So happy they do Amazon returns now and it was an easy process. I also love that I can fill up my water jug and go to the hot bar. This is a great whole foods near me. Expensive but great.

It was good. A tremendous selection. The security guard/ off-duty officer up front was creepy and a bit overly scrutinizing for no reason... calm down. Everything else was good.

Prefer this location because the parking is not in a garage. Always clean and well stocked. Im able to get in and out in a decent time.

Decent Whole Foods. There weren’t many non-nut premade options, and the Amazon pickup box had a mediocre name.

It is a great store! From prepared food to fish and meat and produce everything is top quality and it doesnt even compare to the one in Aventura which is not as nice.

Clean store. Good location, easy to find. Good prices. Courteous and helpful staff. Great variety of products to choose from. Delicious fresh baked items. Their muffins are delicious, not too sweet. They offer Amazon return. I purchased items from Amazon, but had to return some of the items. Usually, I would do my returns elsewhere. I was surprised to know i can now return them at whole foods, even without packaging the items. Once I completed my online return at amazon, i went to whole foods and a very courteous and helpfull staff member assisted me. She scanned my bar code from my phone provided by amazon, in less than 5 minutes I was done. Very easy process.

Clean whole foods with super nice staff. I liked their 2 for $20 pizza special on Fridays and not sure if they have them anymore. Also this is the place to get flowers during any holiday, just make sure you show up to get the flowers like 1-2 days before, otherwise good luck finding anything.

The male associate that help me find the honey was excellent. The female associate that helped me to check out in a self-checkout was a little rude.

This Whole Foods is actually a beautiful location right off Biscayne. The staff is friendly and Ive never had an issue here with customer service. The opportunity for this location would be with their inventory, specifically with their supply on popular water brands. I constantly have to go to the Whole Foods in Aventura to get what I need, as Aventura is much better at ordering inventory than the North Miami store. The good news is this can be easily fixed! Also, it would be nice if the prepared food was not put up an hour before closing.. looking forward to seeing these opportunities addressed. Thank you.

Customer services is horrible. It is worse every day. . 2 tear ago was good. Everyone was friendly, . They are hired people with attitude.

My review I was very unsatisfied with my birthday cake order. Was supposed to have strawberries not layer and layer of frosting was too thick there’s maybe a few strawberries where is the strawberry glaze and strawberries in the middle? I specifically asked for strawberries not worth $50 dollars worth just a handful of strawberries no one can taste them. 1 to 10 gave it a 3 for effort. On the phone they said it was $30 that was misleading.

This whole foods is very little like the original model. I first notice cleanliness although better than it had been months earlier, the store feels and looks dirty, the produce is not first rate. I also found many display counters with moisture accumulated on the inside of them, that 8s a sign of Ill running units. The moister is a fast way to grow bacteria, easy way to transfer air born food poison. Again many of the pre made items days old evident in appearance. The staff if they are not outgrowth giving off negative vibes like they rather be somewhere else they are hiding in the back. They should be cleaning at every moment they are not working with a customer. If something falls on the floor chances are good that a customer will address the issue before a staff employee. Its lost the original plan traded it for fast moving items and are shelving many items that expire before use they are sitting too long. Check out not friendly in paring amazon account and shoppers card and no one helps with that in a way that works. They are to busy harassing customers on there way out on products they payed for. Also really 8.00 for 3 tortillas that you take home and make your own little soft tacos.

The best place to buy fresh food like vegetables and fruits

Much smaller than the average whole foods (about 60% of the normal size) but it is in a good location and has the necessities.

Shopping at this Whole Foods is a pleasure. The staff in their meat department is hands-down the best in the world! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I like it but I miss the cold chai tea they had with ginger dont know why they stop selling it a couple of years ago.other than that its good .and the take out foam plates they got to go from buffet area once you put any sauce in the plate it wearing and bends having food all over your car

I went to Whole Foods today to return some items I had ordered thru Amazon. The service I received was beyond superb.I did not get the young ladies name (my bad) but she was incredible. I cannot say enough about her. She helped me from start to finish (I am not to techy) and her patience God Bless her. Went and bought some groceries, and whether or not I have any items to return thru Amazon I plan on returning to this Whole Foods. Thank you.

Today my husband bought a soup at your store because I feel bad and sick to the stomach.. The soup was disgusting and horrible... It looked like out of a cheap can of soup with a lot of pepper . my husband spend for that thing 7 dollars .. I can not believe this place is supposed to be organic and healthy. that is definitive not true ..be careful with the food and fruit ... 3 weeks ago I bought a pomegranate .. When I opened it was really bad .. The same thing for tangerines and next day star to died I have a picture .. Well sorry but this place is expensive and is no healthy anymore ... No stars

Love, love this place especially for the selection of organic foods. And I dont mean just food for us - I am talking about a dog food too! Look for the tasty dog food in their fridge - your dogs will love it.

You have a great deal of people who will take the time to serve you and with great assistant with anything you are looking for even have very good food with a very experience staff what more can you ask for.

I love shopping at Whole Foods, however, I wish they would stop using so much plastic.Plastic bags in the produce department and the the fish department are unnecessary. Plastic containers are provided every time one buys a cupcake, or any desert. Why? Why cant they use paper containers?

