I been trying to call the store Since I tried to wear the shoe I was traveling and went to the mall to buy a pair of shoes on 07/23 and when I gets back to Florida I have only one shoe in the box I called several times we only have 1 store in the city of Jacksonville what Im to do I guess I lost my $40 call corporate there was nothing they could do.

Scam switching sizes without telling you... this experience happened twice in 1 year.The Policy of not reimburse money when you paid with credit card is another Scam.

Its a great place great employees great customer service I enjoyed my experience in the store

The employees are rude and weird like you work in the mall lol girl bye no customer service skills just weird and confrontational 🤣. Why work at a store if youre going to be rude and disgusting?

They wouldn’t take shoes back that I bought 2 hours ago and I had the receipt!!! Stores a joke!!!

This is a nice store with great displays and product, but despite that it has some of the rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Not to mention you cant tell who the employees even are since they wear tops over the jimmy jazz shirts that cover the logo. I watched a man ask a woman behind the counter if she was working, mind you she is standing beside a register on her phone, she does not even acknowledge him in any way and keeps scrolling on her phone until the man goes to the next register. Horrible employees that are ruining a possibly great business. I did make a purchase for my son but I wont be back.

This store does not have the best greeting Once you walk in play when you walk in you must always greet your customers so that they will know you acknowledge them that they are in the store. Also upon a few visits they did not ask me if I needed any help though they saw that I was browsing they didnt ask if they could be of any assistance. If anything the two women continue to chat amongst themselves and allow me to browse the store. I have made a few visits and I have came to the store and have gotten the exact same outcome. However the store is very clean and well displayed.

Three times Iv gone into this store and NO one will say hello can I help you. We have to ask for help not a good way to run a store that has so much potential

Always fun to shop here, you can tell that sales staff enjoy their job, very customer oriented and are great at helping you decide what looks good, I will shop here again!

Went in to buy a pair of shoes. Store was empty except for employees. They stared rudely as I walked in. They continued their conversation with one another. I Walked over to the shoes. Found the pair I wanted. Stood their with display shoe in hand thinking they would then acknowledge my existence. They did not, I walk over to them and ask if they have this in a certain size, without looking, one associate says no they dont. I asked why, thinking maybe they were sold out or they just dont order in that particular size. He offers no explanation, No apology other than we dont have it. Also their prices are higher than competitors. If you go here to buy clothes youre either friends with the staff or youre an idiot.

They don’t do refunds only exchanges. The Manager Carter was like he just works here. I asked for a manager above him to call me. I will see if they call.

Always find different product than the other shoe store.price is appropriate

The items are good..the prices are good..the customer service sucks. My husband bought me some Dereon boots that said $40 on the sign then charged us $50 at the register and she wouldnt honor the price. So unprofessional

Great place to shop if being ignored as soon as you walk in the door is your thing. Employees would rather sit on their phone or behind the counter talking amongst each other than helping anybody.

Dont buy anything thing from them because you can walk across the hall and get the same thing for less and than they dont do refund
