Just upgraded my phone. If you go in ask for Patrick. The guy is amazing! He had me out the door in 15 mins, got me a better deal than I expected. Answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Nice to see that quality customer service still exists. I’ll definitely be back!

Went in because I had got a replacement Moto G Power 2021 and needed a case. The rep intially did not know what kind of phone it was and then said he didnt stock the case because it was a cheap phone. I asked if anyone stocked the case and he said to try Best Buy or Walmart but it would be like a 5% chance and it would probably be $40-50. I went home and went on the Verizon website like I should have done in the first place and found one right away for $14.99 with plenty of other choices. Why do we need these stores when the staff are incompetent?
I went to this location and had fantastic customer service with Brian Joseph. He wasn’t pushy at all and listened to and explained many of my concerns and questions I had. Many people would get annoyed when having to repeat answers to me but he didn’t. I would highly recommend visiting this location. 10 star rating
Scammers, they lie straight to your face. Worst customer service experience ever. They make you believe they are helping you and when you get the bill, you realize how shady they are. I’ve gone to another Verizon store and they have been very upfront. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!
BEWARE DON’T TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered a phone online for pickup from this Verizon authorized dealer in North Babylon. When I arrived, the salesperson Brian Joseph asked me to verify my account pin. I wasn’t sure why the pin was necessary. When I placed the order as well as when I was in the store, I specifically denied any protection plans or additional payments. However, on the monthly bill, I realized he had used my account pin to add protection plans to all the phones on my account. I cancelled it going forward, but I was already billed for the first two months. In the future, I will only go to official Verizon stores rather than untrustworthy authorized dealers, and I recommend you all do the same.

Zero stars. Worst customer experience in recent memory. Bought a new phone here last week. No case or protective covering in stocks so they order it and say they can install it for me. Show up today and the guy takes one look at the box and proceeds on a 3 minute explanation why they cant install something I didnt buy there. I wait, and ask are you done? Can I speak now? Then tell him how I bought it there, he interrupts again saying I couldnt have, so I interrupt and tell him that if would let me finish...anyway, a different person helped me out. So rude and disrespectful, will never go back there and may switch to a different service altogether.

The staff were very nice, (that the 2 stars). The trip to the store highly disappointing, there was almost no stock(seriously, they had one Samsung S10 and an S20...thats it)and no displays. The most disappointing part of the trip was when the employee began to bash AT&T, instead of raising Verizon up. I have an AT&T account, before I was able to tell the salesperson this, he started bashing the AT&T service. Basically he lied. Telling the friend I brought to the store(to buy a phone), that AT&T service was terrible, spotty up and down rt231 from Huntingdon to Babylon, a 20 mile run. And that Babylon was a black hole. This went on, no exaggeration, for 15 minutes. Thats when I said that I had AT&T for almost 28years and have NEVER dropped a call, and that I live in Babylon and have never had a service issue. Im also a nurse who hey receptionin the hospital. Even in the basement, post op and surgical suites. Very disappointing. Thats when we left. And no, I didnt bring my friend to AT&T, I sugested that she go home go online and chat with a Verizon rep. This is the second disappointing trip to this store, with a different friend, I cant understand why they stay. They love my phone, a Samsung, and always borrow it when we are out, and they have no signal. Hmmm......
Great place to get a cellphone with good customer service. I had Dave set up my plan, along with my wifes, and I highly recommend him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything from beginning to end clearly. Hes got a good sense of humor too, which made the process go by quickly. He took the time we needed and answered all of our questions so that there would be no surprises on our bill. I highly recommend this place, and Dave especially to set you up. I will be sending my friends and family. A++
Unhelpful. Messed up our phones for 2 days. Canceled the wrong phone. Sold me a defective glass screen saver which cracked 2 days after I got the phone. Refused to replace it. Would prefer to lose a long time customer over a $33 item. Most of the staff are untrained. Have to wait a very long time when you get there to be helped. I would have given them no stars if I could.

