I have used this business ever since they opened about 4 years ago. I love their work and their honesty. The manager Hutch is top notch...very honest and knowledgeable. I trust their pricing and the quality of their work. I have all 3 of my cars serviced here for any thing that may go wrong and I highly recommend them.

Great local shop. Ive had them change my oil multiple times, each time was a simple easy process and the prices are good and competitive. Quick and cheap service, cant really ask for more.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wish I could post zero stars. I came for an oil change and asked if they could see why my wipers wouldnt work. He said it would $120 hr for labor. I get it, you need to make money. He called after an hour letting me know cant quite pin point it yet thinks its a short. Well after three hours says need a new electronic control module and would be $1,300 after it took 3 hours to figure out costing me $360, but the wipers work now. Tells me that I need to do it, they will shut off at anytime.Now way, dont trust the guys. The technicians seemed nice and hardworking, just dont trust the management. One guy sat behind the counter talking on the phone on a foreign language.Previous management was fine which is why I went back. Definitely never going again and do not recommend!

Charge too much money for services based only on the type of car you need service. There needs to be a standardized pricing for all cars. Price gouging.

So I took my truck in to get serviced.  Needed the transmission fluid changed.  I looked it up and didnt feel comfortable changing it so I had them do it.  Of course they come back with your coolant tank it leaking ($1200), rack and pinion is leaking ($900) and you should change your front and rear differential fluid ($360).I told them Im good and just change the transmission fluid.  $120 later my differential flies both front and rear is changed.  I found the leak to the coolant system and fixed this morning ($17) and an hr of my time

I have been living at my house for the past 10 years and just across street from this business, visited them and used their service right after they opened, build very friendly neighborhood relationship with them after they opened 4/5 years ago but when I went last Dec. to do the smog found out the previous management team were gone.That was the 3rd management that I have built a good relationship and all gone.. and until 2 days ago, I visited the current management for the 3rd time, I have to say, I would NEVER EVER going to step in to this store ever again, I was planning only do the oil change but because their rude, unfriendly, unhelpful customer service, I went to AA Auto at Ann Rd and decided to do the full maintenance which cost more then $250+ at Ann Rd store. (way more then just an oil-change).The past impression that I had with AA Auto, always very friendly, helpful, supportive but the current management team are rude and unfriendly and even forced me to do the high mileage oil change when the other 3 places replied to me I dont need to do the high mileage oil change if I choose not to....6 month ago, I done a smog (that was the time found out the previous management team were all gone) and after I completed the registration from DMV, I went back to add some air to my tires and the manager even want to charge me fees until the worker told him I was there 1 hour ago for smog, the manager did not even remember I was there 1 hour prior ..and I have done at least 10 smog in the past 4 or 5 years (due to issues with the registration) and they were all $9.95 and I was charge for $14.95 and until now I found out it needed to have a coupon in order to have $9.95.. :(3 month ago when my car smoked from engine and I towed my car to this store, been told I have to pay $100 for diagnostic but turn out I only run out the coolant and Auto Zone even gave a free, simple diagnostic for free.All the local business build up with local residents so the local residents does not have to drive far away to the other business but I guess this management team does not know whats the definition of customer service means, I hope the head quarter would see my review.Build up a loyal customer is hard for local business but ruin the repetition is very easy.This store lost me as a loyal customer from across street forever unless the previous management comes back...I already know I am going to have a happy, pleasant service at Ann Rd store compare to the attitude that receiving from this store.AA Auto hiring wrong management team to run this place, thats really sad.. oh well, thats life.. good luck with the business in the future.

I took my car for an oil change and was informed that I would need a flush because its been so long.I informed the worker that the sticker was old and I had an oil chnage a few months ago. He stated tht I still needed a flush because it was to long ago. So, he didnt pay any attention to what I was saying. I told him I didnt want the flush only the oil change and he refused. Stating they cant do n oil change without a flush. I believe that they were just trying to get extra money out of me. I will never go back.

