My wife and I just moved to Sans Souci. She and I came here to buy something on separate occasions and both agree we did not feel welcome. The experience felt as though we were wrong for asking questions about what is available and what type of payments are accepted. We will continue to drive the extra couple of blocks to Whole Foods and Publix.

All the one stars needs to relax. They are prompt with service and have excellent store hours. We are lucky to have one in our neighborhood. Thank you

TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!I pass by the Farm Store at least once a day. There is always someone friendly and professional at the door ready to great me. The store is very clean and they always have fresh deliveries come in daily. I have been coming here for years, love this place!!!

Very rude and horrible service. The man employee who works here is disgustingly rude and has very bad attitude. We have gone several times at different hours of the day and so have other neighbors of mine and they all have said the same thing about how bad the customer service is here.

Quick, consistent staff and a great variety of options at any time of the day for any needs you may have.

These has been one the most expensive, Rudest two clerks I have ever dealt with. Has disripect or have gotten into arguments with all my friends / relatives that have gone there to buy. I rather drive 1 hour if I have to not to deal with this people .I seen them treat bad so many paying customers or people who try to buy a beer thats why they always vandalizing & breaking windows in their place.Treating people the way they do Im still surprised they are in business.

There is so many things I would love to say:The customer service in this farm store is the worst! I never seen an owner who is so disrespectful to his customers. I know they open 8:00am and I went in around 8:10am, and I asked the person who was working there, if I may have two cheese bread. The gentleman did not acknowledge me that I was there with my car. I waited 5 minutes, and honk at him. The man was in the computer, got up and said what do you want. I was baffled by his response to me, as a customer. I asked him to please give me two cheese bread. The man said he didnt have any bakery. With an attitude, and closed the door. I was puzzled as to what just happened. He yelled at me saying If I wanted anything else. I was upset with his respond, because he didnt tell me if there was bread, or if I needed to wait. I left there super upset. If this is a man who is working for Farm Store, this is totally unacceptable. Management needs to change, because they just lost a loyal customer.

The gentleman of the night shift on January 1 behaved unkind with inappropriate answers
