My wife and I had a rather urgent issue with a car while on vacation on a Saturday Afternoon. Every other company we called basically laughed us off the phone as it was 3pm. From Melissa that answered the call and agreed to get us in before they closed and gave us a great referral to a tow truck, to Steve & Chris who worked on our car. Everyone at this business was incredible yesterday friendly and welcoming and I’d trust them with any repair on any car I own. Theyre honest. Theyre very nice didnt steal my parts they help him work with me. Got another shot my car was at another shop and I took it there to honest once. The other shop took stole all my parts Cadillac converters sensors radio. Honest one is putting my car back together one for them I would have gave up. Had an appointment that was set up a week earlier. Seemed like a simple enough job of draining transmission fluid. After 2 hours, my vehicle was not worked so I just had to leave. Whats the point of an appointment? Ill just do it myself.

I did an inspection on my new truck to see if everything is ok and they broke my AC compressor (AC was working fine) and some other things and gave me an ridiculous quote to fix that AC and other stuff that don’t take as much time as they say. Definitely scammers, I will never take my car there, they break parts and pretend was broken so they can scam you!!!! Shame on you!!! You should name yourself Scammers one because you are are NOT honest!!!!!

Had to take my company van in for repairs. Called these guys up on a Friday, dropped off my van Saturday morning. I was told that it’s be done Monday morning, but some parts had to be ordered (it’s ok, I understand). Rolled out of there Tuesday morning and van was almost as good as new. Even though my company paid for it, they gave a fair price. All the people I talked to were very nice and professional. I would use these guys on my personal vehicles and highly recommend them.

They could have definitely taken advantage of the situation with us being out of town and needing it fixed to get home but they took the time to find the real problem instead of just trying to charge us a arm and leg. I tried Honest-1 Auto due to pretty good reviews from the yelp website. BAD IDEA! I made an appointment to see if they could fix my A/C. I came in on-time, checked in, made my complaint and informed the front desk of my concerns. I told the man, the car had already had an A/C flush & recharge, it did not need that again. Okay so they took a look and I was told they were offering FREE A/C checks... I waited about an hour and asked how it was coming a long. The lady behind the front desk now said they found a tiny leak and it need a cap. I was like How much is this? She said about $170 parts and labor including a/c charge and flush. I asked if I could pay for the part and labor because I can go back to jiffy lube for free for a/c flush and charge. She said no, they have to bc they already flushed it and she has to charge me. The part and labor would already be $150 anyways she stated. So after almost 3 hours, I was over it, Just wanted my A/C to work. It worked on the way home. Next day it didnt work at all worse than before. I call to complain, the front desk lady said she doesnt know me, my car or what is wrong with it and she cant promise me an appointment. So I go in Saturday morning, she is saying NO WALK INS because she is overwhelmed and late... a very nice mechanic noticed me and the car took it back and looked for me, he doesnt know why they didnt catch another issue supposedly... he quoted me another $500. For parts and labor to fix the realllll a/c issue. So... $160 down the drain and I live in Vegas with 2 children and the A/C does not work and it was a record high of 115°. I would like a refund. This is not okay!

I have been coming to Honest 1 since I moved to Las Vegas, for oil changes and maintenance. The staff have never disappointed me and have provided the best customer service experience each time I have taken my car in. I truly recommend this place.

My first experience here was excellent and I am guessing its because I did not have to deal with Rick.Today I wouldnt trust this repair shop to water my plants.We asked about their service to pick up and drop off the car, as well as their shuttle and was told they were not available during Covid. On the Honest 1 Covid update page they specifically detail this service which is why we asked. Also, there were 3 of us who made personal contact with the store and at no time did we see an employee in a mask. Customers were wearing them, but no employee within our direct line of sight was seen wearing one at any time, directly flouting directive 024 in effect as of June 25th 2020.My roommate brought in my car and paid for a 100 point inspection which included a lengthy recommendation. Their phones were not working so I drove in to the shop the morning after. I saw the whole list of things that needed to be done and asked for a call back. No call back from approximately 9 am to 4pm upon which I called again. They still had not come to any resolution due to their phone and internet issue earlier, so I asked my roommate to follow up. They finally called back and we APPROVED all the recommendations and a price of about $1600.On my receipt, I have the listed recommendations and that all the repairs were approved on 9/15. All true. But now, my $1600 receipt covers just one general area of repair and an hourly total of 5.9 hours which fills in the rest of the quote, not the other items that were to be included.The whole point of the repairs was to get the car ready for a short road trip this weekend. A tune-up, oil change and wheel alignment were tantamount and we included the other repairs since they were overdue.The woman working the front desk, very friendly and accommodating. Rick, raises his voice, is very argumentative, short and condescending. I saw him yell at 2 customers while I was in the front office. Apparently the front office lady was out and he was attempting to fill her capacity.My roommates also were eyewitnesses to Rick raising his voice and arguing with customers while they were there.The statements I have made are factually true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I would not recommend this auto shop under any conditions and I will share my factual experience with everyone I know.They scored a nice bill, but they lost customers for life.

