moral value private business!!! Even if Andy could earn a lot of money, definitely he will have no good end - BUT MAN DON’T CARE! POOR GUY!!!

I have purchased two bed caps for my pick up trucks over the years. The owner, Chris and his staff provide great service with the order. I watched the crew install my cap with care and expertise. I am a satisfied customer. Oh, and the prices are great too.

I bought a $10,000 trailer with all the bells and whistle’s and the sale lady explain to me that I would have to pick up the spare tire from the other location.Later to find out that the other location doesn’t no what I’m talking.Very unprofessional business

Please don’t waste your time with this company. Place is very u organized and poorly ran. Was trying to rent a trailer for month but was told to book the week before my trip. Went to go book the trailer they didn’t have the one I needed but was told before it would be available. Had to rent a bigger one that wasn’t even there. Went to finally pick up the trailer and it was in horrible condition with someone else’s business advertisement still on the trailer. Ruined my weekend as to they didn’t have anything left and had to cancel my trip. Completely dishonest and u caring over there.

I got a cap on my pick up truck, the friendly crew provided great service. Chris and Andy the owners take true care of their customers and show true knowledge in their craft.

Visited for trailer parts. If you cant find it online via e-trailer or amazon, this is the place to go. Also if you need a part or repair asap, this is the best spot! Customer Service has been great in my experiences.

A friend and I were transporting warm dinners to victims of Hurricane Sandy and looked to Camp Out to donate a box trailer for us. The owner was VERY accomodating and graciously donated the trailer to us. Once at the store the employees helped me hook up the trailer to my hitch of the truck, (my husband wasnt able to come with me) and backed in the trailer when we returned. EVERYONE was very helpful and curtious. We will definitely think of Camp Out for any of our needs in the future. THANK YOU!!!! I made sure to tell everyone that you helped us out.

The manager behind the counter told me that it is because he is cleaning up America. He kept badgering me asking me if I wanted to buy one, and I told him clearly that I was not fan of our racist president. He called me an F-ing piece of S**T, threw my paperwork at me, after I spent $2,400 on a trailer, and told me to get the F out. I had at some point in the discussion said I wanted to return the trailer, which I had not even take, and they told me I would not get a full refund and to get the F out and threw all the papers at me and they went all over the floor. It is funny that there were three latinos buying trailers in the place while I was there, so they do not mind their money, but dont want them dirtying up America. I guess racism is alive and well in America, dirty long haired hippy seemed to have no problem swearing at me, refusing a refund, and throwing me out. I was surprised he was the manager as he acted like an angry dry drunk or ex drug addict, and he is a good reminder of the ignorance alive in America.

Service was the worst. I purchased a spring for my trailer less than a year ago and it broke, Andy said it was a problem i needed to take up with the manufacturer, do you not stand behind what you sell to the public? i guess not. been buying from them for years up until now

Washers do not clean my clothes, dryers dont dry without extra money. 40 minutes should be sufficient for a small to medium sized load on high, not!

Prices are well more than double on every item in the store. No refund policy on top of all of it. Just paid $20 for u bolts that I found at home depot for $5.00, the auto parts store was $6.50, lets not forget the $5.00 a bolt I paid that were $0.65 cents at home depot. At least the guy at the counter was nice and was able to match everything up this time, unlike the last guy I dealt with there that sent me on my way with the wrong parts even after I bought in the parts I was looking to match up, then tried to pull the no refund policy gag on me.

I bought a dump bed insert from them last season told me it would take a day to install,4 days later i got truck back. 3 month later insert it gets loose causing tail lights to break,on top of that it was leaking fluid. I called them to notify the problem they said bring it in when i was free, i told them we use truck every day and would have to wait, i welded bed in place so it didnt move, this got me threw my season. I then took the truck to them to fix what was wrong, an hour later they called and said, couldnt find leak after cleaning of hydraulic fluid off of the hose and container but they did find bolts loose and tightened them. they had a bill for 68.00 to trouble shoot bed still leaking and demanded payment. after i paid them i went to fdr hitches, they fixed the leak .should have gone there first very bad company to deal with bad business wouldnt go back again .read reviews ask around.
