Received AMAZING service from PHILLIP H! He greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable on the products. I went in to buy two iPhone chargers and to my surprise he let me know there was a deal for buying two! He also explained the differences in chargers to ensure I purchased the correct one! I appreciate no wait and quick service! Will highly recommend this location ask for Phillip!
A lil on the aggressive side trying to get people to buy stuff based on my visit they answered my question but with every answer was a push into purchasing something ; and I don’t like feeling pressured didn’t make me feel comfortable.
Kaci (not sure if i spelled it right) was AMAZING!! She has a great personality and genuinely listened to my concern and helped me out until the very end. She resolved the issue in a timely manner. I left there so happy knowing my problem was fixed :)

If you need a cellphone or have any problems, the AT&T store on Deer Park Ave. in N. Babylon is the place to go. Garry & Phil are the best. The Manager is great as well. They have an awesome team and great to work with.

I used to love At&t but they closed the location by me so my first thought was let me go to the closest one by me, a corporate At&t maybe they can help me better. Oh boy was I wrong. When I first walked in, no one and I mean NO ONE greeted me everyone was sitting on their phones looking down. No one asked if I needed help or anything and after I asked one person for help he shrugged me off. There was no one in the store and there was 6 people working doing absolutely nothing! When I asked excuse me May I be helped? The sales associates rudely looked at me as if I did something wrong. Oh Im sorry isnt this your job. I told him my problem and he said he cant help me I need to call At&t I have mentioned to him I did call At&t and they told me to come to the store I purchased my phone at but since that one is closed I decided on this location. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION!Not only was I told they cant help me, but they cant do anything unless there manager was there. So why is this location open if the only person who actually works is the manager. Huge respect for the manager I have no idea how he puts up with employees like this!If I could give zero stars I would. Even the people who walked in after me were rudely pushed away and told they cant help them. Its sad that At&t has gotten so bad! I have always been a loyal At&t customer and this is how I am treated!

They were very short, hung up on me and were not very helpful at all. Not very friendly either.
The worker swiped my card without asking permission and caused a delay of 1 hour to me buying new phones. Manager was helpful. The girl employee was very nice and helpful.
Dont go to at&t we gor family plan for 189$ monthley but they charged 780$for busnies plan which i never went their to get a buisness plan i went their to get a family plan they ripped me off im never going to go to at&t anymore this place is a whole dizaster

I walked in and walked out within 10 minutes. I wasn’t made to feel welcome. No one got up from their chair to greet me. The sales associate I was assigned to never left his chair. He was rude, disconnected, acted like I was bothering him. Like I was interrupting game time or something. When I told him I didn’t like his behavior, he wasn’t apologetic or didn’t try to make it better so I walked out! Another sales associate at the West Babylon location took my $1100 phone sale, along with the accessories! Shame on you North Babylon sales associate! If I could give 0 (zero) stars I would....
My mom was upgrading her phone and we added another line to our plan, upgraded our data plan and set up autopay. I believe Phillip assisted us and he was patient and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and not overwhelming which I have felt in the past. Usually whoever is helping me is just trying to sell me on things I dont need and doesnt read the room; I understand their job but sometimes pushy isn’t good. Definitely will go back to see him for anything we need !

My experience with AT&T has been outstanding from the minute I walked in until I walked out the door. A pleasant greeting when I walked in, then a short wait it was not long, I would say about 15 minute wait. I was happy with the great service I received from the staff, they listened and resolved my issue . The manager was also pleasant .She came by to see if I was happy with the service & outcome of my issue. I do have to say I received the best customer service from staff & manager and walked out with my issue resolved and with a great plan . I wouldn’t consider leaving AT&T
I came in with my sister to start living the adult life. We switched off our parents plan to start paying our own. We were greeted by lovely Sandra. We had such an amazing experience!!! It was fun and we shared a bunch of laughs. She made us feel like we were part of the AT&T family. I love you guys~
Went here because the store at Tanger Deer Park has permanently been closed. Was a bit of a wait, but understandable given the attention by the staff. Phillip was very knowledgeable and helpful, and even set up my new ATT TV box for me.
The specialist did what he could. He changed my SIM card but today I still wasn’t able to connect to the internet without WiFi while I was out and about
Me and my friend went there to just upgrade his phone. We walked out with two new phones (I had sprint before I switched in store) and the manager and a lovely Male associate went above and beyond and were amazing at not only explaining everything to both of us but setting everything up for us. It was so simple! Thank you so much to those fine employees. Will be choosing that location for any future needs.
At the beginning of December, my phone suddenly died. I couldnt get the screen to light up. An AT&T customer, I went to this location, and was helped by Phillip, who got me going on a replacement. That phone came in, and 10 days later, it also died. So now, Im on my 3rd phone in about 3-4 weeks. With the help of John also, Im back up and running. They were both great, helped no charge, and went over and above to get me going again. Thanks guys!!

