The guys at this location were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took my design, 3D rendered it, helped me with some questions, and had my cabinets on order in less than 45mins. Two weeks later they arrived and Jason loaded them in my truck for me. Everything fit perfectly, I had a couple extra pieces that were accidentally ordered, they refunded me. Its been 6 months and the hinges, drawers, and cabinets still look/work as new. Redid the entire kitchen myself and saved thousands.Before and after pics included.... I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I just had the WORST experience with Cabinets To Go. I tried to call multiple times to schedule an appointment and no one would answer the phone. I decided to go in and ask a couple questions since we are renovating our kitchen. When I walked in the sales associate didn’t say anything to us and just watched us walk in. He was helping a customer at the time but after 15 minutes I had to walk up to him and ask if there was anyone I could speak with about pricing and he said no it’s just him working and he is busy and asked if I would like to make an appointment. After waiting there for 40 minutes and still not receiving any help I finally had to leave. The worst service and lack of care i have ever seen from a company. I highly recommend not to waste your time and go with a different company that actually cares about helping their customers or even acknowledging their customers.

Sales person never got back intouch with us on a 10,000.00 order especially when he makes commision

Nice cabinets came in on time did not realize it was going to be an IKEA project everything was packed in a box neatly three drawer cabinet took a gazillion parts add up all the cabinets and boy did I have a lot of work to do good fit though just didn’t expect to have to assemble the whole thing should’ve been told a little bit more upfront

I was expecting a rooms to go for cabinets but was very disappointed. The visit went south from the moment I walked in. First, why is the store empty on a nice Saturday at 1:30? I soon found out why. 5k for shaker cabinets with unpainted interiors. The salesperson was a bit of a know it all. Im not cheap, but I think the stock shaker cabinets at Lowes for 1500 are a way better deal. Only important difference was the soft close hinges. With the gap in price, Ill switch them out myself. The Lowes ones are white inside. When I walked in the door, I said I was looking for a nice cabinet for a remodel flip Im doing. I was only shown the one model of cabinets. When I asked if they have anything comparable to Lowes I was quickly told they cant even get close. Funny, one of the first things I was told is that Lowes is no competition for cabinets to go. Salesmanship needs work and so does inventory unfortunately.

We were pleased with the service and the quality of the cabinets. Keep in mind that you will have to assemble these cabinets yourself. Anyone can do it but it will take you a little longer to do this. Very affordable. Other cabinet companies wanted nearly 10k for their cabinets but we got them for less than 6K from Cabinets To Go. My advice. Go online, pick out what you want, then call the store and tell them what youre looking for. --Darren from Savannah GA

Small store front. Entered and it took a good 5 mins before we saw ANYONE. Then young grade school aged boy came out and asked if we needed anyone. We were already going out the door as we did not see anything we could not find online.

Unless you want a lot of hassle and headaches, don’t use this company!! It took WEEKS and 2 calls to headquarters for our cabinets to arrive, even though it was only supposed to take no more than 2 weeks. One time I called to see if the cabinets had come in and the kid that answered the phone wouldn’t check because they were busy in the store and he couldn’t tell me when he’d call me back, just that he would.

Quality of the cabinets is ok . However shipping took longer than I was told.When I did receive my order 2 cabinets were left out of the order 14 handles. They will intentionally leave stuff out your order and then say my bad we left it out. Now you already accepted the price thinking everything was covered an have to now kick out more money. Surreal experience thats confusing. Between waiting for an 18 wheeler to get in the small parking lot, being told by an individual ( that appeared homeless and smelled bad ) that I would get help soon as I watched him walk down the street, and waiting for 45 minutes I left.