A couple of weeks ago I was able to bring my car in at 7:00 AM, as it was my only day off from work. They did the oil change and made sure there were no other problems. This is my go to auto repair shop. My son also brings his vehicle here. Im very satisfied with the service, and especially the price.

Had Noise coming from rear figured bad brakes turned out to be nothing but how many places would have sold you brakes anyway just to make a quick buck. Honesty is everything and I wished I lived in Vegas these boyz would be my go to.

The crew here was amazing! We were traveling with two small kids when our truck started leaking transmission fluid. They were one of the few places open and willing to get is in. They went above and beyond expectations. With that repair we were able to make it home safely. We would give them more stars if we could.

Crazy never been only called but they never answered the phone

I left there business...driving my truck, but disbelieving how I was treated. I had my truck towed to them. It would crank, but no start. I tried for several days to get it to run. So, I had it towed to them. I called them 3 days later to check on my truck. She asked me what was wrong with it, I told her. She said, thats funny because they have been driving it out in am and in at closing. Im like what? /she said it runs great, come get it. I show up, a mechanic tested & drove it several times. She gave me the keys and told me what the diagnostic fee was. Unbelievable...But I will definitely bring all my cars to them to fix! They live up to their name. Thank you!

Ive never had any problems with them trying to fix things that dont really need fixing and their prices are pretty good for a shop of their quality.

I went to the shop at 8am. They took about 30 minutes to change my oil for $40 which was great but what I found suspicious was the mechanic told me that I have a broken seal from the transmission. I didnt see any leaks inside my garage floor where I park my car everyday so Im not so sure if there were any leaks going on my car. He also said he had to move my car to a different lift. Like as if each lift is different from the others. I guess he was trying to confuse me into thinking replacing the seal is a very complicated process and for $200 he can fix it. Theres always something wrong with my car every time I come here. I only come here for oil change.

I went in with an overheating car. $3,667 and 50 days later, I drive my car home and it doesnt even work. They offer thousands of dollars worth of work and pays and my car doesnt even run at the end.They do not communicate with you. I found myself going weeks without hearing from them, only to find out they were supposed to contact me, but they forgot.They charge 120 an hour just to offer you a new engine when you come in for an oil change.Do yourself the favor of never coming here if your car needs any repair or service. Youll go bankrupt.

The service Ive had here has been good, but I wont be coming back because they refuse to make appointments even though their own Google description says appointments recommended. The first time I went I called ahead they said there should be no wait, I go and they tell me they cant even get started till about an hour or an hour and a half. I understand for a simple oil change its probably not needed, but for more extensive repairs, not everyone can just show up at 7 a.m. in order to not sit in the lobby for hours.

My girlfriend and I always get really good service when we go, the mechanics are great and the prices are reasonable but I’m not sure what they are trying to do in the office, We are hoping that Deanna is just on vacation! She was always amazing and fun to talk to! Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. The woman that was there seemed confused and by talking to her not really into cars or the industry. Then We watched her order parts for our car. I asked her if they were OEM parts and she didn’t understand the question! So O’reilly brought my parts, she left the invoice on the counter when she checked me out she charged me almost 3x the amount of the part. What was that about? When we left I called the dealer I could have gotten an OEM part from the dealer cheaper. I’m not totally sure we will come back if this is the direction the business is headed in. If Deanna’s not coming back you should clone her because every time we have left your shop previously We felt like our cars were taken care of by honest people, all We feel now is ripped off! We are more disappointed than anything!

When I first called I spoke to Rick. He was extremely helpful. I brought my care in on a Saturday and was greeted by Chris. Chris was amazing!! He got our car in to be checked. I took it in for a coolant leak. Teyo was the tech that checked out my car. He explain what the problem was and what was going to be done to fix my car. I highly recommend Honest 1 Auto Care!!! I will only take my car to them now and tell all my friends and family to do the same!!!!