I arrived over a half hour ago on a Monday afternoon. There were 3 tables with people being served.There was one person ahead of me.No one acknowledged myself or the other person for 25 minutes.I am still waiting...Now it’s been an hour...Total time just to order a new phone, not pick it up or anything else.The salesperson was knowledgeable and courteous.But wait time was Outrageous!
I received excellent service at this location. I walked in and a female associate let us know that someone will be with us shortly. They helped me save money on my bill and i walked out with 2 new phones one for me and my younger daughter. Even the manager came to our table to make sure everything was okay and offered to put cartoons for my 3 year old. There was a 20 min wait but it was worth the wait. Defenitely recomend this store. Very accommodating staff.

I went to At&t tonight because my Fiance needed an ongoing issue resolved. We were told to go to a corporate store by a representative on the phone from At&t. The Store manager told us when we walked in she will be right with us but started helping everyone else who was there AFTER us. We waited for at least 20 mins before we had to go up to her in order for her to even acknowledge us. We tried to explain to her the situation and that the representative on the phone was going to walk her through how to help us and before we could even finish explaining everything she told us she cant help us. She was so rude and had such an attitude. I dont understand how she could be a manager with the way she treats people. Gary ( The best employee at that store) spoke to the representative, added notes to the account and helped us out with everything that the so called manager said she couldnt do. Thank you Gary for your help and your positive attitude. More employees should be like him. He should be the manager.

I will not be going back there again.. I went in to add a line to my existing plan and was signed up for a promotion I did not want .. they didnt offer it .. it was more like this is something you have to do but a promotion is an option .. it was simple all I needed was to add a line .. I asked them if I chose a phone number at that time if I could transfer a number from another company and I was told NO by the employee and the manager .. well guess what I had already called the store I usually go to and they said yes and when I got home that night I transferred the number myself .. so obviously they dont know what they are talking about .. another thing I had to call customer service to have my plan checked and fixed because of simply adding a line he added another plan .. I expressed my concern to the employee while I was there and he attempted to explain again but i still had a bad feeling and I was right he did more than what I asked him to do and wouldve been screwed in the end but thanks to actual AT&T customer service they fixed their mess up ... first and last time I go there
Great knowledgeable people who arent in it to make a dime or to try to up sell you. They are detail oriented but they could use a little more training when it comes to phone specific specifications.

Walked in store and it was pretty busy.. I wouldve not mind the wait if a least we wouldve been greeted.. perhaps Welcome to AT&T as u can see we are taking care of other customers but we will sign you in and assist you as soon as possible instead of being ignored. I asked how we get signed in and then one looked up and said I will sign you in give me a minute. AT&T should send higher ups to this store to evaluate. Its sad cause it a corporate store and its giving the company a bad rep.. I see Im not the only one complaining of the same issue. Will be considering dropping the carrier all together if it doesnt seem to care for there subscribers

I would have given a negative number of stars if possible because my experience in this store was horrible. Karim Corrasco, the manager was more concerned with hanging out with her friends than assisting the salesperson, Maria, who had several questions when processing my phone upgrade. While Maria was trying and I do appreciate her efforts, Karim was rude, behaved as if having to assist with my transaction was a bother to her. They also charged me for a tablet that I never took, whoch required a return trip to the store for cancellation. In total, I spent over three hours to simply upgarde my phone. Stay away from this store. They are a case study in customer disservice!

This is my go to place for cell phones. My favorite person that I go to see to help me with my phone is John. I recently had Phillip activate my new phone and he was great as well.
Been getting phones and tablets for 5 of us for several years. Always good service, better pricing with a group plan than the others. Darwin this last Visit and Yesenia before were very knowledgeable on products and plans. ¿Habla español? No hay problema.

Unknowledgeable... went to get a additional phone to my plan. they told me that the bill will not exceed more then $200. when my bill came it was $260. I went in to get an explanation and they had no idea how too read the bill and explain it to me. now its been over the the 2 week return policy I can not do anything about. can wait to switch!

Horrible service you get greeted and told its only a few mins by the managers when it can really be a 40 to 2 hour wait finally when you sit with someone there unknowledgeable and not very friendly the guy spend like 20 mins in the back gathering my phones taking my service else where.
Came in to get a new phone. There were five people on the wait list and the sales guys were all busy with other clients. Waited 15 minutes and wasn’t greeted so I left. A “hey weren’t busy it’s gonna approximately whatever time but we go you” instead of ignoring me would have been plenty. I will go online for my new plan and phone.

The manager Karim had tried to steal my phone that I had turned in for an upgrade and had AT&T try to charge us over $200 for it. When brought to her attention, she turned around and had called my mother and father liars. She had also signed us up for Direct TV without our knowledge and had us charged for over 5 months of $35. We got in contact with Direct TV and had a complaint filed against her.
