I called this location and inquired if they did inspections. The guy on there phone replied for uber/ Lyft I responded yes.He then states yes, weve done themMe: okay how much?Him: $65If you are in need of an inspection you can do it at pep boys for $13 Monday- Thursdays. Some locations may require an appointment but $65 is a complete RIP off.

Been my go-to place for oil changes for the last couple of years. Much cheaper than Jiffy Lube and just as good service. You can go next door to Scoundrels and have lunch while you wait and theyll call you when theyre done with your car. Theyre usually done with it before Im done eating.

Walked in very fast and honest services. they dont add extras ...always asks and lets you know what needs replacing. and shows you the part. very good business practices

I have been going to this location for about 8 years, I have a 2500 Dodge diesel, I was told that they could not smog it since it had a small camper on it. It’s under 1000lbs? They smogged a utility bed work truck with pipe rack and tools? Easily a 1,000 lbs. I bought a oil change that was upsold at 170.71$$$. Seems high, and I didn’t get what I wanted, a Smog? Diesel Owners, I am skeptical of this location. Had to drive another 15 miles to get my smog done somewhere else?

They were so generous with their time! Totally gave my husband a hand with a problem that was easy for them, but Not him.We were in an unknown city and they helped us and were friendly. All at no charge. Jesus bless them!

I got a bunch of suspension work done roughly about 4 months ago. They even did my hydro-boost. Pretty sure they did it wrong as my car does not run like it use to. But anyways after I got the work done we had agreed on a price before hand. When I came in to pay for the job all sudden it was a whole 400 almost 500 more. Just make sure ur firm with the price you agree on. They are quick to get the money to and as soon as u feel there might be a problem with the work. They try to sweep it under the rug or give you run around. I had to come back because they charged me for the tie rods and didnt even put them on smh

They dont advertise that their smog tech isnt there every day.

DIESEL SMOG CHECK!!In order for them to get certified for DIESEL SMOG CHECKs, they have to get special training and they are closely watched by the State’s Bureau of Auto Repair!The first word that comes to mind is HONESTY!!Oscar is friendly and again very honest!The prices are great and the work is very dependable. These guys are who you depend on to keep your vehicle in top notch condition!!

Cant say enough good about this place! The staff are competent, efficient, and honest. They communicate promptly and are all about taking good care of us and my car. We went in with a possible brake issue (the steering wheel shaking badly while braking down a steep incline) and they took it for two test drives, checked out everything and couldnt find anything wrong. I offered to pay for the diagnostic time, and was refused.Definitely recommend!

They are always on time. And always have my car ready to be drivin in short time. Hey what can i mess my car up alot trying to fix it and drive it constantly. But this place is great quality and worth it.

I came in asking for a quote on a fuel pump, they told me it would cost me $1,400 to have the work done, now I understand people are trying to make a living here, but if its a $200 part and with me having no automotive experience being able to put the pump in within 45 minutes, I cant help but feel that this price was not fair. If you visit this shop just make sure you get a reasonable price Im sure they dont do this all the time, but this review reflects my personal experience with this business.

I have been going to this place since 2004 without a problem. I took my truck in today 1/21/19 for an oil change. I had put a mark on the filter with black marker before I went. When I got home I checked the filter to see if they had actually given me a new one and saw the same black marks I had put on it the night before. They charged me on the invoice for a new filter and they lied because obviously they did not change it but they acted like they had done a proper oil change and charged me for the part. Will NEVER go there again and I advise everyone else especially women to avoid this place. It used to be good but now you cant trust them and they will willfully cheat you and lie straight to your face.

I think the most important thing in a mechanic is their trustworthiness, while most mechanics out there will tell you to replace every little thing even if they are only scratched, Kiwi replaces what is critical and ensures your vehicle is working in top condition (At reasonable prices). Also BMWs are a pain when it comes to repairs, and most mechanics either turn them down or give bs repairs that last less than a week, Kiwi is the exception to this! I am very happy to take my car there for repairs and trust their mechanics as I have only had good experiences with them and the owner Eddie.

Ive lived in Vegas since 2012 and I have always taken my vehicles here for smog, oil change and minor repairs. The mechanics provide quick and quality service every time. Im not sure why others think the manager is rude. Ive not experienced that but he does have sarcastic humor, which I like. Perhaps those who dont appreciate sarcastic humor are instead taking him as rude. Anyway, I wouldnt trust another place to handle my car.
