Great service and answered all my questions concerning my vintage BMW.I recently took my 1975 BMW 2002 to Bavarian and I had quite a list of items needing addressed. The guys sorted everything I noted and pointed out some items I had overlooked. Car is running great and I would highly recommend choosing Bavarian Autohaus.
Very knowledgeable. Nice to be able to actually talk to the guy doing the work. Honest mechanics here. I will be back for all my BMW problems. Thanks for taking care of my car today.
They know them Beamers! But expect to drop a rack ($1000) or go else where and drop 2. My Bill was $950👍🏼
The mechanics are amazing and treat you with respect and treat your car as if it was their own. Great service, reasonable prices, and friendly mechanics!! Overall awesome place!!
Great Guys!!!! Thomas is Great always Does The Job!!! Thanks for your Patience and Hard Work.... I know some customers can be just too particular with things😉
I sent my daughter here with a transmission issue. They came back with a $2,000 estimate for an oil leak, water pump and thermostat. Nothing to do with the transmission issue. I questioned the estimate and the man got defensive and told me I could just pick up the car and go. I did. I had my daughter take it to Eurosport’s and she had a completely different experience. They fixed the transmission issue with $7 worth of fluid. Granted there are several issues with the car but none of them have to do with a water pump.Eurosport Motors will get this business from me.When will repair shops learn that it’s not good business to try and take advantage of the less car educated people. You never know what parent or friend or spouse is watching after the innocent.
Tom is very helpful . Thank you.
I took my 335i in for valve covers wound up being more that needed to be done than what I thought but they worked with me the whole time and got it done in a timely manner I will definitely be taking my car back to them
Friendly at first, but will overcharge for their lack of experience. Few things wrong with the shop and owners. 1. They set up an appointment with you and totally forget about you so they take you late. Luckily they didnt have any cars in the bay one bay shop, so they took me in about 15 mins. I told them twice over the phone I wont have a ride back and I will wait.2. They under quote you to come in which is expected so I did show up with about a half hour extra worth of labor worth of cash just in case.3. Lack of communication. If someone quotes you an hour for a window regulator and comes back almost 2.5 hours later, youd think after an hour at some point theyd communicate and renegotiate the the labor. At the end he even said we had two guys work on the vehicle so that also costs more. One would think it would have been done a lot sooner with two guys on a 1hr job. I even had done 10 mins of the work for them.4. This second worker will give your car a new scent. Smoking right by your car non stop. Guess I paid extra for the man to smoke instead of help.5. Dont bring aftermarket parts to this shop. They will use that against you to add more times and blame the part for their inexperience on the job. When done, they guy said, get an OEM part. Now I know how to work on this car. I will work with you next time. Uh huh... They mentioned the part I brought in had an issue and not all are made the same. Again, lack of communication. If they noticed an issue with the part they should have communicated that with me.6. They couldnt adjust the window correctly which happens sometimes when replacing window regulators on frameless windows. The window would not seal completely up. They being bmw professionals should know but I understand he didnt want to spend more time on it. I did this myself when I got home. So there wasnt anything wrong with the part, right?Summary of experience:Look I have no problem paying people for their hard work, but I will not pay for lack of experience and integrity. If you had came to me prior and said look, were having an issue with this part or job for whatever reason. I would have agreed to pay that 2nd hour. I googled average cost of labor for this job and it comes out to about $130. I was quoted an hour worth of labor at $109 and got charged $218. I walked out paying $160 to a guy with an attitude. My intention was to split that extra hour of labor which I thought was fair. I was prepared for this an event like this and stored my extra cash in my pocket. I ran a few business too and this is not how you get return customers. Lastly, please smoke outside of your shop away from your paying customers cars. Its your shop, but MY car youre smoking by with the door open.Update: Tom called me after writing a review stating its unfair. If it wasnt fair you didnt have to give me my car back until it was paid in full. I paid a hour and half for which you confidently quoted me an hour worth of work. I even did 10 mins of the work for him.Tom says it was my duty to inform and ask him about the price and any struggles he had with the part. Tom doesnt know how to interact and advise his customer professionally. Tom said he didnt remember his quote because it was almost a week ago. That was 4 days ago and if you cant remember, take notes or hire a secretary. Tom is very immature and cannot think logically. His motto seems to be me me me like a child.
