I was a loyal customer. Until Friday night... I went to this beauty store straight after work because its near my job. Im in uniform ran in at 8:53. And they close at 9. I knew I was going to be quick because I knew what I wanted. I had my items in hand heading to the counter. At the counter the old guy told me to GET OUT because they were closed. Its 8:57. The other guy said no finish your purchase. But like elders say never spend your money where people dont greet you, dish out attitude or follow you. So I dropped all of my items on the counter and drove over to BEAUTY EXCHANGE!! It was opposite of my house but the service is always on point. And they are open until 10 or when the last customer leave.

Destiny was very patient and helpful. She is a model in this organization. This place has all your hair needs and friendly staff. Im glad I went there. Cheers to you all! Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

This is the worst place to buy wigs.You cant even exchange a wig that you bought on that same day.Wouldnt recommend it.

This review is for VERONICA. The girl in the back that does the wig installations!What happened to me today was embarrassing and SO BIZZARE!Background: The 1st time I went into the store was December 2020. I saw a wig I liked and returned a few days later to purchase it. When I returned I had it installed by Veronica. Our interaction was very pleasant. She did a good job. I never had a wig installed before so she suggested that I not get the neck area glued saying it would be irritating for me, to which I agreed. When she was done I was very satisfied. I gave her a generous 30% tip and bought the products she suggested I get to keep the wig looking good. The install lasted a long time. I went back to the Beauty Supply store 3 more times. Once I went to ask Veronica how to remove the wig. She told me I needed 90% alcohol. I bought it and went on my merry way. The next time I went to chat with Veronica and ask her about how to color my wig and things like that. That was the extent of our interaction. Alway pleasant.Today: I went in with a wig that I wanted to install. The cost of the install went up from $29 to $40 so I asked if the cornrows were included. I asked because if not I wouldve cornrowed my hair myself. I said that I wanted to have the wig installed and put in a ponytail. I went to the front to pay and then returned to the waiting area in the back. Veronica was helping a customer, installing her wig. I stepped out and when I returned a minute later the man at the front counter told me Veronica had a problem with me. He said ask her if she wants to still do your install. I didnt understand what he was saying and thought he had me mixed up with someone else. I was confused by what he was saying. I said, She has a problem With Me? Why, for what? Are you sure? I was just sitting there. He said, Go ask her. Veronica still had the client in the chair So I was going to ask after the client got up. When the client got up, Veronica said she was going to take a 20 minute break and walked off. The man from the counter came from the front of the store and told me in front of another customer that Veronica has a problem with me. I said are you sure she is not mistaking me for someone else. He said no. So I said what does that mean she has a problem with me. What is the problem. He said he doesnt know, but she doesnt want to help me. I said OK, I dont have to beg for service here. He told me to come to get my money back. I did and I left the store.VERONICA I dont know what that was about. But whatever the problem was you could have just told me. I wish you the best.

Never bought/owned/used a wig before, and was very nervous coming in but the girl working there towards the back was so sweet and helpful!!! Literally took one look at me and instantly knew what would look good. She helped me put it on and I admit it wasn’t what I initially was looking for in a wig but it looked amazing! Highly recommend, and really good prices too!

It has everything you need and customer service is so good 👍 and I buy everything from there. There stuff is not expensive it is cheap so I recommend going there!😀😀😀

They never open based on opening hours. Why have opening hours and not adhere to them.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. This place has the most abhorrent customer service, I mean absolutely atrocious! The men behind those counters are just plain rude! DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS STORE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, AND BE TREATED DISGUSTINGLY!!!

Huge selection of wigs both human and synthetic hair. The synthetic wigs actually look so nice and are quality! Great customer service and the price was amazing. I randomly found them on a google search and I ended up coming twice in one because they had such nice wigs. The girl with the short hair cut was such a help and was sweet but honest when I was deciding which wig to choose. The prices were also the cheapest Id ever paid but these are the best wigs I own. I already plan on bringing my best friend and my mom in a few months

Every time I come here it is a different issue. Either the store is not open at the time it displays it will be, the items are over priced, the girls that do the wigs show up 3hrs late, waste of a store. Sad I would rather drive 30 minutes to the one on commercial blvd, to get competent customer service and reasonable prices !

The hours of the store indicates that it opens at 8:00 am, however it’s 8:20 and the store is still not opened. They need to update their hours of operation ASAP

I purchased hair which was to wrong color, cheap hair by the way. Went back to exchange for the proper color and was told I could not change!!!! I know the money we invest within these beauty supply store we can own our own beauty stores across this great nation!!! Some Indian speaking man was so rude and disrespectful and it was awful terrible place to put your money & services it’s disgusting!! I callled because I had a couple questions he wouldn’t let me speak to the stylist and he also hung up on me !!!!!rude as heck ewwww just terrible and unprofessional!. I also asked for his name and he refused to give it and hung up one of the workers stated he was the MANAGER AND MANAGERS DO NOT MOVE LIKE THAT THEY NEED A BETTER MANAGER AT THAT STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL RUN PEOPLE AWAY HE IS RUDEE AND Disgusting.

I haven’t been to classy girls beauty supply in a while and when I came back to get a wig the customer service was amazing. The associates were really patient with me while I made my decision. They have a huge selection of wigs at reasonable prices! I would be coming to this beauty supply more often 🙃

The customer service is terrible .they make up prices and give discount to who they want .I will post the real owner of these beauty supply stores so you can know how many are really connected. One best beauty supply in my area but customer service get 2 stars. One girl was literally at the front counter talking her life away then when I ask for help she says she on break. I feel like if your on break you shouldn’t be sitting by the register like you on the clock. I work at a beauty supply store and I can’t be in the front of the store taking a break and distracting my coworkers while people are in need of their service.

I googled a beauty supply store that was opened late. It said they closed at 10. I arrive at 9:45 after getting sidetracked. When i arrived i thought the place was closed. To my surprise they were very much open, and willing to assist with my many questions. I was out by 9:50. I just appreciate the fact that they stayed open so late on a tuesday night...

Extremely rude and unprofessional ! Sales associates dont greet you as soon as you walk in.