My 2001 dodge ram 1500 need a fuel pump replaced as well as oil change, thermostat change. Staff was very noligable on my vehicle great price did not fill like I was getting taken advantage of.The store was very clean and welcoming. Would recommend.

Tried to use a coupon ($9.99) but was told the price would be $39.99 for fully synthetic oil, I told the guy (who said he was the owner) I did not want that, he responded by saying you car only uses fully synthetic oil. He would not budge even when I told him I had had my oil changed there in the past. I checked the manual and called the dealer, just so I could say I had, his next tactic was to say he did not have the oil I needed. Dont let this place try to up sell you. Even the coupon is a sham, you do not get a price cut by using them. If I could give no stars I would.

I have had service my truck here. but change to pepboys being well know i had my tire done then pepboy said my defiritial is going bad bad not that bad there i took it back the woman said oh its very bad charge me 50.00 x3 kit my husband why 3 kit but it was 450.00 then i had oil change then al the sudden my truck started to leak oil. my husband took it to auto care instead he did not trust pepboys the guy at auto care said bring it back to them they did not do it righ, we took it back to pepboys then pepboys said your front suspension is bad and will ruined your new tire. my husband said take the truck to auto care and have them look at it auto care said everything looks good no charge!!!!!!! PEPBOYS LIED!!!!!JUST TO SKIM SOME MONEY TO CUSTOMER AA AUTO CARE SIGNED A VOUCHER VERIFYING THAT THERE IS NO ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TRUCK ITS IN PERFECT CONDITION. Use to love this location but the customer service and wait times (especially when empty) has caused me to look for a different shop.

These people wanted 250 in labor for brake change while i already had brake pads so i declined this part . I just got an oil change while I was waiting i seen 3 customers get told the exact same thing they would need a flush and would be additional 65 for that. When it came time for me they said the exact same thing i need a flush 65 more i said no thank you just oil. These guys cant be trusted not coming back.

Do NOT go to this shop!!! They charged me $750 for an A/C condenser and the problem was NEVER actually resolved! Here ive had the issue for 2 years and finally found an honest mechanic to replace the compressor which has been causing the issue in the first place!

I would not tell anyone to trust this guy here he double changed me for the work he did then he was telling me I needed parts that my car didnt even have on the car .. when I question him he tells me that he chafing me for each piece he putting on so if a part coast 100 he chafing me 100 on top of it do each part was like that I been goung yo his shop for at least 2 yr and he do this ... trouble place . theres another as auto right down the street very honesty people down there go there George is wonderful

I went with mom aaa and was told job would be 4000 dollars Cadillac converter and transmission oil leak well I had a welding one on there and they wanted me to get the piece that’s not welded well auto zone said get the same part that us on my car well I went to another shop I paid 814$ what a big difference I also tried to get own parts and the guy the owner didn’t wanna check to see if they where the right parts said well you are not buying the parts from me so I can’t tell you what’s right or wrong

Very disappointed. New to the area and looking for a shop thats reputable and far. Thats not AA Auto Care.Took my car in for oil change transmission service and a tire rotation, was told $425. Im ok with that. Got a call back an hour later from someone else stating for $40 more I could get the full service with everything checked and changed worth $700. Im ok with that. Went to pick it up and now the bill is $650. How is that possible? I asked if everything was done including the tire rotation and was told if it was on the paper it should have been done bit the person I was paying told me they dont watch the mechanics.Definitely do not recommend and if I could have given less then one star I would have.Invoice # 699

I just left & I came in for an Oil change they Came back out telling me my oil was black and I needed a flush for the amount of $150 and I needed new air filters I politely declined they handed me my key & me & my infant son went to the car I get to the car & noticed my window is rolled down..... I get in after putting my son in the car and try to roll my window up & it won’t go up . I go back inside & told the manager & he said that he has nothing to do with that I was tooken back. I broke down in the parking lot because it already was a horrible day Then he told me we can Take it to court!!!! & I will be doing so! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Last time I had my oil changed they wanted to charged me 40.00for a bottle of oil flush its a scam went to get my 89 corvette smoged like Idid last year with coupon.They said.cost 54.00 and take around 1 hour went to jiffy smog took him 15 minutes and charged me 30.00 Do yourself a favor go somewhere else you will save money.

