If I can give this pharmacy a 0 I would !!!!! That’s why Walgreens are closing down stores just like the one down in 163rd by Walmart . Worst pharmacy customer service . Rude employees picked up from the streets . No customer service ethics, if you don’t like your job go work find a new one it’s not my fault your job is to answer phone calls and help sick patients in need of there medication . Oh and I wanted to let you guys know they never have your prescription in Stock due to the employees stealing prescriptions . I seen it with my own eyes even with cameras all around you . This Walgreens pharmacy I will never go to and I will be going to CVS from now on. . I have reported theft in the pharmacy to the upper corporate :)

I would give 0 stars but it doesnt allow you. Pharmacy Drive thru was super slow. We were the second car and it took 13min to get to the window. 5 people walked past the drive thru window and did not even acknowledge us that someone would assist. This is not the first time

Expect to wait in line for 15 minutes at least!Self checkout would be a game changer

I came to this location two months & the cellular station locked isn’t allowing the key to open the door.It’s been three months and it’s still not working properly. Thankful for the customer service agent Robert for being patient and generous because it took him at least 10 minutes to open the door to the cellular phones. Please fix it!

June 10, 2020 at approximately 9:44PM. Im at my lical Walgreens which I frequent 2 to 3 times on a daily basis. Im like at this store 24/7. When I tell my go to store its Walgreens. Well tonight I got off work and decided to make a quick run to my Walgreens. Mind you I walked because it is within walking distance from my house. As soon as I reached the walgreens I realized I had forgotten to bring my mask. Like I said quick run, and I also know the rules with the mask. So to substitute me not having a mask, I decided to use my shirt to cover up my mouth and nose. As I know is acceptable when you dont have a mask readily available. So I cover my mouth and nose and walk in. Im there for less than 2 minutes to pick up 2 liter of coca cola and get out as quickly as possible. Theres only 2 customers at the counter. At this store they have an armed guard there I assume to deter theft. Well, this guard comes up to me and starts to tell me that I need a mask. I explain to him hey I left my mask Im using my shirt I just need less than 2 minutes. All while my mouth and nose is covered. This guard was adament about throwing me out the store for a mask when my face and nose was covered. I understand rules. I understand in this day we are using masks to prevent the spread of covid. What about if this was a homeless person who dont have access to masks, and someone just gave them a couple dollars to get something to eat. I called for a manager. Mr. Robert Morris, the manager on duty that night went above and beyond and got me a mask to wear. Mind you walgreens sales masks and I even told the guard hey I can buy a mask thats no problem. He was adament to throw me out a store I frequent on a daily basis. I just want to Thank Mr. Robert Morris who went above and beyond. I hope in the future, they have a talk with this guy. All he needed to do is say ma am let me get a manager to see if hell make an acception instead of being ready to kick out a frequent paying customer.Again, THANK YOU MR. ROBERT MORRIS.

They have you make an appointment for a Covid test but then it takes an hour to be seen

This is were we usually pick up our medicine from the pharmacy. Staff is very friendly.

Generally speaking, employees at this Walgreens do not want to be bothered by customers. Ive visited many, many times and have received cordial and prompt service maybe twice. Once the employees stood around watching me wait for help at the batteries. They didnt respond until after the third time assistance was called for. GO TO THE ONE ON NE 15TH AVE BEFORE YOU COME HERE.

Pharmacy is the worst. Youll wait forever in that place... Just plain horrible.. Came back 2 years later. April 17, 2021. To pick up medicine for my dad. Waited 1 hour in the drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of me. Those pharmacist just dont care.

Overnight service is the best. They work and help you find the items. very convinient and dont have to wait in line for so long. they always work with a smile.

Worst Walgreens in Miami !!! Everyone there needs to be fired ! And then hire brand new staffing that actually care about customers. Walgreens is suppose to be the next best customer service along with Publix. Every experience I had here went from worst to terrible to horrifying. I transferred all my prescriptions to another Walgreens were competent people work and actually care . I WILL NOT BE BACK !!! Periodt!

Horrible Customer Service!!!!!! I called and the employees do not know their right from left. I cannot give any negative criticism for in store experience (as it was neither good nor bad), but never call them by phone (itll lead nowhere). I feel sorry for those who are unable to walk, drive and must call. If I give less than a 1, trust me I would. Walgreens, please do a better job because this is pitiful.

Worst Walgreens I have ever seen! All staff is horrible except for the liquor section. Pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen with the laziest staff & pharmacist. They had a guetto DJ in front door entrance blasting gangster rap music on Easter Sunday! This Walgreens is worst than the neighboorhood that is in.

The pharmacy cashier does not know what shes talking about when answering questions she does need to refer the customers to the pharmacies dont answer any questions that she does not know about

Convenient around-the-clock; transferring prescriptions there can be awkward when picking up.
