I arrived to hait salon at 9am and no one was there. At 9:30 another client came and called. She said they told her they open at 10am. Everyone had appointments for 9am. I asked for a specific hairstyle and I was told no because its to packed and people are waiting. Yet I waited for over 3 hours to get my hair washed and set. I been waiting long too, I have an event and this is the style I want, nope automatic straighten hair. Smh. The stylist were upset and arguing about how they had their own appointments and it was not great getting my hair done by an angry hairstylist. Regret going here.

I LOVEEEEEE this place. I walked right in and was helped bu Gertrudys who was amazing. She was very pleasant and gentle. I am african american with coarser hair think 3c and she gently combed through each strand and didn’t burn my scalp when she straightened and blow dried my hair. On the way out the receptionist was amazing. He went above and beyond by providing me a few tips that would help me maintain my hair and held the door for me as I walked out! This place is a hit and I will definitely be back.

Ive been having my hair services done here for several months and the team does a great job! Easy to talk to and quick! Facilities are bright and clean. Definitely recommend.

$80 for a trim of the ends and blowout AND the stylist who attended me only accepts cash. Don’t bother going to this salon unless you like paying $$$ in the ghetto. I don’t even think they have a bathroom for clients. Not even a glass of water or a cup of coffee do they offer, and yet they charge this much? Never again.

I Love This Salon! I’ve been going here for a year and a half and refuse to go anywhere else. Daisy is amazing but the other stylist is just as good! The manager is super nice, the staff feels like my extended family. They always offer me coffee when there. My hairstyle last for weeks when I go to this salon

I went into this salon for a wash, blow dry, flat iron & trim. All which costed me $90. And the stylist burned my natural kinky curly hair completely straight in the back. They don’t care about taking care of your hair ! If I didn’t tell her to put the temperature down then my whole head would look like a relaxer !

I gave them a high review 3 months ago but I take it back. They put chemicals to straighten my hair. I asked if they were able to wash and blow dry natural African American hair the man who washed my hair said yes. He washed my hair and the lady blew dry and flat ironed my hair. Three months later and my hair is still straight. Do not go to this salon they will lie and out Chemicals in your hair!!!!

I would not recommend going here if you have tight curls or any curls at all! A month ago on May 7th, I made the mistake of getting a silk press from Gertrudys at this hair salon, which left my hair extremely heat damaged from the roots.

I called to make sure I didn’t need an appointment. Luis was very sweet and told me I would be helped when I walked in no matter the time. When I showed up, I was greeted and Daisy introduced herself and started on my hair. The process took about one hour and 30 mins. I was offered water and had an amazing experience! I love this place. I have been looking a dominican style place in Miami that actually do Dominican. Gertrudis takes care of my hair and now is healthy again.They are conveniently open every Sunday.Very clean place, all the staff is friendly, but i dont change Gertrudis. Convenient location with parking and there is a beauty supply next door.

I couldnt be more pleased with my hair extensions! Top quality at decent price done in good time perfectly. I was so worried as my hair is baby fine but the professionalism and obvious experience proved worthy! I am definitely hooked and will continue to use their services and recommend to anyone! On top of it all they were awesome people with good personalities and a joy to be around!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The owner, Luis, was very accommodating and professional during my entire experience! I had keratin hair extensions placed by Nancy. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional! By far, this has been the best experience that I’ve had at a salon in my area. They have definitely gained a loyal customer. I will definitely recommend this salon!

Extremely disappointed. I went in for a consultation for extensions & was told that for the application (I have my own hair), plus cut, plus hair dye would be $300.I get there two days later, confirm again before beginning. The lady convinced me I don’t need hair dye.Still ended up paying $300 for extension application which she said was $240. And a hair wash and blow dry, not even rollers, for $60. These people are scam artists! Horrible!If you want to get scammed on the price, then I for sure would recommend this place

I trust this hair salon so much. I travel all the way from West Palm Beach to do my hair there. Luis the owner is very helpful and accommodating of the clients needs and Nancy is an expert on hair extensions. I recommend this place as they are very professional, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills. One of the best salons in south Florida.

I arrived at this salon today in tears, after taking out weave I had in my hair that was glued on for a few weeks I went home after removing the weave to try to wash my hair and noticed an abundant amount of hair falling out and a massive knot in my hair. I was scared and didn’t know what to do. Knowing it’s Monday and not many hair salons are open today. I quickly rushed to this salon because I remember coming to this salon on a Monday once and I was hoping they were open & they were ! I walked in, in tears and they quickly sat me in the chair and started working on my hair and assured me they were gonna be able to save my hair. & they did !!! I am so happy and grateful for the employees at this salon. They all assisted in helping me de tangle my hair. I was so sure I lost half the hair on my hair. & they helped save my hair and bring it back to life. Thank you so much !!!

I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years now. Coming from NY to Miami was a big move, but finding this salon was a life-saver for my hair, especially for to the fact that I have long hair. Lucrecia is the stylist that I go to and she’s amazing!! Very professional and is easy to work with when it comes to setting an appointment time. The other stylists in the salon are very good too and very professional. The vibe and the energy of the salon is calm and relaxing. I definitely recommend going here if you’re in the Miami area! I’ll definitely miss this place after I move.

I recommend Gertrude, She made magic on my hair, she made the cut the way I wanted. I had a 4c hair and she was able to strengthen it out in less than 2 hours. I love it I highly recommend this places.

Lady unlocks door, doesnt greet me. Instead she continues her personal phone call and proceeds to take my hair apart and when I interject she just stops but stays on her phone. Then hangs up and tells me cash only. I said ok how much she said 60. But she doesnt even know what I wanted. So when i told her she said 60 only cash! I left of course

This is the only salon I go to do my blowouts and achieve straight hair! I am a natural girl and daisy does a great job of taking care of my natural hair and the hospitality and guest treatment is outstanding! I highly recommend!!!

Don’t waste your money !!!!I went there yesterday to do Brazilian knots for the first time. I’m giving them 1star because the manager Luis is professional and you can tell he is trying to run the salon better. There’s a older Domincan lady her name starts with a g (can’t remeber what she said it’s a unique name ) Anyways she seems nice at first, but when I finally sat in her chair all she was doing was complaining the whole time about the salon. I felt really uncomfortable the whole 4hours I was there. I figured she had a bad day and just brushed it off, but she kept going and going, going . To the point where you can tell she was just trying to hurry up and go home.She ended up asking her friend Rose another Domincan lady, very sweet and she was younger too to help.The poor lady stayed to the very end and styled my hair very nice . I ended up paying $540 total for service including tip. I do not Recommend this place until new staff is hired . Just giving you ladies a heads up......

They do not open at 9:30am I there at 9:00am so I could be the first person. I depended on them to be open cause I had to be somewhere at 12.

I DO NOT recommend the place, I was cheated so much by the stylist if you can call it that Gertrudiz and the owner with a Keratin for $ 250 plus a $ 20 tip and my hair was straight on some sides and curlers on others and they have the nerve to say that it is my hair that of the problem and not the service I received and if I wanted to do a retouch I had to pay again because it is lost for them, what lack of professionalism.

The owner is very good people and my daisy hairdresser is very good at what she does and leaves my hair very soft as if it were unkempt
