Was referred by a friend and had high hopes and was ultimately let down big time ... I also own a small business, a simple call back is very easy “Hey we can’t help at this time”. Customer service is #1. Impossible to get anyone to respond about a job is uncalled for. This started back in February and I followed up 3 times over that month and once a few weeks ago.

Look no further in your research for the expertise in finding a Fabricator for Granite installation! My husband and I are used to searching out 2 or 3 bids for any large project. Stonehenge was our first call, and we hit the jackpot! Ryan is easy to get a hold of, will spend as much time as you need in helping you figure out whatever questions you have regarding the project. We replaced our Kitchen counter tops with a beautiful Typhoon Bordeaux, and also did several bathrooms with Rhino White Marble. Ryan and his team for measuring and installation come with years of fabulous work!!! Ryan was extremely wise in advising us in multiple aspects of this project! He takes extreme pride in his work, eliminating seams when others would quickly break up the work to make it easier. We had a 124 long inch bathroom counter top, and Ryan searched out a slab that would work for us, keeping it as one piece,not seaming it. We are thrilled with the final outcome, knowing that Ryan and his co-workers will work with you...making sure as a customer you are completely satisfied..Thanks guys!!!! This project is proof of a business that loves their work, take pride in helping, and will do anything to create a Perfect job!!!!

Everyone at Stonehenge Marble and Granite was awesome and had amazing customer service. We bought rectangular sinks and a beautiful remnant marble vanity top that transformed our master bathroom. The installers were in and out in an hour, and came on time within their one hour window. This is a legit review and I was not paid. I work as a firefighter and took my time to do research on every shop in Charleston. Contact Ryan (the owner) for any questions and hell take care of you.

Gerald and his team provided me with some beautiful cabinets! We moved in our new house which had horrible green laminate and it had to go..immediately. They were able to schedule my install sooner than expected which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend Stonehenge!

Working with Stonehenge was a true easy process. I found Stonehenge Marble and Granite through a friends recommendation, and now I can appreciate their quality craftsmanship in my own newly remodeled kitchen. My selection options for granite were endless and their competitive pricing just couldnt be beat. Our kitchen remodel was small in scale to other renovation projects but I always felt my satisfaction and the service I received was highly regarded by all the members of the Stonehenge team.

You truly need to shop around to fully appreciate the quality of workmanship and price point Stonehenge Marble and Granite provides. This is our third experience with remodeling and installing stone counter tops, in our homes. We obtained six estimates (all with identical product selection) before making the decision to work with Stonehenge. While they were not the cheapest in town based on our research they are the least expensive with the best reputation. The difference in price was an insignificant percentage of the investment into our new kitchen countertops. The decision to go with our gut was the right one! The customer service was fantastic and the end product is beautiful!

At the end of an 8 month whole house renovation project, I can honestly say that dealing with Stonehenge Marble & Ganite was refreshing. While there is no fancy showroom, they do great work, prices were reasonable, and they were not pushy or overbearing. As an added bonus, plumbing was included to eliminate the need to hire a separate plumber for the faucet/sink. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations (they were willing and qualified to help me with other renovation issues unrelated to my countertop purchase entirely). As a small local business, everyone treated me like a valued and respected customer despite the modest size of my project (this is invaluable in my opinion and difficult to find in the Charleston market).

Though talking to Gerald and Mark these folks they appear amazing, they are a total scam. We had them do our counters in Charleston when we were selling out house. Initially they seemed really nice people though there was one gap in the granite which they kept meaning to fix but never did. While they were still working on our house there we moved to Winston-Salem and started renovating a new home which they were very excited about doing. However they conned us out of thousands of dollars and left us stranded. They took a lot of money as we were trusting them with 2 homes. They ran from the site with their tools without telling us and never answered our calls. They also destroyed the structural support in our home which we realized after they absconded and had to get a new contractor. We ended up spending double the money correcting their poor workmanship as the ;lumbing and electrical had to be redone and they had broken numerous regulations. DO NOT GET ROPED INTO THEIR SWEET TALK.

These guys are the epitome of professionalism, from Ryan McGee (owner) to Joseph Wright and Steve (installers), prompt, spotless performance and very fair pricing, I highly recommend them.

Called the office and production numbers listed on their website a few times and left a message. Received no call back. The email address listed on the website is bouncing messages back because the inbox is full. Ill take my business elsewhere.

We had our countertops in our kitchen and bathroom done by Stonehenge Marble and Granite. The price could not be beat by the competition. Geralds professional opinion helped us decide which countertops would look best in our kitchen. A supplier at AGM Imports walked us around the stone showroom describing the different granite and stone options he had available. Following our order, Ryan from the stone fabricator called us concerned about the finish we chose and asked us to come by and see it prior to installation. Ryan was helpful and treated us as he would have liked to be treated. We ended up adding a sealant to our leathered finish and we absolutely LOVE our new countertops. Once the countertops were cut they were installed in a timely manner within our schedule. The plumbing was installed later that evening with the plumber worked late in order to get our sinks installed for family use. I highly recommend Stonehenge for stone countertops. The process was simplified by their knowledge and customer service.
