My kid was racially profiled !!!!!!!!! She goes to get my products all the time and a man treated her very poorly she is scarred for life don’t go here !!!!

The customer service at this retail store is undeniable the rudest people I ever encountered not one time have I’ve gone there is been a pleasant transaction. I try to keep my composure when dealing with these individuals because I need products and I’m a licensed professional. It’s like they’re very unhappy and they’re guarding Wells Fargo bank. I even took recken color classes at salon centric and these people that work there are so obnoxious. So other words this corporation needs to find employees really quick before all of these customers do kindly walk away.

I had really horrible experience!!! I bough a gel for the nails for $22,95 which really ruined my nails and I was going to return it. But the cashier told me that it was a final sale. Nobody told me about that when I bought it. So she told me to come the other day and talk to the manager. When I came the manager was really rude to me ! She told me that I got that product for free and didnt pay any money because thats what the receipt said ! Im sorry that your cashier doesnt know how to use the register properly. So it looks like I just came to the store took the product and left... I wish... but I really paid $22.95 for the horrible product and wanted my money back. Its not even about money.. its just about the justice. Unfortunately I paid cash so I couldnt show them the credit card transaction. They made me look stupid...This message is for those who still buys something from them. Be careful ! Always look what does your receipt said ! And of course never pay with cash there...

I believe that the problem is the company’s culture. In the past, I ordered a certain amount of products online and I was offered a 40-50 % coupon to be use on one item but was never furnished. You call their customer service line and they really don’t care and give you lain excuses, they SUCK! I visit the store to buy Redken haircolor, otherwise I wouldn’t. The store has limited supplies of product.

It takes for ever to buy here, only one cashier, their system doesn’t work good, I was waiting 15 minutes just one person before me(( very poor choices of nail polish and they charged me for the bag(( very disappointing

They do not accept exchange or return of haircolor of any brand.They’re not allowing returns or exchange in any haircolor.

Very badly attended, you enter the business and there is never anyone in the front and you have to wait for them to come out from behind. And they treat you super bad !!! No kindness with the client. . Very bad customer service, you always have to wait. horrible and always with a bad face.

This place has very good products but they are too exotic with the schedule or because one is a fixed customer you arrive at the exact time they close because the traffic is complicated and they are not able to sell you anything they tell you not from inside and point they give you desire to never go again
