The staff are friendly and the items are always fun to look at and fan over. There are times when I just want to buy a whole collection of items... Totally worth it!

My daughter loves this store. They have some pretty cool items and I love the graphic tees.

When did this place get so expensive. Sure the products in here are dope but they really need to be more competitive with their prices if they want to last.I can find all that stuff on Amazon.

The vibe speaks to me. I have been buying anime buttons, shirts and jackets from here for years. They always have a good selection.

I had ordered a Disney sweatshirt and it came as a shirt. I called and I got a refund and the money in my account to get a new one. But it still came as a shirt. So of course I called again and apparently the ID# was wrong. But Diana in customer service spoke to me and told me that she would get the company to change the ID# and about a week later she takes the time to call me and tell me that the problem is fixed and a sweatshirt is on the way to my house. I’ve dealt with customer service a lot but Diana in customer service is absolutely the best. Hot Topic has always been one of my favorite stores but going above and beyond like this makes them the best.

My girl got tons of stuff with lots of hot topic cash for the next time.

I think this place has lots of cool stuff and the T-shirt selection is pretty awesome but the reason I give it three stars is because its way overpriced

This store is handling covid extremely well and following precautions and safety rules. They only let a certain number of people in the small store at once, all while making the shopping experience easy and delightful. There’s a blonde girl who works at the register who’s SO sweet, and professional. She helped my husband and I with sizing of a jacket, and jewelry! When my husband changed his mind about the jewelry she told us a great website to order from. She forgot to tell us the coupon code for the website and literally found us in the books a million and told us the code. I can’t remember her name exactly but she’s an angel and deserves the recognition for making shopping experiences that might not be great always, excellent.

I like it. I always check it out when Im at the mall. Its a little tight and dark but I guess thats their motif.

Not a stroller friendly store or compatible with wheelchairs, I struggled to get into the store as an employee had a sign blocking most of the entrance and the wheels kept snagging the bottom and she was so rude so I said forget it and left. Never going again

I go to Hot Topic for the Funkyl Pops! They always have exclusives and some pops that most stores carry. Workers are so nice and very helpful with what they have in stock and when they will get shipments. Great staff!

So i have been waiting outside this store for 20 mins and yes i understand that your only allowed to have 11 people in the store at a time. But what i dont understand is why your employees are doing snap chat with their friends who not shopping while people who want to shop are wanting outside to shop. Worst store inside northwoods mall!!!! You should close or fire all your employees and get people who want to work! Wont be coming back. Ill just go to Spencers.

This is a place I regularly shop and it is always the same: the store is nicely organized, there are many sales going on, and the stuff is always talkative and welcoming. If you have questions about any of the product, this stuff is always willing to answer questions. They usually play rock and alternative music. The jewelry is almost always on sale and they have Nifty sales like 25% off everything you can fit into a backpack. Nothing much else to say. Its one of my favorite stores that I always visit when I go to Savannah.

Small store with friendly staff. They are covid friendly. They have most of the latest pop culture clothing and novelty items. Not much Gothic culture items.

I used to love this store when I was a teenager, and now my teenagers love this store! 😂 We went school shopping here a few days ago (as we do most every year) and it made me feel like I was 25 years younger! Not only do they have the merch thats trending now, but they still have a ton of stuff that I loved way back in the day!I will say that this store is definitely not for younger kids. There are a few items that I wouldnt let my teenagers look at/buy. But overall, its pretty tame. Its not Spencers...put it that way!To sum it up, HOT TOPIC is a fun store with everything your teenager finds cool, and some stuff that you may find cool as well. Oh, and the staff there is AMAZING! They were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Of every store we visited in the mall, they were the most welcoming and friendly!

I love hot topic, I purchased the jacket Im wearing from there and received alot of compliments about it. If your a little different then most and love to stand out its the spot.

This store is a alot smaller than most, poor selection of items and the staff isnt very helpful.

I got hustled. No if ands or buts about it, I got hustled. I go in for three comics, just comics. Each no more than 6 bucks a pop, and when I took them up to the counter, assuming that there were two registers open with how many people not employees were in the store, and the guy at the counter gave me a look and said You know we have a buy one get one right? noting my three item list.Its fine I reply.Its buy one get one he repeated. I try one more time to say its fine and he does it again. So just to get him off my ass, I grabbed a shirt I was only mildly interested in. And he walks away satisfied. Stupid me for my assumption, there was still only one register open despite the crowd.After waiting in line (Which actually didnt bother me all that much) I get to the register, have it all rung up and my originally planned $20 dollar stop suddenly shot up by almost 30 because apparently somewhere along the way Buy one get one now means you pay for every item on your cart. I dont know if I had to ask for it or something, but by that time, I was tired from work, tired from driving around for the past few hours, and knowing I had already burned through a lot of cash that day through other stores, so I just smiled, payed, and left.When someone tells you they arent interested, you back off. Hot Topic, either train your employees to respect your customers when making a sale, or stop hiring just any teen who fits the demographic and is willing to deal with minimum wage. But even if you do, youve already lost a customer.

This store was your typical hot topic. Plenty of options. Kept clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It has a wide range of cool stuff, some good t-shirts, make up, and accessories to satisfy the most of emo and scene kids. Theyre a little pricey, but seeing the quality and work gone into some of the stuff, its understandable. The employees are super helpful and nice and patient with how slow I am and I really appreciate that.The only major complaint I have is that its just way too cramped. They have so many shelves in the middle of the store and youre always moving around like youre in traffic. Its almost impossible to walk past someone because the shelves are place so close to each other (like maybe a foot away). Can you imagine being in here during Black Friday when their is a rush of emo teenagers and their families coming in? Theyre would be no room to move, no exaggeration.They need to have less shelves in the middle of the store and do some work on organization. That or they need to rent a bigger space in the mall.

They have all the cool stuff Im looking for.

The associates were very friendly and were knowledgeable about my favorite series they were stocked very well with a veraity of sizes I have large shoulders and most stores don’t have womens clothing that fit me this store however had several coats and jackets and hoodies that fit me well they also had a verity of outlander apparel they had several dresses and coats I love their ugly Christmas sweaters they also had a nice aray of doctor who items and harry potter was everywhere this store is much better stocked that the store close to me I came here particulary because I was visiting my friend on spring break and hot topic is always fun to visit the assiciates saw that there were items that I wanted that they only carry online and they were happy to order them for me but sice I don’t live here they said that they can order them and have them shipped to my store special note that if you order online and have it shipped to the store there is a shipping charge but if you have the sales associates order for you in the store there is free shipping if you have it shipped to the store