I loved this shop and will be taking all my vehicles here in the future. The gentleman at the desk was so nice and accommodating. Our technician, Ernie, was very knowledgable and was able to tell me what was wrong with the car in about 30 seconds and had it ready for me in about 2 hours. They even went the extra mile, and instead of having me drive down there to put gas in the car for them to test the fuel pump, they went and got it for me. And the price was reasonable to start but even more worth it with the level of care and customer service they’ve provided.

I’d give a five star because my car was smoking like heck every time I accelerated. I’m a female, I know nothing about cars. They kept my car for entire weekend trying to figure out what was wrong. The elder gentleman went the extra mile and did the leg work for me. He told me your car may not be under warranty anymore but your engine still is. They could’ve taken advantage of me, but instead he explained to me about the 100,000 mile coverage and told me to take it to the Kia dealership. I did, and they repaired a large job. Thank you Honest One. I need my brakes did and couple minor things and that’s where I taking my car. HONEST ONE

I really appreciated getting answer to my questions that were exactly what i asked about. The work that was done was done in a timely manner. So far the quality of work seems to excellent. The only negative element of my service was the lack of offered options to purchase brand named parts in place of equally acceptable options. The professionalism was 2nd to none.

We started coming here just a year ago because the other mechanics we were using charged us for parts and work we didnt need and wouldnt fix our vehicles right. Honest has been just that Honest. They are less expensive then other places because they arent charging for work that doesnt need to be done, they care. Honest 1 has been so helpful in the situation with my car. We broke down in Las Vegas on our way from California to Colorado. They inspected the car and advised us so honestly as to what to do. They then went the extra mile and did research on purchasing a used option and installing that for us, saving us over $1500. Their Customer service and care are extraordinary. I so appreciated all their help and cannot recommend them and their honesty enough.

My cars dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree on Sat after Christmas and started smoking under the hood. Called Chris and had it towed to Honest 1 Auto Care. Since they are closed on Sunday, I wasnt expecting it back until at least Monday. Chris called and said I would need a battery, alternator and some electrical stuff repaired. Chris said my battery was just purchased and had warranty so he would take it to Walmart by his house to get new one. He also called on Sunday stating it was ready for pickup, stating some of the guys came in to work on the cars on a day they are usually closed. So relieved not to have to make arrangements to get to and from work on Monday. As if that werent enough quality customer service, I received a text message from Chris this morning making sure my car is running fine. Thank you.

Good work at an affordable price. The staff was friendly and struck me as honest people. It was busy so my oil change took a bit longer but the staff was up front with me and gave me the opportunity to go elsewhere to get faster service. I stuck around as so many people overcrowding this one shop in the morning during the middle of the week struck me as a sign of quality work.

Took them 3 days to diagnose my car upon me arriving I was asked whats wrong with it I stated its having starting problems cruise control doesnt work and that its making a whining noise when they finally diagnosed it they told me I needed a new alternator and my starter problem was a sensor and my cruise control problem was due to the alternator not giving enough power to the cruise control system I told them go ahead and fix it it was ready when they said but when I got my car it still had a starter problem cruise control didnt work and it had more problems it had a leak in the radiator hose which I fixed also the fuel pump was the starter problem which I also fixed and it was also shooting off a p2767 which they didnt pick up which Im also gonna fix myself I would not go back to nor recommend this shop I was charged almost $900 for an alternator replacement and a sensor I didnt even need save your money and go elsewhere this place is way understaffed and in to much of a hurry to pay attention to things that need attention and will overcharge for a simple 3 bolt job and sensor replacement both could have been done in an hour max but I was charged for 3 but the reason is they are understaffed and most likely underpaid. Im definitely sure it was honest-1 auto care located on Craig and losee guy in the front is Terry grey hair and glasses no doubt they messed up.