This shop is a JOKE! My mother in law went for an oil change and they tried to tell her she needed $2820 in repairs.Rear main seal - $1400A/C compressor kit - $12002 belts - $220They attempted to use scare tactics. Are you kidding me?!? How dare this company try to take advantage of the elderly. Thank goodness she left with only an oil change. This AA Auto Care is an embarrassment to all auto shops. They should have their doors closed!! Stay away.

Manager in write shirt was extremely rude to me and an employee at front desk. Was on phone complaining about transaction with the other person in hearing distance.Asked me to come back two times for a smog check.Not a good representative for your company.Not impressed at all with AA Auto Care because of him.Likely wont be back.The store was 475 West centennial parkway North Las Vegas Nevada.

They are polite but they lie to you about your car. They told me that my antifreeze was low but I had checked it the day before and it was full. I checked it again when I left their shop and it was full. They just wanted the money. I have had the oil changed and never paid almost 70.00 dollars.

If you need an oil change or dont expect much, I cant comment but quality of major repair is so bad, you come away with the car in a worse condition, some problems caused through carelessness, others through incompetence. The practice will push you to pay more and delay repair nearly daily until you push back hard. I feel that people providing the service were dishonest in inflating the cost of repair to cover systems that werent broken. Even after repair, I brought my vehicle back with new problems they caused for them only to cause more problems with other car systems. I decided not to bring my vehicle back again. I earnestly caution you to stay away from this shop.

Very dirty facility. Floors inside the building were nasty, restrooms were disgusting, they drove a customers vehicle around with the hood completely open blocking their view. The employees were nice, just not a professional company. I wouldnt go back simply because i prefer cleaner, more professional service.

Guys are rude, 1 hour wait for smog check even though there was literally only one other car getting worked on and it wasnt at the smog station.

Took vehicle to get smog check. Was told it needed fuel pump at the cost of 689.00. The vehicle had a new fuel pump in it already which they were told about. My husband asked to have fuel filter changed and was told it would make it worse. Did not have work done that they wanted to do. Had my son-in-law put new fuel filter in. Took vehicle to Jiffy Smog and the vehicle passed with flying colors. I will never take a vehicle to this business again...They cant be trusted.

I highly recommend them! Rob and Nate helped me out. They kept me informed through the process. Repaired my car in a timely manne as well. My car ended up needing another part that was not included in the initial repair, I was not charged for it!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My car seemed liked it worked better before I took it there. Even after 2k worth of work my brakes still squeaked and my suspension still acted up.

Just left. Typical rip off shop. The owner was rude and of course like most other auto shops, they attempt to rip you off by lying and upselling. They said we had no oil and needed over $100 in maintenance. I checked the oil myself in the parking lot and though low, we still had 2qts. Dont give them your money. Bad service and dishonest staff.

Ive had my truck smogged here last two years for $9.99 today they said its $39.99 because its heavy duty. Just making stuff up to try to make more money. Dont smog your truck here its still $10-20 elsewhere.

Call them about their oil change pricing as were new to town and they didnt disappoint! Lowest price around with no sacrifice in quality of service. I also ask them about their shop rate and its $80 an hour lower then Firestone. (No dig on Firestone, theyre just mega expensive) Plus, military discount!

I HATED that their standard $9.95 smog price is gone. I also was turned off by the 3 customers ahead of me AND me, getting a minimum of $1000 mark up recommendations for what we needed done to our cars OR theyd practically EXPLODE as soon as we left the parking lot.

