Stemmer’s is a outstanding business. I needed a new driver’s side mirror. I purchased one from a used auto parts store, as well as the correct paint and clear coat. I had planned to paint and install the mirror myself, but first decided to go to Stemmer’s to see what it would cost for them to paint and install. Their price was so reasonable and the owners so courteous, it was a no brainer to have them do the work. I highly recommend them!

During the recent snowfall, we had the passenger side mirror knocked off. We stopped in at Stemmers because a friend recommended him. We were so pleased with the service and Robert finding us a used mirror at half the cost of a new one. He made our week a happier one! We give him 5 stars+....great job!

Awful, thee single worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Cannot imagine why anyone would ever give this man business. Stay away if you value your time and wanted to be respected.

This is long overdo but he quoted a price, he did the work, infanately better than i could, for that price. On time. I had a TOUGH job too. My window frame was rusting out and nobody would touch it. I had a broken windshield too.Everyone always says well insurance this and that---nope!! Stemmers lit that thing up. It looks brand freaking new. I have done body work before and restored a car or two and it is NOT EASY. rust is like cancer. You can fix but usually comes back. Especially the more of it you have. So after you get your body work done, dont leave your car out in the weather and blast it with sun, heat, rain, or snow all day, and then get all bent about it not being done right or whatever. Get educated. Paint qualities and processes all differ etc and what you do in the aftermarket world, is completely different than what you do in a factory when applying paint for first time. Baby your car, post body, work whenever possible. And no i dont work for stemmers and no i dont know him or anyone working there personally. I have extremely high standards and stemmers exceeded them. First time ever taking my car there. No two jobs are the same, so the expectation should be fair for what you are asking them to do for you.
