Only 2 stars because I generally like this location... HOWEVER, today was the worst deli experience Ive had at any @Publix. We waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Only one employee making sandwiches with 11 people in line Jimmy did an excellent job making the subs but he kept asking for help and his coworkers kept brushing him off. No deli manager around, at least not in sight. It would have made a difference if they at least acknowledged the customers. VERY HORRIBLE for a @Publix experience.

It was wonderful like always. Publix is a top-of-the-line Supermarket chains. No One Compares to them. Everything is always fresh. They always have buy one get one free sales. On great items. Management is wonderful. Customer service is top of the line. Employees are always helpful. Visited the Delhi today. Had a great experience. Like always. Quick and efficient. Would you recommend this Supermarket, to anyone visiting the state of Florida. The kids this store, five stars plus five more.

I dont know what I can say about the Publix deli. It is one of the best staples in Publix that you take for granted. I always get what I want and its done right and keeps me coming back. When I left Florida for NYC this was my biggest gripe because Publix is only in the Southeast and you miss a good thing when its gone and thats what the Publix deli is.

Display cases clean and organized. Food looks fresh and appealing. Staff polite and clothing clean!

Every single employee in this building is so pleasant. I don’t know what they have going on but the morale is absolutely amazing. Each employee I came across smiled and asked how I was doing. I’m telling ya, that makes a huge difference someone’s day and shopping experience. It made mine. Keep it up. Keep smiling. Felt like world peace in there hahah!

Nice supermarket with a good variety of produce and other groceries. They also sell items dinnerware and other kitchen essentials. They also have ready done garden salads and fruit salads and other healthy dishes like zucchini noodles to save you the time of having to shred them yourself. Love shopping here!

Entire deli is slow, especially the sandwich makers Ney and Antranett. Would not recommend.Edit 1/2/2019 2:10 P.M.: After the customer in front of us voiced a complaint about the slowness to the manager who responded to a call for a manager on duty, she mentioned she was on lunch, as if that was relevant, and then said, Well, this is Publix. We do the best we can do. Nobody goes to work to work hard. I left. I refused to give them my money after that attitude, and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Large selection of fresh cheese. an meats. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have a large selection of fresh ready maid salads.

The super market is in Miami Lakes area..We were to get lunch....The Sub sale is well worth the visit and money. We were able to get a Foot Long Sub with everything on it..The deli has different breads and different meats..The staff took their time to complete each Sub.. Customers Service is #1 with us..The customer service desk help with money orders, checking and debit cards..

Their deli is great, wine, organic produce. Meats from grass fed cattle and organic poultry is outstanding. Its personnel is very courteous.

Major chain grocery & discount pharmacy store. Huge selection food, flowers, even pre-made pizza dough. Clean bathrooms and helpful employees will help load your groceries in your car. Also, has coin machine, aluminum can machine, SunPass cards, and Lotto tickets.

Best part of Publix. Excellent selection of cold cuts and deli cheeses. Delicios cole slaw and KFC style fried chicken thats world class. Perfectly acceptable roast chicken thats a bargain.

Their Hot & Spicy chicken wings are THE BOMB. Pair with their New York style potato salad and you have a great meal!

The deli is sometimes hit and miss. Depending on the knowledge of the people behind the counter, decides whether everything is cut correctly. Often there are too few people working in this department.

Pretty good. Employees were friendly. Just didnt like that you had to buy 2 for bogo deal. In Georgia all bogos are 50% off so u dont have to buy in even numbers.

This rating is for the deli. It usually has one employee to take of costumers. At night, it rarely has more than one employee in this area which makes the wait longer.

I go to Public for the deli and a few essentials. It takes thirty minutes. Twenty of that is spent waiting at the deli. 😒

I go all the time. Sometimes I am in and out of there in a timely manner because I go for specific things. The employees I have encountered since moving here a little over a year ago have always been customer friendly and sometimes when its a bit busy I just want to jump over the counter and help that person try to deal with at least 5 plus customers in line. I get impatient for my timing when I decide when is best time to go there But everytime I go it is busy and for me when I am not in a rush I have a short moment in time to somehow start talking to someone I just met and it was like we knew each other our whole lives. I like the wide selection of products because 99% of the time you guys got it! Pride and dedication in the job a person has opposed to whoever doing a different job in same store they are all in sink with the cog of that job. Its TEAM WORK, and I am convinced its worth having to be in there longer than I want to but Ive observered from day one you PUBLIX get A+ from me. I recognize the mood the certain employee might be in because problems outside their jobs and I usually try to cheer them up with a smile of my own and a kind word. I know for a fact that all who work for Publix have to maintain that high helpful attitude and try and keep your personal lives out of it. I dont know what kind of employee benefits you offer but maybe a roundtable of complaints and suggestions and something more personal for those who need it. Maybe you do and I just can see it while I am in one of your stores. I am not sorry for this long response but I am a disabled Army Vet and a patriot of this country and your tools in employee-customer inter action is what is one part of this cog that makes AMERICA GREAT!!!! Some parts of some cogs in the full scheme of things are not working the same. But Publix does!!! Keep up the good stuff cause it makes me come back to shop there even if I have arrived when it was busy. Ok Im finished patting you on the back!!! Love Publix!!!

Some employees at publix are very rude when you ask them q question. I asked a guy about milk, and he dry answered me I dont work in that department. Didnt even take the time to go check it. I know is not your department buy maybe you could help me a little instead of just as answering me like that. Need a little improvement on customer assistance.

I love this new Publix. I always get great service. The 3 guys working tge deli today were suberb. But the lady with the pink shirt on, whom I believe was even a manager. She needs a class on customer service. She does not no how to talk to people and she wont budge from what shes doing to help you. She points in the direction and tells you its there. This is the 2nd time it has happened when Ive asked for her help. Ive taught customer service for the number one work shoe company in the world. Good customer service is very important to me. Thanks why I shop at publix. Ive always given a 5 star review until today.

Publix great super fresh organic vegetables! And every week Publix has several Sea Food in sale, like scalops $27 per pound, brought few weeks ego por $16. Yesterday bought wild salmon from Canda, fresh $12/ pound(dont buy any longer farmed sea food). Delicios potatoes mix with crab meat, salmon othes pack in Sea Shell $1.69 each...bought wild not frosen CAMARONES with shell big ones $15/p. Did not care for the loster...very small...very expense And my organic Coco oil $10. Fruits & organic eggs almond milk and other buy then at Aldis SUPER PRICED.

They have variety of food there only need fastest service when customer needs order some food.

The Publix subs are a must. Make sure you try the cranberry turkey sub when in season (nov-dec)
