I went into the shop today with a flat tire that I just got. I was super nervous but they were extremely friendly and willing to help change my tire to the spare tire. Also, they gave me a recommendation on where to get my tire replaced. They were very kind and I appreciate the help they gave me!

I got minor auto body work done at Bert. Had an excellent experience, very helpful, very polite and excellent quality. Best was the price was fair, far better than other quotes I got! I heard about Bert Auto Body from some friends and I will be thanking them.

Our car had a dent from an accident on a high school parking lot. We couldnt open the passengers door. The parents of the teen wanted to pay for the damage instead of going through insurance, which we can understand. We didnt want anything fancy done either because of its an old, old car. Bert Auto Body was able to help us. It wouldve cost $700 to fix all the damage. We paid a fraction at Berts! The car door works well. Were grateful. This isnt the first time we use their service. Theyre always pleasant, professional, friendly, reasonable, and extremely helpful. Love them. We waited over a week for an appointment. Well worth it.

Amazing service and execution from Bert Auto Body!!! I was in an accident and was referred to Bert Auto by an associate at work. Every step of the repair was handled properly and with extra care and detail. Kari was a pleasure to work with as well as Adam. They took great care of my WRX and made it look beautiful again. God forbid you ever get into an accident, but if you do, I would recommend Bert Auto Body over any other business. Customer for life.

My dad recommended Berts Auto Body to me for some body work I needed done on my car because he has had good work done there in the past on his cars. Two panels of my car were damaged, but to save money, I told them to just do the one panel that could rust. When I came to pick up the car, they had fixed both panels of my car for no extra charge! They did great work and the car looked exactly how it looked before the damaged occurred. I was very thankful and impressed by their kindness and the work they did.

If you need auto body work done then this is the place to come to. The service was fast and the people were very nice and helpful, but most of all it was done well. I cant say enough good things about this place.

They worked very well with my insurance company to get approval of the needed repairs for my car then completed those repairs very swiftly. There was a delay, but due to a needed airbag control module that was on national backorder by Nissan. My vehicle is performing great again.

The service and quality of work at Berts rates MORE than five stars. The work is great and the prices are VERY reasonable!! Also, i even get a shuttle service back to my office. I hate having scratches and dings on my 2017 Genesis, but knowing Berts is out there for me makes a bad situation much more bearable.

Took advantage of us being non regular customers. I asked for an engine diagnostic only and if anything additional would be performed to call and validate the pricing. Instead of an 80 dollar bill I got about a 300 dollar bill and I didnt even have any parts put on my car. it was all labor! The test they did, that I didnt ask for also came back inconclusive and I still paid for it and it took them 4-5 days to get to my car. It was just a miserable experience. Theyre happy they stole my money but I definitely will not be visiting there again and will suggest to friends, family, and googlers that if you are not a regular, I wouldnt take your car there either! I highly recommend drellishaks down the street. Wish they could have done the diagnostic on my rotary engine...
