I dont think I can express how vastly superior this Publix is compared to many Ive been in thus far. Their deli section is just a work of art, on top of the already prepared meals waiting for you to choose one. Theyre friendly and customer service is top-notch. Its also a lot easier to get to this Publix compared to others that seem farther from our location. The only other one isnt even on the same level as this one. First time I went in there my jaw dropped it was as if we stepped into the Disneyland of Publix.

Everytime I visit this Im very pleased by there customer service.

This is my local Publix. It is my go-to place to shop for some quick necessities. The Publix employees are courteous and the store is organized and clean in my personal opinion.

Nice store. PRODUCE FRESH. Store cleaned and kept well stocked, staff friendly and helpful. Prices are very High and not many bargains. So if you are a bargain shopper you will not save any money here. My only complaint is the over pricing.

This super market is located in North Miami..The employees are wearing masks and practice Social Distancing.. Customers are able to purchase items with Cash Credit Cards or EBT cards.. Customers are able to pay bills,send money orders or play Lotta.The store has public restroom and the staff keeps them Clean..

Most awful experience waiting for a vaccine. The staff at this Publix is HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY IN THE PHARMACY!!!!!! For COVID vaccine I waited a hour just for no reason. Only 2 of us waiting to get vaccinated so we had to wait a hour. One pharmacist and he move slow as turtle. Look confuse not only that he did not even pass acohol to clean the area he just injected the previous customer 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡

Super market is fine but pharmacy need help . The lady there today seem like she didnt want help nobody but guy with long hair always on the job making sure he gets his line shorter as possible. Not my first time seeing that lady being careless to customers needs. Took her 10 minutes to ask me can she help me. She wasnt in the back getting medication ready she right in front watching her line get longer. Really piss me off im 7 months pregnant. Had me staying in line for 10 mins to send me to the other side. Which she could took care of me there she did it before.

I order from the deli department at 07/29/21 at 12:22PM two subs . I received a confirmation stating my order is ready for pick up at 12:55PM. I made a mistake and went to a wrong Publix . When I finally arrived at this Publix to pick up my order at 1:45PM, the deli lady stated she didn’t complete my order and I have to wait for her to do . This is soooo unprofessional. A lack of awareness and customer service. This Publix needs to hire people that wants to service customers instead of people that don’t care!

I was calling a few locations to order 100 turkeys for a giveaway in the community. This location was further than I wanted but the only one that actually answered. They were all very responsive, and polite. David took my order and was so nice. Junior was sooo helpful the day of. Although, the cashier gave me a tough time asking for ID for a debit card that I was paying debit with. It was not a credit card so I am confused why this was an issue but it all worked out. I would definitely recommend this location and order again.

I love shopping at Publix because you find various items and able to get good deal on BOGO prices. Customer service is excellent and professional. Management in this location is very professional always assisting customers with courtesy and respect. I will say due to changes thats been happening for a while on COVID-19, prices on certain groceries items had increased. I hope Publix can consider to make certain items at a reasonable price so customers can buy the needed items. This have impacted economically on family financial which is very hard to have the amount of groceries to maintain in the household. I appreciate Publix doing everything they can to help families all over Florida. I will always continue shopping at Publix. 😃

Everytime I come to this location to buy a money order there is no problem I understand there is fraud I tried to explain to the customer service representative but she had an attitude. I have worked on the customer service industry for over 20 years its the way you talk to people. She was wrong and she did not apologize for being wrong. There should be a list at the desk showing which cards are acceptable and which cards are not instead of looking at google to see if a card is a prepaid or not. I know you cant purchase a money order with a cash app or prepaid and I stated this to the representative. I understand everyone may not have a good day buy make the best of it dont take iy oiy on customers.

I spotted a dead fly on top of some macaroni and cheese container. And I brought it to a workers attention and she gave it to her coworker who said it doesnt matter because it was not open. I think that is very unprofessional to have that attitude about something that people see and has to buy. Rather its open or not show some concern. I am not going to that publix anymore

Marlon is an excellent worker. Prepared my food quickly and very professional. Kept this composure and was very courteous and professional even after another customer kept bickering at him about an item that was not available. If it were me I would have thrown hot macaroni and cheese on that ladys face. Give this man a damn raise!!!

Its got a popo parked right outside every now & then; used to be everyday. Thats gotta tell you the hood aint that good. Too bad its gotten to that; but at least they tried to do something about it. Its a smaller Publix so its missing out on a few things.

Excellent staff. Very courteous and helpful in the aisles. And the courtesy counter very swift and efficient.

I went for some select fruits but they didnt have what I wanted 😔. Watermelon, grapes(they had little ones), pineapples. I just settled for two apples.

First time visiting this Publix today, I say this Publix gotta be the worst ones in South Fl.Just the store itself stink and dirty thanks God I just needed one item got the funk out.This store needs better management and some improvement.Only good thing at this location things are a little cheaper compare to other Publixs.

Does Publix Supermarket, its a wonderful place. Just like the commercial says, Where Shopping is a pleasure. Management is great. Employees are very kind and helpful. Lots and lots of parking. Disability bats was available. As well as family restrooms. Disability parking from the store. Everything is Fresh. Store is very clean.

Good store overall. Very nice employees. The back has a refrigerated section. All looks nice. Two complaints: the store needs better air conditioning as it is too hot in there and the deli needs to start having their delicious chicken ready by 4:00 for the dinner hour not at 5:00! Love this store!
