Zenith auto is the real deal, Centennial Hyundai was trying to give me the work around on part and labor costs.. I called Alexei last Thursday and he had an ONE open time slot in the afternoon Friday, I couldn’t pass it up. I provided parts and he quoted me labor at $1,000 LESS than the dealership. These guys get down to business.One of the parts provided by me was the incorrect part (thanks Centennial Hyundai) and they were able to find the new part SAME DAY and get my car back on the road the SAME DAY. Suspension parts replaced, aligned, and quality checked before they got me back on the road. I couldn’t be more grateful for Ricky, Alexei, Andrew, and the rest of the Zenith Auto Care team. You guys are awesome.

Found great reviews at this location and everyone seems to agree, honest work, reasonable prices and NO Pushy Sales people, I like that they text you a link to show you pictures of things that need to be fixed on your vehicle... Customer parking is in the front.... They book by appointment, and the wait is not that long....

Ive been anxious about mechanics and shops because Ive heard sketchy things about em, but this place has earned my trust.The shop has some of the best and most transparent service Ive ever seen. They update you on what issues are found with your car, and even share updates with images of their findings. They dont charge you extra on the issues they find, but rather wait for you to give them the green light of accepting the extra services to your vehicle.When the mechanic here diagnosed my car, they noticed the issue I mentioned, and that dropped down the price because they found the true issue of the vehicle, so that shows me how honest these guys are with their customers. I was worried that with all the issues listed, the repairs would cost me an arm and a leg, but nope, their pricing is very reasonable, especially when you can choose what jobs to accept or decline.In the end, I highly recommend this shop. The reviews are no joke! Im definitely coming here again next time.

I took my Cruze to Zenith today, 3/9/2021 for a leak. They did a great job, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and great customer service. They are reliable, honest, professional and competent. Unlike some places that Ive been in Vegas where they try to sell you things or charge you for Extras, Zenith are honest and helpful. Great explanation, great details about the service, etc. They are trustworthy, Highly Recommended. As soon as my car need a service, I would be back to Zenith with confidence.

Does only the work that is required and gives a vehicle a thoroughinspection for potential problems. In 62 years of driving, they are the most honest repair shop I have ever met. Our 4 Hondas have been expertly cared for by Zenith for years. The team is extremely professional and honest. They have the most innovative communication system to text diagnostics, quotes and photos. Makes it really convenient to approve any repairs and maintenance they recommend. Setting up appointments is easy, service is performed quickly and we know were in good hands with Zenith. We literally wont buy a vehicle unless Zenith can maintain it for us.

My mom had been going to Zenith Autocare for a few years now, I would go with her and I was able to learn about the quality of their service without even having a vehicle. I finally was able to get a vehicle of my own. After getting my own personal vehicle serviced, I will never go anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Alexi. He was extremely detailed on everything that was wrong with my car, and was able to send me a text message with detailed high quality pictures (My favorite feature) and detailed information on each part, how it was malfunctioning and the replacement that is required. Great, professional and get the job done

We are still dealing with them, but so far they have been a great ally in a bad situation. Our warranty company referred us to them. They have been very timely in contacting us, have taken time to answer questions thoroughly, and while our warranty company had tried to deny the claim, they have been doing their best to communicate with them on our behalf about the issues at hand. The prices they quoted are all very reasonable, and a friend of ours who is also a mechanic says they are doing all the right stuff. Will update with resolution, but these guys are really being great, even while the warranty company (a completely separate company) drags its heels.

Found this place because it was rated highly. Liked the service. Just wished that they had their services offered on a board to know what they do and what is included with a service, for example an oil change. I took mine in and told them what I wanted, and they took my keys and I just waited. I assumed tire rotations might be part of the oil change but it wasnt. Had I known to ask, or seen it on a board, i wouldve been willing to pay for rotations.

We took our 2013 Odyssey in to get a transmission cooler and 7 pin trailer wiring installed a few weeks ago. They let me bring in the parts I bought which makes it a little cheaper. Alexia even helped me look up parts on Amazon and e-trailer to buy. He just charged labor to install. The job Alexia did was outstanding. He is a honest hard working person and a man of his word. It took longer than anticipated to complete the job so he stayed late that night to finish it. I was expecting him to ask for money than the quote he gave me but he didnt even mention it. So I am new to town. Just moved here from New York. I was really scared trying to find a good mechanic as my Dad is a mechanic for Cadillac Buick GMC for 24 years and now that he’s far away I have feared what I’ve heard about from many women dealing with 3rd party mechanics. People trying to take advantage of me and overprice me. Not once did I get a slight inkling that these gentlemen were trying to take me for a ride . My 17’ Santa Fe just hit 60,000 and was due for some standard services plus an alignment. First of all when I got on the phone and got the quote his price was the lowest BY FAR from 10+ mechanics I called around the city . You can’t beat it. I drove an hour for the service today and I can say it was absolutely worth it and they made it such an easy and smooth process... thank you guys for all your hard work !!

I work at an auto shop, & my 99 civic has been nothing but a nightmare since I bought it off a friend. It was having some starting issues that progressed in to 3 months of searching & replacing parts I probably never needed. I took it to them & got a call within a few hours. It was only a fuel pump relay that lost connection & they fixed it for me. I havent had a car to use for just about 2 weeks & now Im back on the road & all because it was a simple & easy fix. & the prices are fantastic. I highly recommend them for service. My car (2002 Honda Accord Coupe EX. 168,000 miles) was unable to pass smog (check engine light was on as well as SRS light) so I researched online and found Hondoctors. I called and set up an appointment and they told me to come in at 1:30pm (I called at noon) to find out what was wrong. The $48 diagnostic was cheaper than the places in my area so I agreed. About an hour after I dropped off my car, I got a call saying they had a few things to tell me. They were able reset my check engine light, told me I’d eventually have to get a transmission replacement, but said I would be able to pass smog.I headed back to Purrfect Auto Service (where I was unable to pass smog for the first time) and although I was able to finally pass, they gave me an offer: have my transmission fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid flushed/replaced for a deal of $150... Something told me to hold off on it and I called Hondoctors for their opinion. They told me that even though $150 was a good deal for those three, it wasn’t necessary to do it all at once and right now.Hondoctors also told me to set up a future appointment to figure out what else my car needed for repairs. They were honest, nice, and knew what they were doing. Needless to say, I will be coming back for future services.Thank you Jarrod and Alexei from Hondoctors!

We have been taking our vehicles here for some years now. Always honest and definitely giving you a reasonable cost in comparison to bringing it to dealership (of course). However, not short of quality of work. I have never left the shop after getting a repair only to have new issues arise. I actually trust Lexi and his team better than my dealership. Please note, they specifically specialize Honda, Acura, Toyota, Subaru, and Scion. So if you have one of the above, bringing it to an auto shop that focuses on these brands...at least you know they have constant experience with such vehicles. Highly recommend.

Hondoctors is the only place I take my 2003 Honda Accord for service and repairs. Good, honest estimates and they do what they say, no funny business.Just had my radiator flushed and bought new tires. This a great shop, my family also brings the 2008 Toyota Tacoma for servicing as well.

Hondoctors is the only place to take your auto. I have used their service for over ten years. They do quality work and have fair prices, they stand behind their work. They take the extra time to explain what needs to be done and provide you with a written estimate of all costs. Las Vegas has a lot of repair services that always say they can do the work and save you money, but we all know you get what you pay for.
