It was my first time in the store. It was the most amazing experience. I was shopping for my daughter. I brought 3purses and 1 wallet. Everyone one was so professional. Everyone ready to help. They made you feel special. I have 2 other daughters and 3 grand-daughters. I will be back.

Walked in with the intent to buy a new purse, I had been looking online and wanted to see the purse I saw online in person, when I walked in I was not greeted by not one person, they all walked passed me and did not speak. With that kind of customer service, I walked right back out. Maybe because they thought I was younger I was not going to buy anything, but by them not speaking or acting as if I did not exists that caused me to not want to give them my business.

Staff wasnt friendly like the ones we encountered 2 years ago.

I love the MK outlet. The ladies are always friendly and helpful. They have the best sales. Ill drive to Charleston just to go to the Michael Kors, Nike and Polo outlets. People had their mask on and were social distancing. The stores were only letting a couple people in at a time

This visit was not pleasant!! I got all the way up to the counter....not one greeting/acknowledgement from the THREE ladies that were all at/near the counter. One of the ladies actually looked up, but continued to do what she was doing until I walked to the counter to say Well, how are yall doing today?! At that time I got replies from all three. One of the three, once I got near the door, came over to assist me while I browsed and then proceeded to educate me on a few items and gave pricing. I finally left, but I fight feel like I was welcomed. SAD!!

I have to say that the sales associates are very sweet and helpful. One of the associates noticed I was inspecting a bag and told me she could get me a new bag from the back room. Really attentive staff. We had a good experience and saved a lot on a couple of bags that Ive seen at Macys and non-outlet Michael Kors boutiques for $300+. I would recommend.

If you want the best customer service youll ever receive, ask for the manager Rebecca. I walked into the store not even knowing what I was wanting and at first, nothing really sparked my interest and I ended up walking out to visit Coach and Guess to see what they had. But I ended up going back and Rebecca was able to find me my perfect and very first Michael Kors bag simply by asking all the right questions and being so personable like talking to an old friend. She personalized the whole experience and Ill never forget her. Best customer service experience Ive received in a VERY long time.

Michael Kors in the Tanger Outlet is another name brand handbag Outlet if youre looking for purse I did like the variety that They Carried. I only wish they had more purses and accessories that did not have the m and k stamped all over the purses. I would like to have a very classic and Timeless piece of luggage with the initials not stamped all over it

Im a Frequent shopper of Michael Kors but I went to return a bag this evening and was told I couldnt since it was past 30 days even though I never used the purse and it was still in the bag with the sales tag on it. Never had this problem before when Logan and Jennifer helped me in the past.

The girls here are amazing! Super helpful and sweet! We drive all the way here from Augusta and visiting this store is always a highlight!