Trustworthy and affordable. I recommend Angel because he always offers his honest opinion and tries to work with you on all vehicle repairs. My vehicles are in great condition because of his expertise.

They did a great job on my oil change. Even a free oil change! But the sticker the put in my car was a little concerning. I was there 6/8 and I can assure you my 2016 vehicle does not have over 400k miles.

I feel like theyre under new management. Saw some new faces and was greeted with a warm welcome.

The 1st time I took my car there A1 service the 2nd time was really an emergency and couldnt find any1 to do the work, but once car got there I dont know if they had an agenda or what but they were wrong all Im going say and they pricing was just astronomical for what?

They did an oil change for 49.99, then told me something was cracked and they could fix it for $110. I allowed them to fix it and do the oil change. 5 minutes after I left, they called me to come back I asked why they said that my car was leaking when I left. My car was fine when I took it so I don’t know why it would be leaking. I return they pull it back in and when I asked whats wrong he said oh I thought I forgot to tighten the pan but it’s ok. I check my oil a few days later and my car has no oil in it. I’ve never had any problems with my car and now all of a sudden there is issues. So basically I paid $170.00 for nothing. Do not go here if you want things done right. I will not be returning, not even for them to fix what they broke.

Just picked up my car. It drives smoothly now. They do an excellent job on cars. I shall return!!!

11/21/2019 I have used AA Auto at this location for the past 4 years after having a bad experience with AA at another location. Yesterday I went for a smog check on my motorhome and was greeted by a completely new staff. No one there is familiar with my rig or my other vehicles. The price for my smog check went up $20 and the man at the desk had no explanation. The service was adequate and everything went well, but I certainly have no confidence in taking my autos back for service when no one knows the agony we went through previously to determine my ongoing problems. I will look around a bit before returning, as I feel their emphasis is now on money and not customer service and confidence.UPDATE 11/20/2020: Was in a hurry so took my car in for a smog check. First thing I noticed was the manager was the old manager from the Losse Rd store, where I had a bad experience before. I thought, well what can go wrong with a smog so I agreed to pay the overpriced $14.99 for the check. Asked about an oil change and they quoted a way over priced $50, so I politely declined, then he offered it for $40 I again declined. SCAMMERS! Halfway through the smog the manager approached me and said my oil was very low (I had just checked it yesterday and was on the full mark) and that the oil was burnt and needed to be changed immediately and needed an oil system flush. He also told me my belts were bad and about to break. This car has 35,000 miles on it. I declined the repair and drove to the auto shop next door and had them look at the belts. They are fine. This is strictly a rip off shop and with an upsell program. Oh, yeah, the mechanic noted when he got in the car that the low tire pressure light was on. Did he add air to the low tire? NO! DONT GO THERE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

George and Daniel are awesome! I have an older car that needed more than a few things fixed. They explained everything in detail, both very knowledgeable. I have referred 2 family members of mine. This is the only auto place that I trust to be honest and fair in price.

On 3/16/19 I brought my truck into this location for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. After paying almost $300 same price as dealership repairs, the trucks check engine light comes on. I take it back, they clear the code. I then drive away and it comes on again. I take it back again and they tell me that they sont have anyone to fix my truck. Then they pull not out of the shop and call the cops. Do not take your car here.

Went in for break inspection after being Quoted $150 over the phone (for a compact car). After the inspection I was told i needed new rotors. Lowest he could go was $350. Took it for a second opinion and sure enough- rotors were fine. Got my breaks done down the road for $150, at GoodYear. Glad I found a mechanic I could trust.

This shop is filled with liars. They were supposed to fix my car but they never did. I still had to pay $2,000 even though they didnt fix it. They continuously ask for money even though they never fixed my car. After they told me how much i had to pay, they changed the diagnostic on paper and i had to pay more. When I went back to the shop to talk about how my car wasnt fixed they gave me a number to call and when I called the number came up as disconnected. Dont trust this place of business.

