Decorating for Fall is so easy with Targets help! So many options.

I want to know why stores charge you a restocking fee for something that came off a peg on the sales floor. If the item had to be taken out of or put back in a case, I might be able to understand why. If someone had to go in a stockroom to get it or put it back in a stockroom, I might understand it. What I can understand stand is if the customer walks around and there is no sales associate in the area, you see one, who calls for someone to come help you. That person helps you but you find out from your provider who sent you there, they didnt help you, got the wrong phone! Go back a second time you get a person that knows about phones from a previous job but he is not their phone associate for the area! I ended up ordering a phone from my provider. All I can say is I wish Walmart had a phone that I could have bought to use with my provider. They had a person assigned to their phone area so I probably wouldnt had to do a return and get charged $35.00 for a restocking fee!

The Target in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for basic needs and supplies. This Target location is very reliable and consistent in offering just about anything you need for your home and living. This Target always seems to be well stocked and I have always found all of the items on my list. The store always seems to be clean and well run and that is not always the case in other big box stores in the area. The staff here is also very helpful in making sure that you can find exactly what you need and they have gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion. I have always had a wonderful shopping experience every time I have been here and have been pleasantly surprised on a regular basis.

Worst experience I had a return went to get the correct product came back normally 2 lines so I went to the side to complete my return and was told I had to stand in the line for regular checkout when that was not the case when I first came in the store then they decided to check out people with huge buggy’s instead of keeping them in the regular checkout line horrible experience won’t be going back will drive to west Ashley to go to target all it takes is one bad experience for me

I usually love this location but tonight really upset me. I have been doing drive up orders since I usually have my 4 month old with me and it’s easier. I put a order in today and picked it up and got home and realized half my order was missing. No biggie. It’s a 20 minute drive back but it had the most important items in it so I had to. I call them and they didn’t even take my name or check to see if they left it. I get there and they can’t find the missing items so tell me to go get all of it ( 30 mins before they close and I’m in a hurry to get home and feed my daughter ) so I’m having to run around the store getting the lost items they forgot. It honestly really aggravated me. I understand things happen but to make me run around the store right before closing after having to return due to their mistake really upset me. At least they should of taken my name during my phone call and been gathering my missing items before I arrived instead of making me wait in line and everything else. I was thankful for the nice cashier though, definitely apologized but the others did not and could care less. And one employee was making me talk across self checkout line about what happened and what I was doing and what I needed to be done. Kinda weird.

Nov. 2021 UPDATEOne star UPVOTE. They appear to be gearing up for Christmas and the staff was really with it this morning. STILL a markdown item not ringing at the right price, but there was a helpful young lady there to fix it. The self check out area was well staffed. The folks in the aisle said, Hello.Bad news was the newer prices-- high. Still decent prices on Target brand consummables, but a bit less of a selection. SADLY, the Halloween candy was gone, gone, gone.*****************************Well it IS better than the one in West Ashley. I may give it a try with INSTACART and see if they cheat that system.I shop here for certain consummable items and try to get in and out.I also like their clothing lines.BUT, I have never left this store with SOMETHING in my bag that I was overcharged for. It could be a sale item, or a markdown...I get home and find a discrepancy always in their favor. Be forewarned.

I dont know who thought self checkouts were going to be faster. I think the had 5 self checkouts and one regular cashier.On the entertainment side Target sells mens rompers!

I am absolutely impressed by this target. Recently, I went shopping when it was packed and Jamey helped get the the line down really quickly. I would have been standing in line for a while since we were too far back to see what was open. I love all the staff and how they take care of the store. I am so impressed.

Safe & easy pickup...I deeply appreciate Target allowing any dollar amount to order for pickup. Especially in todays society, its safer to order off the Target app, pay and have my order brought out to my car to be paid & put in my cars trunk.Im a disabled single adult that doesnt spend $35 or more when I shop.

I was helped by a very wonderful associate who gave me great information about stuff beyond what I came in for that really helped me out, and I also ended up leaving with MORE awesome stuff than what I even came in for that day. I also am always able to get in and out pretty quickly, if I need to, and the prices really cant be beat!

This store was one of the worst targets I have ever been in. No staff, no stock, store is a mess. Its no better than the local Walmart unfortunately. Parking isnt pleasant either. Do not attempt to use the bathrooms they are scary dirty and locks on doors do not work.

Poor customer service. Please train your team members on your own ad match policies with your online service. Also need to explain to your team member that she was rudely not doing me a favor. I am doing your company a favor by ensuring she has a job because I choose to shop at Target. Just wont be this one moving forward.

I was doing an exchange with a receipt, I found the items I liked, the sales person asked if I wanted to do the exchange on a gift card? I was not sure on why she asked me that. I did pick up 3 other items, well when doing the exchange, the sales person charged my debit card for the full amount. I originally paid on my target card, so I was charged the full balance again on my bank debit card?????The sales person stated my refund on my card could take 48 hours??? Really....such horrible service.

Target’s staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the no hassle exchange/refund policy as well. Target has earned my loyalty after many years of great selections and service.

First time I used this service, was explained well, and was delivered within 2 minutes of putting in parking space number. Friendly salesperson, she was delightful for a change in this crazy present world.

Target always has great stuff to offer. I love going to the corner when I first come in to check out seasonal products for great and affordable prices. Target always has what I am looking for and I can make it a one stop shop.

