Needed bumper and underlying materials replaced. Dave and Kevin did an amazing job despite difficulties with obtaining parts and needing to coordinate other shops service area to work on my Audi A6. Great guys, would definitely recommend them for any work needed on your vehicles!

They suck. They never return phone calls or emails. They blow you off when they make a mistake so they don’t have to pay for it or own up to their mistakes. Jake is a liar and highly unprofessional with angry customers. You’d be better fixing it your self, their work and quality is equivalent to a preschoolers art project.

Had my bumper repair done in under 2 days, when I was quoted 2-3 days, which was great. Only complaint is that my mirrors and seat were not put back where I had them, and my automatic lights were turned completely off. Didn’t notice that until I was almost home. I always appreciate the effort to put things back as I had them.

Great customer service. Jake intently listened to what I needed done to my truck, looked at all options and made it happen in the most reasonable amount of time and most affordable cost. Friendly, efficient, professional and most of all, a great job well done!

Well let me start off I never write reviews let alone think a business will receive 5 stars unless they truly go above and beyond. Sunnyside did that! I had a issue with my front bumpers paint flaking off mind you its not a brand new car. They helped me out with getting a new bumper and paint and got my car back to me in a day (technically 2 because I got off work when they closed). I would highly recommend them to anyone for service plus the customer service was great!

I had accident related auto body work done by the team at Sunnyside Collision in North Olmsted and had a great experience. The end result of work on my car was flawless. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the repair process. They do offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs as well. These guys are definitely a breath of fresh air in the auto repair business considering other shops out there. I highly recommend Sunnyside Collision to anyone looking for auto body work.

All details of the repair were explained to me. The work was well done and made my car look like new. I expected that my car would be washed to complete the repair, but having the interior detailed was a huge welcome surprise.

An excellent repair as usual. This is the third time I have used them and they exceeded my expectations.

I used Sunnyside Collision in North Olmsted to repair damage to the passenger door on the driver’s side of my 2014 Ford Edge. Our insurance company was quite difficult to work worth and gave us the run around about how much of the damage they would cover. Sunnyside took over and worked directly with our insurance company so we no longer had to concern ourselves with that part of the repair.The work was completed in a timely matter. They repaired the dent and painted the whole driver’s side of my car and did a wonderful job. I will not hesitate to use them for future repairs.

Second time here this fall for accident repairs. Greg is super helpful and on top of all the details. I was kept informed every step of the way!

I went to the sunnyside collision center in North olmstead for a rocker panel repair. I purchased the car at Sunnyside toyota so I didnt have to go far for the repair. And they did an amazing job. The pricing was really reasonable for the repair and it was done right and in time. My car looks just like it did before! I would definitely recommend greg as he answered all my questions and was very helpful and i informative about the process. Hopefully I never damage my baby again, but if I do, Ill be back to sunnyside North olmstead collision center