Was very surprised to find I couldnt make an exchange on an item I purchased at a different store. I was told the inventory at each store was different and this store didnt carry the item. I would have to go Levittown to make the exchange. They sell the phone but not the charger cord! Gave 2 stars because the salesman was very empathetic.
Deserves zero stars. The absolute worst experience.Dont deal with Luis! This salesman has no clue what hes doing.Bought a phone with a BOGO deal. Luis failed to mention the need for an additional line to be added to receive the deal. He called me back 8 days later and told me to pay more for new line or return the phones. Both cost me more money I never agreed to while I was in the store.I appealed that with Cellular Sales Corp office. They originally told me 5-10 days for an official answer. After multiple calls, finally, 21 days later they said NO! They will not honor their employees mistake and I will have to pay full price ($800) for the phone I was sold on being free.Their reason. I was notified by the salesman that I did not fulfill the requirement within 14 days. Even though I was not told of this at the time of purchase and contract signing.So, now that it took them 21 days to make a decision, the promo ended and I can not return phones or add a line. Im stuck with a new 2 year contract and on the hook for another $800. Thanks Luis! Do you scumbag all your customers?And the manager is useless too. Dodged phone calls, no follow up emails. Never available. A really classy company from top to bottom. Verizon should be ashamed to let these scumbags use their name.
Very helpful to my 79 year old mom. Her iPhone died and I, the account owner, was sick and couldnt help her. They steered her to the iPhone 6s, which is what I was going to tell her to get, called me and verified everything before placing the order. Very polite and helpful.
Mitch Mason is the best!Don’t go to Apple. Has your perfectly fine iPhone stopped working perfectly since the new phones came out? Am I the only cynic?Don’t go anywhere but to the Verizon store where Mitch works. He spent the time working through every Apple problem I had and gave me a good deal on a new phone and made sure everything worked.

She has been so helpful to me she went over and above on everything in explaining everything and made sure I understood everything teaching me so much setting everything up for me and so much more. But, yesterdays experience with David Batrony has reaffirmed why we stay put with Verizon! His professionalism, knowledge and commitment to us, the customers, left us with a renewed trust in Verizon but mostly faith in knowing that his commitment was NOT about selling us the most expensive or several unnecessary extras. James the owner(?) manager took care of me quickly. He inserted a free nano SIM in my new Nexus 5X phone and activated it without any problems and for FREE. That was excellent service, and I could not have been more satisfied.The store was very clean and well lit, the displays were setup neatly, the walls were lined with a full array of accessories, and all products that I touched were working. I expect to be returning to this store again.

Above and beyond World Class Customer service. Chris & Glen exceeded my expectations during my new cell phone activation. They stayed well beyond closing time on a Friday night to make sure my phone was activated. Going into the store was the best thing, that I couldve done after being frustrated with a failed attempt with over the phone customer service/phone activation support.Truly Grateful

The worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a phone. I was told all of my data was transferring to my new phone. LOST EVERYTHING. Called the store for help and they hung up the phone on me. Will not ever purchase another product or use another Verizon service ever again. If they allow people that work in their store to be completely incompetent and then when their incompetence is questioned they are permitted to be nasty without any consequence, then I have no intention of giving Verizon any more business.
My Iphone 6x was completely bent after it was caught in the door of a van & I brought it to Verizon. DJ was AWESOME. He went over ALL the options with me. He made some superb recommendations to me on which phone to get & then he helped me retrieve my information from my old broken phone so at the end...I walked out with a brand new Iphone 8x. It was an awesome & positive experience. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years & I have NEVER switch to other carriers because of the caliber of service I get with Verizon EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thank you so so much DJ😂!!!

These guys were AWESOME here at the Meadowlands New Jersey State Fair, went and spin the wheel that they had and got 2 entries for a raffle for a free 42 inch tv, didnt think I would win it, but I just did. They were very professional and polite to work with. I would defiantly recommend them to my family and friends to switch over to them.

Went there today to inquire about a new line, this dude working there wearing a blue shirt with black pant took me to his computer sit next to it and start texting on his phone i asked him the trade in value for a Samsung phone and his reply was “hey guys do you know the trade in value for s8 loudly to colleagues “ and there was no response from them and he kept texting on his phone waited for 5 minutes looking at him and his typing speed and ended up leaving the store.They didn’t even have any other customer, which prolly speaks their “PROFESSIONALISM”

Be very careful to set up plans with this store... review everything carefully.Endless hours of many days trying to rectify your bill. Customer Care is extremely poor. Brian Joseph has no problem with Sales, very pleasant, Wait until you get your bills. Four months trying to straighten out. Claims that credits are going to hit your account and nothing is followed through with. No contact from Regional Mgrs for assistance at all. Sales Team - Brian Josph and Brigette Manley claims Verizon Corporate has horrible customer service and they fight with them all the time. Melissa Kirdahy in Verizon Corporate in Bayshore office has been wonderful.. The only one that knows what she is doing. Very pleasant and professional, and so far the only one that has been helping. Filed complaints with Verizon and Atty Generals Office #5165 for assistance.

When I visited to buy my family 4 line of the phone, said pay monthly $15.00 each line but later I find out that store made contract to pay $20.00 monthly. Its $480.00 difference for 24 month. Not solve yet 19 months. Thats too bad. I was complaining to the supervisor of company.
