Professionalism and craftsmanship from beginning to end in our experience with the folks at Palmetto Surfacing. We were wowed at the Home Show in Charleston and made an appointment for a company rep to come and offer up a quote to resurface all of the countertops in our kitchen. Kin came out to our home and measured all of our surfaces and got back to us in a matter of days with a quote. Upon agreeing with the quote, we paid a visit to their very well outfitted showroom and warehouse operation. Everyone we met was polite and cordial. Elizabeth became our salesperson and navigated us through all of the decisions to be made. The installation a few weeks later was flawless and exact and beautiful to behold. We are both very happy.

These guys go above and beyond! From the samples to choose from, the templating process done for us by the owners son, to the great crew of 4 guys who installed the quartz. We got Cambria quartz and are absolutely in love with the material and installment. The process for getting the large heavy island two parts to join together was incredible and our seam is barely noticeable!To boot- I let them know that the dishwasher hadn’t been attached and they came within 2 days and fixed it. No questions asked.I’d use them again and again! Thanks guys!!

We recently used Palmetto Surfacing for a second time in a year (purchasing a beautiful Cambria quartz). Elaina in Sales helped us narrow down the multitude of choices from their beautiful showroom, and patiently answered all of our questions. Emily was great about keeping us up to date on scheduling measurements and install. Jackson came out both times to measure for us, he was friendly, polite, and did a great job measuring both kitchen and laundry areas. Our most recent installers, Sam, Mitch, and Jesse were amazing too - courteous, friendly, helpful answering more questions we had about their product, and did a great job cleaning up the work area. As you can tell, we were very pleased with the entire team, and the product is beautiful! Highly recommend.

I am so glad I went with Palmetto Surfacing! They were very helpful and easy to work with. I love my product and installation was amazingly smooth! I am so happy with how things turned out. The only thing I wish is that they would fix the caulking when they are in the area. One of the guys said I could keep the protective tape/plastic up- it wasnt in their way. When I removed it the caulking came off. I dont think that is worth a deduction of one star though- everything else was wonderful! *EDIT- Caulking fixed as promised! THANK YOU! If I ever need anything else I will return!

June, Kim, and the support staff at Palmetto Surfacing assisted us with projects for two bathrooms. They helped us put our ideas onto paper and then onto our shower and tub surrounds and vanity tops. They are very professional and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. We highly recommend them and would use them again, but we have no more bathrooms to upgrade!

Not only do the counters look beautiful, but their artisans worked diligently to make sure the seams (there were only two) were virtually unnoticeable. They contacted me and told me it wasnt the repair guys place to say nothing could be done. They quickly replaced the bad one with a new one. Great response. Real bummer!!! The new granite counter top I got for my bath reno is defective. The repair guy came to repair it and told me the issue was someone had already tried to repair it, nothing more could be done. The really insane part is that the defect is about 2 inches for the front edge. It could have been cut out with minimal loss. Cheap.

An outstanding job. My kitchen looks absolutely amazing. The exotic granite combined with new cabinetry adds an upscale appearance. Robby, Sam, and Harrison were professional artisans who knew exactly how to install the countertops, provide maintenance advise and take care of the cleanup. Palmetto Surfacing is the best granite and quartz surfacing in Charleston. I visited several places and by far this place had more choices and the team helping you were friendly and professional from the moment you entered the door. Their prices are competitive if not better. I keep looking at my Cambria quartz counter tops, they are beautiful. The fabricators who installed them were so friendly and you could tell that they were experts, fascinating to watch.

Palmetto Surfacing did our quartz kitchen countertops in early 2012, and they are the best company we have ever hired. We had them do our bathroom vanity countertop in this current remodel and once again we are very pleased. The installation was done jan 15 2020. We highly recommend them.

We have used this company for several jobs at our home in Folly Beach. From selecting the stone through the installation they do a top notch job.

Three of our counters were cut incorrectly, one counter broken. 6 week delay. They avoided our phone calls. Very unhappy with them. DO NOT recommend. Zero stars.

Horrible after service!! They repaired a crack in the Corian counter we had installed by filling the surface of the crack in, and said if it did not work out, to call them again for routing a groove and filling the crack. Well, it cracked again and after 7 phone calls over four weeks, had one visit to view but no repair, two promises to come again and repair, but no luck. They do not care about their reputation!!
