Great service. Have always been reliable

Ive know these people, Technicians and Sales persons for well over 15 years. Always the BEST SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, CARE and CONCERN.

This tiny wireless store is good for one thing and one thing only and thats paying a phone bill. Other than that Everything is way over priced. If your thinking about buying a new phone and dont know much about the product your getting bring someone who knows their stuff and isnt afraid to speak up or ask questions. Because this place will try and Play you. If you have a sim card and your carrier disabled your service due to not paying your bill for awhile. Call your carrier they will reactivate that sim card and all you have to do is pay the remaining phone bill at this store or else this store will have you buy and activate a whole new sim card on top of paying the monthly bill. Youll probably be paying close to $100 instead of $40 to $50. I dont think you can buy a new phone here without spending extra money activating it. Its insane. They dont care about their customers, its all about the money with these people.

I had a great experience at Wireless Shack. The store was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Shan helped me decide which plan was most compatible with the needs of my family and he walked me through every step of the process. I have been going to Wireless for years. Sean has been great! Recently i bought a phone from him and he said the information could be transferred over after Christmas. When i went back for the information to be transferred he was not there and to make a long story short it was a nightmare. After 2 visits, phone calls, and wasting 2-3 hours my entire information was not transferred. I was also told this was not what we do and they were being nice to transfer the information. I think after all this they lost a customer that trusted him.Here I am 6 months later without a phone. When I called to tell them my phone would not turn on l was told to call the company that made the phone, they didnt even look at it. I had to buy another phone and lost even more data. They have lost a customer and anyone I can tell. To loss business now is not good. I will also write a review with the Better Business Bureau.

I have been going to Sean since he opened, he is honest and overall a good guy, he takes time to find out what plans are for your type of cell usage and never rips you off. They have a large selection of phones and service providers, now they even do screen repair etc.. Go see Sean if you don,t want to get screwed by another cell company.***** I have referred easily over 20 people to him and all are happy and return customers****...

Been coming here for years !!! Literally for everything ! I break my screen like every month I’m a regular here. Shawn is amazing but so is everyone else. They are the only ones i trust with my devices i can leave my phone there for a week n don’t have to worry about anything like other places. U can buy new devices here & they are unlocked u can use them for any carrier prepaid or not . They do great buisness. Where ever i move to i always come back here no matter the commute! Places scam Artist and liars Fixed an iPhone 3 times still never worked dropped and I pad off For a bad battery and they told me Other things were wrong now I have it back with a broking charging port and a crack screan Stay away from these characters
