American Cell phone Repair is the go to spot in all of long island / NY. The owner Danny, does an excellent job in repairing any screen. I have been taking all my phones / laptops to him for years. Great service and very customer friendly. The only place I will go for repairs. Everything was returned looking good as new. Ive tried the kiosk places set up at the malls and was always disappointed in the quality of the work.

Ive had a couple of good experiences at American Cell Phone Repair. Danny is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my personal samsung screen replaced about 6 months ago. More recently my phone charging port was not working and he was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it within half an hour . They are quick and reliable. The prices are reasonable. I havent found much cheaper around the area. I definitely recommend this place to get your cell phone repair guys.

This place was great! Less expensive then other places in the area and I was out of there in less then 20 min with my shattered phone fixed perfectly. The guy was really nice he even put on a new screen protector for me so hopefully I won’t have to get it fixed again !!!

I had my i phone 4s fixed here great customer service on top of that he even backed up my phonebook and pictures for free. Before going to American cellular i had went to I Fix Screens in Deer park and got my phone back three days later and still was not fixed and missing screws. Very nice guy. My LCD screen broke and he fixed it. Also fixed my camera on same day. Took a few couple of hours but he has good prices compared to other places, so it was worth it. Had to come back next day because inward facing camera was very blurry. He fixed it with no charge. Would recommend to a friend

American Cellular is really fast, efficient and friendly. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone and he fixed it while I waited and tweaked some other settings on my phone for me. Dan was really nice and I plan to go back whenever I need anything done on my phone. I was referred to him from a friend and I plan to tell my other friends about American Cellular. All legit, no phoneys.

Oh theyll get you in and out in less than 30 minutes as they did with my iPhone 5c basically the simplest LCD screen to replace... But when that phone and its new frail version of glass that American Cell Phone Repair uses breaks in your pocket and the LCD monitor completely turns red? you are screwed my friend because American Cell Phone Repair is not under any warranty North stands by their work waste of a drive to Suffolk County if you ask me and a complete waste of $90 take your phone too experienced Cell Phone Repair company and get your phone fixed the correct way not in a haste full manner. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option absolutely horrendous

Again Danny saved my life! Replaced my screen while I went to Sonic for a shake! It took less than an hour and cost less than I was quoted by the Verizon store!Last year he moved my 200 + contacts from one phone to another in minutes!I LOVE HIM!!

The screen on my phone had broken and unfortunately I had another repair shop (only because I had not heard of American Cellular yet) replace it. Big mistake! They did repair the screen, however they broke what I thought was the charging port in my phone. Im so happy I found American Cellular because not only was he able to fix this issue, he found more damage that the previous company had done and was able to fix everything and get my phone back in perfect working condition in no time. I recommend American Cellular to everyone I know for any and all phone repairs and will never trust anyone else again. So glad I was able to find them!!

I heard about this shop from a friend who used them for a repair before. I brought in a non-smartphone that was loaded with all of my contacts ( I never backed up anything) This phone wouldnt even turn on, nothing dead, The guys at the Verizon (corporate store) even said that there was nothing they could do for me. I bought a new Motorola phone from Verizon, but had no names and numbers in it. Try losing your whole list of friends and family with no way to transfer them. Well this guy, Danny is his name was able in 2 days to not only get ALL of the data off of my DEAD phone but was able to transfer it to my new Motorola. I owe this place more than the very reasonable fee he charged me. He saved me weeks of trying to rebuild years of contacts. Oh by the way he made a backup on a flash drive for me JUST in case I ever broke my new phone. You really need to call and visit American Cellular Repair for all of your cell repairs. This place is awesome.

0 stars My iphone 6s was working just fine b4 i brought it here only issue was my battery wouldnt hold a charge for as long as i wanted it to bc it was so old so i got it replaced here a few hours later i went back and said hey something is wrong with this battery its draining faster than the orginal battery he stated give it a few days fully charge it and it should be fine if not dont worry a year can pass and we will fix it no problem well i gave it a few months as i have a newborn at home and it is difficult for me to get out... when i showed up with my now broken phone bc it wont turn on he gave me a hard time about saying i was using a fake charger and that was the reason my battery EXPLODED which i was NOT and finally he replaced the battery and bam my phone was up and running again after handing me my phone back he states this is the last replacement i will not be doing it again that something is wrong with my phone not his batteries. now i have not used my iphone since i had to get new phone and i go today to use it to transfer everything and guess what! Phone wont turn on AGAIN if its something wrong with my phone it would of made my original battery explode!!! I will not be going back horrible experience and they state 100% customer satisfaction well guess what 0% customer satisfaction here! So i paid for a service to break my phone and now lost all my newborn daughters first videos and pictures and the recording of her first heartbeat on the sonomachine i am truly devastated

I came in after searching all over to get my Iphone 5 glass replaced. The place at the mall told me it would cost about $250... American Cell Phone Repair only charged me $170 to get the entire glass repaired with a brand new module. The iphone looked brand new after the repairs, and was a lot cheaper than having to get it replaced through my insurance. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. And the repair was quick. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for any type of phone and tablet repairs.

This place was great. Walked right in and they were able to replace my smashed iPhone screen right there. They were also cheaper then what they were charging at the mall.

In response to Xavier repair on 4-9-15. He came in with IPhone 5c with broken lcd and bad speaker. We put a new lcd and speaker flex on his phone and Xavier was very happy. A week later he called and said his phone was in his pocket and when he took it out the screen was broken again and he had no clue how it happened. He asked us if we would warranty it for free. He was asked to bring it in so we can look at it and we will try to help him . WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO BRING IT IN. We try very hard to work with our customers.I

Time after time I break my phone, and always find myself back at American Cell Phone Repair. Not only is it close to home, but the customer service is amazing. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My phone is as good as new.

I dont ever make negative reviews because I dont want people to get a bad rep but... This was wrong. I called the place up to see if I could get the screen on my note 2 fixed. I came in and told him I previously had it fixeed before. He called me back a and hour later saying the person used to much glue and was unsure if he could fix it or not he said hell call ke back that was the next day. 1st off he couldnt give me a straight answer as to wether or not he could fix it and was trying to push a new digitizer on me just 180 200 and something more. I explained if its that bad ill bring it to the previous guy and have him deal with it. Every time a question I had popped up or when I was trying to gey a straight answer as can you do it the guy was just huffing and puffing and like he was really annoyed with the fact that he had to work on my phone. I mean dont tell somone ill have your phone done by the end of the day and then say yeah it needed more work. Another thing is because I felt like there was no way getting my phone back without buying from them a new lcd screen I called them back at the end of the second day and said im just gunna pick it up because you obviously bad mouthing my last cell phone place and saying you cant do it with out the make 200+ off of me for the new screen and he was mad and frustrated like im almost done removing glass but fine! And hangs up. Long story short I this guy is rude as anything makes you feel like your job is a burden and trys to get more $ from you. While my other store fixed the screen like new for $80 instead of $100 and Im using it right now to save people the headache I went through. Good luck all

I must be honest I went to a bunch of other places before coming here to danny and they gave me the run around or some crazy prices, danny said he could repair it and explained the whole process to me and gladly answered all my questions unlike other places where you get an attitude, he repaired my note 3 for a great price good guy
