As a hairstylist, when we need a product we need it quickly. I am a mobile hairstylist and I do house calls and I went to get specific color and the door was locked at 12:30pm. There was a sign on the door saying out to lunch, back at 1 wow! I have never experienced something like this during normal business hours The best part was she didnt open the door until 1:09pm. THEN the icing on the cake was I was followed around as if she thought I was stealing!! Unreal! I will drive an extra 20 miles to another cosmoprof before I return here.

I usually go there very often and I never had any problem but last week I had to get something for work and I didnt have any mask on my car so I used a big scarf to cover my head and face like I have seen in many places and she (BLONDE HAIR) didnt let me in because was not an ACTUAL MASK. Why? Was only me at the store and like I said there is a lot of places that even with a BANDANA you go inside beside that it isnt mandatory in Florida the use of the mask. Why people go to the extreme?

Oh unfortunately we as cosmetologist only have two places to buy our professional products, but it seems like this place is always out of certain items… It sucks especially when you need them

Came here to buy $170 worth of products. The sales person (Hispanic lady with blonde curly hair) was following us around the store and down every isle. She didn’t offer to help, just followed us around the store like if we’re stealing.Customers should not be harassed in this manner. It’s completely rude and unfriendly towards your customers.

Great customer service. Helpful staff! Love the girl at the register who had the bkue/purple ombre 😍 she was very kind.

The WORST location. Rude employees, they never answer the phone, and they sell to literally anyone whether you’re a professional or not so they’re always out of stock. Ive reported them to cosmoprof multiple times so hopefully something changes

Called ahead to make sure they were open before I drove 40 mins to get there. The lady on the phone seemed very annoyed at the questions I asked . When I arrived I was met with sign they were out for lunch and gloves are required to enter the store. It would have been much appreciated if I was informed when I called that they close the store from 2:00-3:00 and gloves must be worn. I would definitely not recommend shopping here.

I gave this place a 1 star only because I can’t give it a zero. The customer service in this place is terrible. The lady with black hair told my friends and I to step out because there was already a person inside and only allowed one more to come in which is understandable due to the COVID precautions. However, she then locked the door and later opened to tell us that only beauty professionals were allowed to come in, mind you we are students that go to beauty school and showed her our student ID since she was already looking at us sketchy. Once the one person that was inside cashed out she let us in and anywhere we would walk the blonde hair lady with glasses that also works there was following and looking at us like if we were thieves. It was to the point that we felt uncomfortable and I obviously felt a type of way and told her that it’s disrespectful and unprofessional what she was doing and she said that it was my problem and she can do whatever she pleases. We were going to buy products but due to her rudeness and unprofessionalism we just didn’t bother wasting our money there.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Literal no one works here. They dont answer phones or open doors. Its a joke.

The people who work here are nasty tempered and act like theyre doing you a favor by letting you shop. I dont know how any of these people are employed

The worst Cosmoprof ever in Miami, Fl. Do not I repeat do not waste your time going to this Cosmoprof. Customer service is Horrible!!! The lady that wear the glasses and shortcut hairstyle employee. Close the door hour before closing hours. They never have any products. Employee only speaks Spanish and no English. That’s no help to customers. Also this is the only Cosmoprof in Miami and broward you to have wear gloves to enter the store.

I have been sitting outside of the store since 12 noon and the doors and signs all say that the store is open, but there is no employee in the store whatsoever and the doors are locked! But all signs on the window say the store is open for business. Now those who have businesses to run and clients to attend to, that have placed their online orders for pickup, what is it that you expect us to do when YOUR STORE IS CLOSED!!!! No out for lunch signs or anything to let consumers know that no one is there. I am highly upset and will be complaining to corporate about this. Why do online order placing for pickup when you’re not even open for business! basura!

Very bad, the cashier is a bore, I forgot my ID and he treated me very heavy and he did not want to attend me!!!!!

Manager was very rude, they told me I cant buy any product because I bought $100 worth of product last month, it was clear I was racial profiled, havent played the race card since my 20s, in my 40s now and it was clear.. Been buying some them for 6 yrs., never actually went in a store front, ordered over the phone, only been to this store twice & today was my second time, no prob the first time, thats what I thought but they recognized me right away and denied me from shopping..cooperate will hear from me the get to the bottom of it...

This place used to be good but now it totally is bad. Prices have all gone up on everything and there are never any deals worth buying . but the worst and most annoying thing at this store is the awful customer service and the non english speaking lady that follows you around the whole entire little store assuming your a thief and stealing products its actually hilarious to watch this woman follow me and stand at the front of every isle im in . very uncomfortable and a real shame since i have been coming here for over 2 years and have never stolen ever yet this lady makes me feel super uncomfortable while im shopping and trying to decide which color i want to get and i live all the products i always spend too much money here and its just disgusting that this is how cosmoprof staff treats and acts towards their clientelle.if. this store location was not so convenient for me i would definitely go out of my way and would much rather go to the one on taft street when i can actually shop freely without being and 67th than be followed and hovered over like im some criminal. Or potential threat at this store . iI get and understand that people steal but that is not how to provide better security .By making customers extremely uncomfortable . It really makes me so mad I want to go back in the store and ask the lady what the hell is her problem but its been a bad enough shopping experience already and i doubt she can even reply back to me in English. Such a shame to see such a good and one of a kind store do and provide such bad business due to lack of well trained staff and if stealing is an issue then security cameras should be used and regularly monitered . i would hope this review makes it to the eyes of someone in charge of this business and that they will do something about this because i like going to cosmoprof .Especially this location but switching locations or to a salon centric would be unfortunate but definetly a option and possibility knowing that i can actually shop in peace and comfortable.

Yesterday we were in cosmoprof students and teacher of the Prestige institute to buy and get acquainted with the products in general but unfortunately we had a terrible experience and one of the clients dared to insult us and treat us very badly, claiming that we spent a long time inside the premises, we had thought buy good hair dryers, that takes time to decide. We did not deserve such treatment from a costumer but even worse that the cosmoprof staff did not say anything and allowed said treatment towards us! In conclusion, we did not buy anything and we decided to go to the center where the treatment was different and we bought what we need!
