Clearly I wasnt welcome, or they just didnt want to help me! I asked an associate for some help looking for some long sleeve tee-shirts to match my doernbecher retro 8s and without hesitation she said she didnt have anything just by looking at me. I looked and found 2 or 3 tee shirts I absolutely loved and would have bought had the social climate been more accepting! I bought somewhere else because of the associates attitude!

The young adults working in this footlocker are so DOPE!!! Ill definitely go back to that mall just for Foot Locker

It is tennis shoes! NOT waiting 30-45 minutes to get inside a store not knowing whether they will even HAVE what I need! TENNIS SHOES are EVERYWHERE. My time is way more valuable. Found what I needed at another store where I was able to just, wait for it, walk in and handle my business!!!

Couldnt really find shoes that fit with certain looks that i like, staff was a lil helpful.

Disappointing, I asked for Walking Shoes, walk 4 to 6 miles per day or more. The answer I got all of these shoes are good for walking.-- NOT--They have lots of pretty shoes but the sales staff is short on training. I could not find real serious walking shoes.Yes for me disappointing .Regards

Guy said he was out of the Shoes I wanted. Then litterly 10minutes later I saw he sold 2PAIRS OF THE shoes I asked for to a black guy. Iam white. Messed up man. I got there early too. Wont ever go back to footlocker because of that employee!!

Went here today at about 1 and was looking at the American flag Adidas shoes and talking to the sales rep about how I liked them and was bummed that nike pulled thier american flag shoes. She flat out told me that she didnt like the american flag or the military. Btw Im currently in the US Navy and was wearing my Navy Service Uniform. Everyone is entitled to thier own opinion but its probably not smart to have an employee who says things like that to service members in uniform.

Never ever answer the phone! I tried to call 1 night for an hour and again the next day the phone must be disconnected cause no one answers! If you need to know if they have your size before you drive 30 mins just call foot action theyll answer right away!

I walked in there sat looking for a sneaker for my son.. saw a much older gentleman with a walker struggling to get the shoe on that he was trying which was the Air Force Nike while that gentleman from Foot Locker watched him. I asked him if i could help him get it on he said yes please because this guy just watching me struggle. I took the shoe open the lances and put it on for him .. while the young man from foot locker watch. That was terrible and to make matters worse he had his Vietnam War hat on and jacket this is a man that served this country and he couldnt even get the gentleman to help him. Foot locker YOU need to make sure the people that work for your company has customer service skills...i told the young man he could be grandfather .. very disappointed..that gentleman was extremely thankfull to me he even ask if i would tie his shoes. .. I definitely took my Jordan money to Foot Action...

People are nice but I walk into the store and it stunk and smelt like weed in the whole store, and had to walk out because of it. I never walk into a store like that before and the whole store smelt like weed and it stay for a while too. Go to a different foot locker or different shoe store in the mall.

The girl they serve is very rude, not a daughter looking for my specific tennis idea, and we asked her, and she said very rudely, We dont have it My daughter told me that I checked on the Internet and told her if they had it there, and she said again very rude, No, and I dont think they have it online either, they dont have it Very bad service, we opted to order online and my daughter already has the long-awaited tennis shoes, wanting to go tell the girl, showing she had them and saying look if they had them hahaha
