Basilica Restaurant is in this non-descript shopping center. Another pho shop with more. Had Fathers Day dinner there with my daughter. What a find--in a former Sir! Pizza and Smashburger space! Spring rolls to start were expertly wrapped and steamed with fresh veggies. Love their peanut sauce! My pork chops were good--a bit thin and a bit overcooked--but seasoned and still had some juiciness. The star of the meal was this beef and vermicelli soup my daughter ordered. It was superb! Dessert was a homemade(!) brownie, rich and full of chocolate goodness. Server was an earnest young man, new to restaurant work being coached by one of the owners. We had a delightful time eating really great food.

Very popular spot with steady flow of patrons in and out the establishments, but be mindful and on high alert, navigating the plaza sucks in high demand times like 4pm to 10 weekdays.and around 11am ...to business end on weekends.Best slow times is 10-11am to grab what you may need.People tend to drive only for themselves instead of themselves and others. 😓I am there twice a day most everyday dropping and picking my son from work different times.

Only really go for the Chipotle but its a very conveniently placed small shopping plaza. Its got decent enough parking for all the stores in it next to the bustling Biscayne Boulevard street. Its also got a well-stocked and diverse Total Wine store within if youre looking for any type of alcohol.

Surprisingly this shopping center has two of the best places to go in regard to their particular use in life: 1. The total beverage.2. THE KOREAN RESTAURANT... MMM MMM!

Great service and prices..

This store is very close to the south beach Miami and has lot much to offer in terms of beach stuff. They have variety of beach clothes for all age, genders and color. However, one should only buy stuff without expecting any good returns on the quality of T-shirts, hoods, tanks, boxers. You could buy souvenir, memento for your friends and family from this shop but again its not worth it with price. Overall, a good place to get all stuff one could need in that area, if you have not planned your trip to miami beach.

Just visited the total wine store. Right off of Biscayne Boulevard. Great place to visit. You can find any beer wine that you were looking for, from around the world. And of course domestic beers. Very clean store. Customer service is unbelievable. The manager Rob is a great man. And the cashiers are top-of-the-line. I take my hat off to the CEOs, of this company. For taking their time, in hiring employees of this statute. There is disability parking in the front. Shopping carts are available. Inside and outside of the store. This is a must go to, beverage store. I give this place five stars and a little bit more. Hope I was helpful. The the cashiers name is i mirviala.

This strip mall has a Chipotle, Total Wines and a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant.

I only come here because of total wine, so the review is for parking. Its busy most of the time, but theres always parking, and easy in out to Biscayne

Nice little strip mall..love total wine and its wide selection of foreign and local wine. I love the couple of quality dining places there and the new dentist but people mostly go there for chipotle or the wine lol
