Even though they are very popular store. They have all the latest games. Theyre fully stocked on their computer and game items and toys for kids. The customer service is OK. The location is great its in a very busy plaza. But everything they sell there is very expensive. My kids were disappointed that I wasnt able to buy them anything because I couldnt afford it. For a store that is so popular they should have more sales. But other than that I dont mind going over there to shop around, And to look at all the cool new games And toys.

Im old school and I was hoping to find some games for my PlayStation 3.Okay, its old but it was my uncles and in great shape. But anyway, the salesperson I was talking to was very knowledgeable about the current PS4 and 5, and was very able to refer to other game shops that may still carry PS3. Thank you. I will work on getting the game vibe in sooner or later.

This place is unbelievably expensive. I never thought target would carry cheaper gaming headphones! It’s like they’re punishing you for shopping there. It’s not like the customer service makes up for it, either. They’re fine, but are very happy to try to sell you additional useless warranties. It’s like dealing with a car salesman. If you need anything gaming related, get it online, or go to Walmart/target.

Chris was absolutely amazing. I went there to get help problem solving a PS4 that I didn’t even purchase there and could not return. It ended up being something we could not figure out but he was extremely patient and kind trying to help me and my son with a solution we would be happy with despite it being the day after Christmas and the store filling up. Being human and considerate made my experience better than i imagined. We left happy and very grateful.

The store doesnt have a huge variety of games, despite its size. Ive been to a lot of GameStops that are half the size that have the same selection of games.Ehat this store makes up for eith games, it does have in other stuff, like model kits and figures.The staff here are very helpful and always make decent recommendations.Overall, pretty good store

Was able to use certificates to get great discount, but the Gamestop New game I bought was opened and poorly resealed. Hopefully the rumors of Gamestop discontinuing gutting new games for display is true. Good place to buy used games, but not new games if you actually them new, stick to Bestbuy, Target, or Walmart.

I have gone many times and gotten amazing deals I got legend of Zelda, a puzzle game and Mario for $5.00 even though they were used they worked fine

Never an issue here although seems like stock is depleting of pre-owned games and accessories in store. Even a new game i just bought was the actual display box one.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. This store seemed to have a much larger selection of used games than the other gamestops. Its worth stopping here to see used choices for just about any system.

It was good but I was hoping for the cashier to suggest other games for reference for future games. He did help me with my information to get discounts so I was happy.

An employee who was very nice asked the manager a question for an item I wanted that they didnt have and I overheard the manager say with a nasty attitude Well we dont have it, what do you want me to say. I should have just went somewhere else but I didnt want to deal with the holiday traffic and ended up getting something else. But next time Ill speak up and mention about the negative reviews they are getting for the attitude and maybe its time to reevaluate on how they do things there. And Ive said this over and over again...If you dont like your job or youre burnt out, then quit and move on to something else. Its that easy.

This is the same GameStop that provides speedy diver merchandise for his fraudulent dumpster diving videos. That store needs to be investigated and fired the entire staff including speedy who works there.

Horrible experience today at this location. I have been a customer of this store for years. They display on there website that they will take ps4s that no longer power on and my brother and I come all the way there and the young man behind the counter was rude. Wouldn’t provide a reason to why he couldn’t contact his mgr expect his mgr is sleeping when he’s not working. He also said that there website is not accurate. I purposely called a head of time to avoid these issues. I went to Brentwood instead where a great staff names Byron was more than helpful and friendly he explained things and worked with me as best as he could. I will purposely never recommend north Babylon game stop to anyone ever again nor will I be going back there. Plus they rip you off for your games and systems. THATS WHY THEYRE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!

Good service. Had to purchase 2 used power supply units to ck which one would fit xbox 360. One fits. N the other i dont need. I have receipt so can i get store credit or the 6 bucks back on card? Purchased 4-1-19. Went on vacation n its 4/13 now. I dont want the other one n store credit is fair.

So far i love this game stop. I brought a Pre owned game for my PS4 and it wasnt working so i called them about the issue and they said they will give me a new copy no charge.

Kids love the place just to look around and make future plans for purchases.

I sold all my games and controller decided might as well sell ps4 they tell me they need the controller with the console, they make people pay full price for everything anyway you sold for a tenth of the fraction, my opinion get much more for selling online using eBay or mercari. Total waste of time and their customer service? Non existent I highly recommend you go to another store oh and fire the fat manager pronto

Id give the store one star but thats not fair to the staff working the desk. Management was a joke, the woman was very nasty. The workers behind the desk have always been very friendly and helpful though. One of them should probably be in charge honestly.

I dont even want to give this store a star. Its true from reading other reviews the manager lady is rude. She calls her own products crappy with a full line of customers around. Shes not happy its a full store but its the day after Christmas she should be grateful they are busy it means she has a job. One gentlemen working the floor was very helpful going around asking if anyone needs help. They also place the price sticker over needed info so now the game we got is useless Bc I didnt it needed and motion stick to play it for my 8 year old. Will not go back to this GameStop.