This is the towns only grocery store! They arrive promptly, and the food is well-prepared and shipped promptly, normally within an hour or two. Coming out of them gave me a deep sense of accomplishment. This store comes highly recommended.

Went to Whole Foods Market for the first time Monday afternoon. Have been ordering groceries from Publix for 6 months.We were impressed with thei plethora of cooked meals, vegetables, salads and deserts.We took dinner home from there. It was nice to see this great quantity of quality foods available.Every thing was very good. We bought. a great bottle of wine. Noticed everything sold there is made with only the best available ingredients. Even wines have no GMO containing food stuffs.They have 365 brand sodas. I bought 2 six packs of Ginger Ale. This brand has an amazing taste. I highly recommend you try it 😃 yourself. The bottled spring water is excellent. Blessings..

This place is horrible.Staff seems so bitter and angry...ALL the time. Dont even think about asking a question lest you get a dirty look from any employee. Food quality has declined and the prices are still through the roof. Also, the place is always packed. Skip it. Go to Publix. Better quality, better prices and much more room.

The prices of this grocery shop I went to yesterday was a little bit lower from all Ive went before. A small but good place to shop for groceries especially in the imported section where I can always find my favorite brand. Great fresh vegetables and always available. I like this place because it is clean and centrally located. The customers who shop here also seem clean and appealing. So this was a pleasant shopping experience.However, their prices are not great.I buy smart dogs, vegetarian hot dogs. Here they sell for $4.27 per package of 8.I ended up having to drive to Walmart because the same product, same brand, same size, costs $2.97.That is a big difference.I did buy organic dry green lentils, organic dry red lentils, and organic green split peas here in their bulk department.I couldnt get those at Walmart.There are many other products that whole foods sells for way more than their competitors.By looking around, many of their customers have the look of someone who would never get caught dead at a Walmart.Whole foods takes advantage of knowing that their uninformed snobby customers, will never find out, that they are being ripped off.I am sure many dont care, so long as they didnt have to come near a typical Walmart customer.I just wish I didnt have to go all over town, in order to get my organic items, and also my packaged foods without having to pay a ridiculously higher rate.

I give it a 5. Whole Foods salad bar is best choice of quality food at fair price when your on the go. It is more economical to go to the salad bar and have real quality comfort food and eat inside than to sit in many restaurants. Just saying.

I like this Whole Foods, never really have a bad experience here, staff has been great to me and I haven’t had any issues with the quality of food. The only issue I’ve ever had is from Amazon when I ordered groceries to be delivered. As you would expect you can’t hope that they’ll select good quality produce or meats for you. Unfortunately I see no way of making a person take their job seriously enough to select food they would eat when they really aren’t held liable for their actions. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Got all the fruits and health food I needed.

Great prices, great vegan pizza slices, great vegan wraps, great vegetables and great fruits.

Ran in for a few items. Found what we needed and checkout was crowded but moved fast.

Was able to locate the specialty items I needed in a short amount of time. The associates were helpful. In less than ten minutes I had completed my shopping trip. The store was clean and parking was no problem.

I love Wholefoods, but I have to say their restrooms cleaning its not the best. I can see the difference with Publix, for example, they always care about properly cleaning and I wish Wholefoods care the same and also because its a higher level and we pay prices according to that level.

Something crazy happen to me today at this while foods. I was standing by the end of one of the wine isles. If you ever notice they like to stack wines inside there boxes near the end of the isles. One of the boxes of wine must have been weak because the box that was open at the very top was shaking. I could hear the bottles rattling when I went to inspect it all the bottles came crashing down. About 3-4 bottles of this white wine broke as I tried to hold together the mountain of wine in my hands. 3 or 4 whole foods employees came to my rescue almost immediately after the first bottle smashed on the floor. They quickly took care of the situation. I was a bit traumatized by the whole thing. I wasnt held liable for the accident. (Not that I thought Id be) but maybe if I was in a different grocery store things might not have gone as smoothly. Anyway I wanted to share my story and give this whole foods 5 stars for their attention and attitude.

This Whole Foods is a nightmare. There are way too many people allowed into the store at once causing a bottleneck in the produce section. Nearly every person there is a shopper, which is a service I use often, but they are so rude and inconsiderate. They get right next to you, block the aisles to chat with each other, yell at each other, bump into you. I understand you’re working and doing a job, but they are so rude to customers and should do a better job representing the brand. Obviously the produce section is packed but management hasn’t made any changes.

Prices are very reasonable now! Great selection of your not so average food! There is a bistro like area for customers to eat, relax etc.. my only thing is the amount of space for that. Checking out you are right next to people eating at bar height tables if you are claustrophobic this part will give you anxiety! Common word to use is Excuse Me there. Aisles are tight and people love to just stand around gazing at the shelves.

Poorly stock. Some of the green salads in the plastic containers arent fresh.The staff is very helpful and the store is clean.

Long line to get in. I just wanted to return an item i purchased from Amazon, i was told by employee i had to make the long line for grocery shopping just to process the return. Very inconvenient.

Produce was sparce, summer fruit almost non existant.

Have specialty items I cant find elsewhere. Plus their fresh prepared food are usually great. Staff is always helpful & friendly.