DO NOT GO THIS LOCATION!!!WARNING EVERYONE, i had some stuff wrong with my car, i told them every problem it was having when i dropped it off, not only did my car sit in there shop for 27 days, when i got it hack NOTHING THEY FIXED, FIXED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR! On top of that they maxed out my EXTENDED WARRANTY of 4700$ dollars.... jermaine, and the other shop manager are very un professional and was using profanity outside the shop... i am now dealing with corporate “John” to see what they are going to do before it goes to courts/THE NEWS STATION

This place charged my friend $650 for a part that costs $300 at most and they told her she needed to switch out this part ASAP basically scaring her so she had to pay $900 out of pocket for something that shouldve been $500 (including labor)at most and on top of that they had the audacity to give her a $20 discount...pretty sure since she is a woman and was by her self they tried to get as much out of her as possible....they are rats

I went in to have my engine mount bolts checked and possibly create an account with them because my 2013 equinox warranty just expired. The front desk person was inside the shop area and you could see him texting on his phone, ignoring the people in the lobby. I waited there for five minutes before one of the mechanics finally told him that I was in the next room by pointing over towards the area. When he came out I asked him if the shop did that kind of service and he said yes and I asked about how long it would be and he said about 45 minutes because there were cars already in there. I said no problem because I had a storage unit next-door that I was going to go in and organize my things, so I gave him the keys and came back about an hour later after not receiving a phone call from them. He was again inside the shop area on his phone very clearly texting back-and-forth with someone and it took him another five minutes when I finally tapped on the door to get his attention. He came out and said he hadn’t even looked at my car yet. This bothered me because there were people that were inside the lobby that hadn’t been there when I left the car and I turned and ask them if they had appointments and they said no and I said where are your cars right now and they said in the shop and I turned and looked at him and asked him why he hadn’t seen my car yet when there were people that were here after me that were clearly getting serviced when I wasn’t. He tried to say that they had appointments when I clearly asked them if they had appointments and they flat out said no.I understand that the place is new to a point but they really need to take the time to hire employees who actually care about professionalism and doing their job and creating a productive relationship with their clients or this place is going to fail. Either that or take the phone away from this very rude front desk person who is more interested in texting with his friends than giving good customer service.

Complete liars and they do not know how to fix luxury cars and these idiots broke my hood on my audi A8And on top of it all the manage to mess up and leave my car open overnite and things were taken out of it .And nothing was done about it .And to top it off it went for a oxygen sensors to pass smog they had my car for almost 6 days smh. On January 11, a Friday, I dropped my Audi A6 Quattro off for AA AUTO CARE at 475 West Centennial Pky. to attempt to fix it’s oil leak- for the third time. I dropped it off after work and was told by the manager that, “We will take care of it”. Since I hadn’t heard anything by Monday afternoon, I called after work. First I was told by the receptionist when I asked about the status of my car, “You want to drop it off?” I told her that I had the previous Friday She said, oh yeah. I joked, “What, did you loose my car?” She assured me they hadn’t and said she would have the manager call me. I began to worry. He didn’t call, so I did about 30 minutes later. A similar conversation occurred with him saying he would call me back. I decided to drive over there (in my son’s car). I drove around the lot looking everywhere for my car. I went inside and was told by the manager that my car was stolen! And wait, he left the keys in it! To end my already long story, about six weeks later, it was recovered outside of Kingman with seven other stolen vehicles. It was smashed up in the front and belongs to my insurance company as they had deemed it a total loss at the end of January. The fact that AA AUTO has not offered any recompense for the $1600 spent on a leak that was not even fixed, and that the company has not even offered any apology is unfortunate. There ability to repair luxury cars is very limited as well, such as Lexus, as told to me by past patrons. So if you use them, make sure your keys are secured and your personal information you may have in your vehicle is protected!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in for what I knew what work needed to be done. However they gave me an oil change I didnt need one.... when they said my car was ready they forgot to put the serpentine belt on, then so my check engine light was off but couldnt pass a smog. They said come back in a few days we will smog it... Well in a few days my check engine light came back on and they couldnt smog it AGAIN! There was a pump leak so they say and fixed it and said come back in a few days we will smog it. Well a few days past and my check engine light CAME BACK ON! Called extremely upset at this time New manager all of a sudden within the 2-3 weeks I have been dealing with A&A Auto now... And he said let me check everything Ill call you with details. Ive already spend $700 at this point I wasnt spending anymore! Anyway.. calls me says there is a small pump leak... They are going to fix it... I said they were suppose to have fix that last time. Check engine they turned back off and finally smogged my car HOWEVER MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON ONKY A WEEK AFTER THEY SMOGGED IT! Such a headache and waste of my time, energy & $$$$$$!!! It is so hard to find good reliable loyal mechanics in this town. Just be sure this one is not one!