Very very good place. No price gouging. They stay in constant contact with you about repairs. They verify any repairs needed before proceeding. No price gouging here. Costumer service is very good. The mechanic is very helpful to explain the workings to first time BMW owners. Very good service.
Ive been dealing with these guys for over 20 years and theyve never steered me wrong attention to detail and great advice and treated me like family always
Great place to have your BMW Friendly knowledgeable mechanics and they dont try and rip you off
Knowledgeable with efficient service!
These people are excellent service people. Competent, Skilled, Experienced, and sensitive to customer concerns and needs. Ive used them for the last 2 years on a 2002 325i. Great to work with. Will readily step up if adjustments are needed after servicing. These are valuable partners to a BMW owner. Thanks guys.
Great service! Straight forward, expeditious and inexpensive... just how I like! I needed my battery replaced at the last minute. Im military and was just passing through, I called and he said he could squeeze me in. I had my car and was back on the road in less than 2 hours. All occurred on a Saturday!-Saj
Awesome 👍 service and friendly people
Master Machanic . Expert at fixing foreign cars. Bo is the Best!
My Z3 had oil leak around the oil stand. They were honest, quick, and the leak is gone! I thought their price was reasonable as well. I will use them again.
Very friendly and knowledgeable service. These guys know what theyre doing.
For over a decade, they have been my go-to-shop. They are an excellent shop, that cares more about your vehicle, and you, than they do about business.Name any other business that has such a reputation. I can not.
It doesnt look like much but so much knowledge, character and quality of repairs.
I went to this business for my first time, around 06/20/16. Had a light on on my X3. wanted to get Diagnosed.Place looked like a bmw junk yard.went inside . it was about 7:40 am . no one up front .yelled HELLO? no answerpeeked my head in the back yelled hello? again.mechanic popped his head out and said rudely What do you want? no kidding, his words exactly.I said Nevermind, you seem like your busy. Ill go somewhere elseTook my SUV to Jackie Cooper and got great professional service.even though I live 3 miles from here I will go 15 mile to somewhere else. How do you stay in business with attitude like that, I know my customers would not put up with it, neither will I.
Way better service than Jackie Cooper. Best shop to fix BMW around Norman imo.
Capable but lacking...First, the good... Twice, when my 335i entered limp mode and struggled for life support, Bavarian Autohaus was able to diagnose the problem and get me running those same days. For this, I would leave 5 stars since getting me running fast was the goal. The mechanics do seem knowledgeable about their craft although their people skills may be lacking. I can work with that. They seemed nice enough to me. The youngest staff member, who mostly worked behind the desk was very nice and courteous. 5 stars to him! AutoLogic is used to diagnose for $90 to connect. With all said and done, replacing one Vanos cost over $400. A fairly easy DIY job for me, but they got it done same day when I wouldnt have been able to do it so Im happy for that, and I think it was cheaper than the dealership. And, the young man up front did eventually inform me I could have a loaner from the fine lineup of exotic options in the yard. However, I wasn’t told this by anyone else until after spending 20 minutes in the waiting room trying to find a rental. I did appreciate having a loaner for the day. Now, the bad... True, the shop is tight, filthy and looks like an import junkyard. The mechanics smoke freely in the shop which meant my vehicle smelled like smoke because my window was left down during the job. My biggest disappointment, however, comes from my mechanics lack of attention to detail / laziness / sloppiness (or whatever it is) and just how the shop is managed... My most recent experience left me with some surprises under my hood after I got home… Aside from tobacco chew spittle pooled in my engine bay (sick!)… I found cable harnesses and hoses had not been reattached at all to their mounts after work was completed. This left hoses and wire harnesses flopping freely. Reinstallation of the cowling components was not satisfactory. I found large screws forced into small holes not meant for them effectively stripping the plastic, and small screws placed loosely into large holes. A week later, I discovered my radiator air duct had not been reattached at all. It had simply been placed loose in the general area it goes with the two screws that normally secure it simply slid loosely into the holes of the adjoining mounts. In my opinion, there’s no excuse for any of this! It’s all part of the job I paid for. For this, two stars is the most I can give. I probably won’t be back unless as a last resort.
Called just to ask a question on 10/8/19 some old dude answers the phone. I could tell has soon as I mentioned a 760Li I could tell he didnt want to help. Dont be so damn rude on the phone. I will for sure take me car some where else.