I needed to get my brakes taken care of and I called at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. They answered the phone and told me to bring my car down and they would take care of me. They were exceptionally friendly, gave me a fair estimate and did not tell me I needed anything unnecessary for my car. They live up to their name. An honest mechanic in Las Vegas is hard to find. They did point out some things to look out for but said they were nothing to concern myself about yet. I appreciate their service and their honesty. I will definitely bring my car back to them. I appreciated the care and concern Honest-1 showed to me while my car was in for service. When your car needs service it can be very stressful. They helped to relieve my concerns by letting me know someone would look at my car, call me with the findings, and wed go from there. They called me within an hour and a half and the findings were much better than I anticipated. By the early afternoon, my car was finished. Since I was home without means of getting back to the shop, one of the guys from the shop drove my car to my home and I drove him back to pay the bill. I call that going above and beyond. This place is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to - saved me money from going to the dealership!! Rich was friendly and very knowledgeable about fixing my BMW, (the stalling was due to a faulty crankshaft sensor and old battery). I received very prompt service and the receipt I was given was descriptive. This was the third place I contacted, (Firestone couldnt figure out the problem and another place didnt work on BMWs). Did a Google search for a auto repair facility for a air conditioning malfunctioning, as blowing hot air when outside temperature was 114 degrees. Read reviews for Honest 1 Auto Car Repair. Drove over to E Craig from the Aliante Hotel at 7:00 AM. Rich greeted me as I arrived, and I explained my air conditioner issue. They were extremely busy this day and told me they would get to it before the day was over. He said there could be a number of things wrong with the system. Rich said he would call later after lunch with the air conditioning diagnostic results. I called Rich around 4:30 PM to check on the air conditioner problem ..The findings were the system had 1/2 pound more of refrigerant than was required. They evacuated the system and refilled with original coolant and test drive the vehicle for a operational check of the air conditioning system in the 108 degree temperature. Work as advertised and satisfied Honest 1 Auto Repair customer, and will be back for future required and scheduled maintenance on our vehicles. Recommend! Thanks Rich and H1 Team!

Weve been bringing our cars to Honest-1 for several years. Were very happy with their service. They tell us what needs to be done now, and they tell us what can be done later without sacrificing safety. Their prices are lower than at the dealership. They guarantee their work. They explain whats going on with our cars in terms I can understand. Weve been going there long enough to see a change in front desk staff. Everyone weve dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable.

I must say that this company honest 1 auto careReally stands by there name..!My name is Kyle .I took my family on a trip on thanksgiving to Utah st George from Sacramento ca ..We were driving my Ford F-250 towing our 27’ camper.We were passing through Las Vegas and all of a sudden we broke down.!! This was very bad, we were very nervous and we had no idea of the area of Vegas, especially where a trust worthy or a reasonable mechanic might be.We did some research on close by options, and it made sense to choose to get towed to honest 1 shop, besides it was a win for us knowing that an enterprise company for car rentals was in the same parking lot..!Once we arrived, Chris welcomed us with seriousness of our situation, although they were obviously backed up on work due to the holidays. I had my guard up of course because of our situation and the knowing of mechanics in any area of the world can be dishonest.We were suddenly approached by one of the mechanics in the shop that heard our situation, named Ernie I believe! If I’m wrong please forgive me.! Ernie stopped what he was doing, which the manager ok’ed to see if there was any chance of getting us back on the road. Unfortunately there was no quick fix.!! As my family and I felt stranded, the boss man Chris and the shop master Ernie really kept us informed and made sure my family with three kids were going to be ok! This really meant a lot to me and I truly respect that from Chris and Ernie !! Long story short we were able to rent a suv that could tow our trailer, and as bad as this may sound .... these guys at honest 1 really were a part of our adventure that we are blessed to have encountered during or time!!!Above all else, us living in being in Northern California, Chris constantly updated me with personal video updates on progress at his shop to assure that I’m in good hands!! Lastly we finally got the call that our truck was ready! We were so happy to know that they have figured out our trucks malfunction ..Much respect to Chris and Ernie and anyone else involved!!Sincerely The Beck family !!!..👍🏻

Came in for oil, filter & lube, along with check engine light. Came away very satisfied with the work and good attitudes, including referrals to a place who could do a better job at the one item they couldnt do. Thankful to find a really honest place amongst all the rest! Rich, you are doing things right! Keep fighting the good fight with all your hard workers.

These guys are very honest. They wont fix what isnt broken. As a woman, Im not used to that kind of honesty in my dealings with auto repair services. Im so relieved I found them.

They do not cheat you.. and do not speak to me like I am stupid for being simply a female and bringing my car in .. if you are a female and do not want to get ripped off I highly recommend this place

Good customer service

I have had to take my Chevy Van in 4 times for the same problem. Power Steering. Everyone there has been nice and apologetic yet they dont fix the problem. Hopefully they will fix it this time.
