I purchased a 26 inch lace frontal unit last week. When I opened the wig it was a little coarse but I was desperate. My vendor was sold out . I conditioned the wig hoping to help it. This is by far the worst wig I’ve ever purchased !! This wig is little tangled every five seconds. I purchased 6 days ago and had it installed today. This wig is terrible ! I would not recommend! I honestly want my money back ... lesson learned

Their pay-pal is a money stealing scam. I have turned them in to the BBB, FCC, and the Postal Fraud division. Please do the same until they are out of business and in Jail!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!They have a way of funneling money thru PayPal for items thatthey issue tracking numbers and never send to customers........IT IS A BIG SCAM and PayPal and the USPS including Florida Attorney General should look into this as soon as possible.

Ordered online from this seller. Never received a receipt, even though I was charged. The website is no longer available, phone calls have not been returned, and I have not received my order. Definitely feels like a scam.

Purchased seven packs of Xpression hair and was very disappointed. I was told the brand had a different look but its the same hair. I attempted to braid my hair, but the texture felt like plastic, which is NOT good.On top of that, theres no exchanges or refund. Thanks a lot, I wont be returning to this place.