Its a good place to go to get whatever you need. I like to go there because its got everything walmart has and the employees are much more courteous and nice. The store is always got the newest items and good deals. I love target. Go give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Friendly service and very fast. I live going into this store location because they are always friendly, no lines hardly ever, everything is always easy to find. I recently used the ship to store option (saved me shipping fees) and I walked in and out in like 2 mins. Ms. Ronnie is always nice and warm when we come in. Everyone is awesome there really.

I used to love going to this target, because of the fact that they had great customer service and OPEN REGISTERS. Lately it has become more and more of a regular hassle due to them only having ONE cashier/register open that is not self-checkout. If this were only taking place the first and last hours of opening or before close this could potentially be a bit more tolerable, but 5:30 in the evening?! 1 broken self-checkout, 3 working self-checkouts that require assistance of some sort 95% of the time, and only one register open with a cashier has to be the bare minimum as far as what’s being offered, and it’s highly disappointing. To come in with multiple children, and have a cashier handle checkouts without such a lengthy wait would be great. Not having to wait for quite some time only to ring up everything yourself, and then wait again for assistance at self checkout would be extremely helpful as well.

Extremely convenient and easy service. I appreciate that I can get same day service when many other stores do not offer this option

So i don’t typically write these reviews, but i felt compelled to do so in this case.i shop here pretty frequently, and other target locations as well. target always seems to be great no matter where you go. however, as far as this location goes:i was shopping here today. it didn’t seem terribly busy while i was shopping, but as i turned the corner to the registers i noticed that the line was very heavily backed up. i had one of those “oh no,” moments as if i were an employee who worked there. however, in around a minute they had four or five more registers up and running with employees. i honestly wouldn’t have minded waiting, but i was still very impressed with how quickly they diffused the situation.props to them for having enough employees even scheduled to deal with rushes like that, and also for communicating the situation so quickly.

Cashiers are rude if you ask a question they roll eyes say things like “OH WELL” or “GUESS NOT”, walking in after 7pm your only option is to use the self checkout no matter how long the line is, no one will open a register. WHAT HAPPENED TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Maybe you all need to go take a day or two at CHICK FILA cause they sure can teach you a thing or two.

It is good store to shop at

If you order online be prepared to still stand in line when you get to the store. There is not an express lane for online orders. Instead you stand in the same line for returns and it is usually a long line unless you go during off hours. Really need to consider changes to that system.

Store pick up. Walked in showed my id and was handed the bag. Everything I picked was in the bag. Easy simple quick. When I stop in the store to grab things there is many times they don’t have items in stock. Store is usually always clean

My husband, our infant daughter, and I were made to feel unsafe tonight by the staff working in the checkout area. If there is video, it is worth viewing. Tonight, the employees at the customer service/self checkout took turns berating and yelling at the three of us. It was clear Shirley who checked us out was not participating in this, but nearly everyone else, rather than help her and us to rescan our items after the original transaction was cancelled because of an unforeseen coupon problem, they were more interested in taking verbal shots at us like this was their personal sport. The only reason we stayed and took the abuse was because our primary purchase was formula while we did abandon over $150 worth of wants and impulse purchases. We have lost all confidence in this store and quite frankly, Target in general. Shopping trips with a newborn is not something we can do whimsically, this was a pre-planned trip and we lost over 3 hours of day and now we will make another trip to a different brand. Until now, shopping at Target has always been a destination for me. I have experienced verbal abuse in the past by the same individuals at this store but this time my family was there to witness. If I go in with a coupon and there is a computer error, the same people will yell and scare me. When the cartwheel app on my phone worked at self checkout but not the other POS, I was shouted down over that too.

Not bad. Condensed version if Walmart still dont understand how Kmarts closed but Target can flourish..

Cashiers are not friendly and the staff tend to cross talk over you instead of recognizing your even there. I was right outside there door and fell down. With all the stuff being right there at the door area not one came out to see if I was ok.

I spend a lot of money in this North Charleston Target.I wont go there anymore after today.I had approx.$150.00Worth of merchandise in my cart and I was ask for an ID to buy nicotine gum (not for me ).Other stores I go to, they dont need an IID when someone is old enough.Im a senior and the manager on duty told me it was the law(a lie ) and wanted me to walk out and get my ID from my car .I told her that I was 65 years old and I am not going to walk out to the car and back and then back again.Both knees are painful and I just couldnt do it...She didnt care about me or anything else.This store doesnt care about seniors and by the way manager acted,it sure was confirmed.So bye bye Target.....I went to Walmart and spent $200.00 there....I typically spend approx $1000.00 a month at Target....not anymore....

Consumer Cellular purchase. Worst experience I have ever encountered for a retailer in all my 75 years. The problem is not Consumer Cellular, its the rude Store Manager (or assistant) at the North Charleston, SC store.

I am disabled & unable to walk inside Target. I appreciate selecting what I wish to buy online and having it brought to my car.

Every time I go back, I leave happy and wondering why I ever go to that other blue store everyone dislikes. The customer service at target is sooooo much better. Great store miles better than Walmart

I wanted to be alone for awhile and Starbucks was the place. My frappe was dElicious just too much whip cream but not enough caramel. The blueberry muffin just melted in my mouth. I spent more than 25mins here and enjoyed every minute of it especially having to coffee all day 🤗🤗