Don’t waste your time here because they’ll waste yours. I came here to resurface my rotors which took them 9 business hours to do. I came to this shop on Tuesday at 3:00pm and they told me to come back in 2 hours and it’ll be done. So I go back and they tell me they will get it done by 9am the next morning and they didn’t get it done till 2pm the day after I dropped it off. And that was my second time here the first time I came here they did the same thing but for a different reason and the person wouldn’t stop asking me to rate them 5 stars for there horrible service. But I gave them another chance because everyone makes mistakes and its no mistake they are just unorganized and full of lies

I used to like this place. Now the staff is just a bunch of ghetto ass cholos. They dont know what theyre doing. They kept my truck overnight, for an alignment... The next day they told me that they couldnt even do anything with it. They didnt even try to fix it, all they did was kill my battery and blame me for it.

DishonestI took my car for an oil change. (2013 Dodge Chrger)Ive been taking my cars to AA auto care on Camino al Norte, NLV for years. My first impression was that this people dont have it together. Old recycled mismatched furniture, the building does not even look that is finish and ready to receive customers. Not like the nice waiting room at the other AA location.I thought this new location would have the same service as the one on Camino al Norte but I was wrong.They told me that the air filter was dirty and need it to be replace. They showed me the filter from far. I asked them how much would cost they said $35. I told them that I could get it for a lot less than that, I would replace it myself. I went to the store and got the filter for $20.When I took the air filter out to replace it with the new one, I discover the AA technician had spilled oil on the filter so they could justify the that the filter need it to be replace. A very dirty trick to get a couple of dollars on air filter sale. I would never take my car to this place again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I take all my cars here.. previously to visiting this location i had sworn off all AA Auto Care locations due to bad experiences but Raul and everyone else at this location changed my mind. I have had nothing but great service here and have brought all my cars here they have yet to fail me.

Its my second time coming to this place,thought they were good thats why I came back to get an oil change,the next day the bottom of my car was rubbing, come to find out they did not screw the cover plate back on after doing the oil change, so I brought my car back, and they try tell me the hardware was missing even they started.I told them if it was missing why you have not said anything when you were done or before you even started so we both knew,not telling me after the fact.And to make even worse they couldnt fix it and put a zip tie to it and said that go to the dealership as they do not have the parts Theyve lost a customer, end up causing me to spend $240 to fix the damage they caused.

I brought my Hyundai Accent in because I had a oil leak and they fixed it they also changed my oil but put the wrong plug in and stripped it I ask them about it after I noticed my oil was leaking they told me it will be a 750.00 charge I took my keys and drove off. God is always watching. Ripped off don’t go to them. 0 stars I will give them.

My truck has been in the shop 4 different days for a small wiring problem and a sensor . They fixed the wrong sensor and still havent done the wiring . I called and asked them if it would be done today and they responded with “ theyre still looking at it so probably not “ i do not recommend them for any service

If you dont check smog DONT ADVERTISE FOR IT!
