I ordered a canvas print at 11am for same day pick up as a gift. The eta for pick up was 1:56pm so I arrived at 2:03 to pick up my print. When I arrived they didn’t have anything ready and asked me to wait, we waited till 2:45 and they printed the image on the wrong paper, so they asked if we could come back saying they would call. At 3:04 I received an email notification that it was ready. I returned at 3:45 and it still was incomplete. When we asked the woman said no one knew how to properly assemble a canvas print. I could have saved an entire day and printed elsewhere if they were forthcoming with the facts to begin with. If you don’t know what you are doing to ask a paying client to waste their time for no apparent solution. I was offered a discount on a product they couldn’t even complete because no one knew how to do it. Absolutely unacceptable.
This is the RUDEST pharmacy staff. Every time Ive had my CHILDS ANTIBIOTICS filled here, they take all day to fill it.They leave you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Only to come back, ask you what you need, not answer your question and put you back on hold.The female tech with dark hair is extremely rude. She has actually told me she doesnt care the prescription is for a sick child. It will get filled when its filled.I work retail, if these people worked for me, they would be replaced immediately.Every single one.Dont bother calling corporate. They do nothing.
They doesn’t deserve for single star but I don’t have choices, They don’t know what’s meaning of walk-in. It’s clearly Says in cvs.com walk-in or make appointment so I decide to go walk-in morning 11:30I’m in line for 20 minutes i was last person there’s no one in front of me after my turnLady,she act like she own cvs and asked me do you have appointment if not come after 3. Dear CVS please teach them what’s walk-in means.
Store is pretty stocked, easy to navigate and well organized. The employee on the other hand seems like she didnt want to be there. She was wearing grey sweatpants with pink uggs and was slowly stocking the shelves. She did welcome me when I walked in and seemed to be the only employee. A few minutes after I came in I heard her talking on her phone, which I dont usually care except it sounded pretty personal and there were people in line waiting to be checked out. She saw them after a couple minutes and told them to do self check out. I did self checkout as well and she still didnt get off her phone to ring people out even though there were a couple people behind me.
Agreeing with all the other reviews, the pharmacy staff are the rudest people. Came here for a covid test and am definitely never coming back here. Management needs to make a change.

WOW... That is the only thing left to say after a drive thru COVID test today. The lady at the drive thru window was probably the rudest person I have ever encountered in retail. I arrive 5 mins before scheduled and immediately the lady started using hand gestures to get us to drive away. Finally she tells us to pull through and come back at our scheduled time because we cant read instructions. MANAGEMENT PLEASE CONTACT ME!!! I would love for someone in charge to pull the video at 12:20 and see the gestures this employee has and her attitude toward customers. No way she will retain her job.

The lady doing Covid testing in the drive through is a character. Im almost positive she is complete trailer trash with a awful attitude. She is completely unprofessional and lazy.
I dropped my prescription off on Sunday told they would have to order and it will be in by Monday/Tuesday never was there on said day, called to check still didn’t rec it by wed but told they only had 15 day supply why wasn’t I told that on Sunday they then transfer to a pharmacy that had 30 day supply only for that pharmacy to delete the entire prescription how and why is that possible? Left with no medicine or prescription so I have to call doctor to get another prescription totally inconvenient and bad for business I’m highly upset. Please do better people depend on you for our medicine be more careful. Also takes forever for someone to answer the phones why?

This by far is one of the worst CVS pharmacies I have ever been to- The pharmacy technician at the window was rude and should not be in the medical professionJust pure lazy! This is one that o will never return to!
I could not believe the treatment that I got from Judy at the pharmacy. Raising her voice and yelling with an attitude for no reason. You just do not treat people like that. especially when you are suppose to be there to help with medication.
Ms. CeeCee is a real asset to your company . She was polite and friendly from the moment Iwalked in the store. I stopped in to take advantage of a laundry detergent deal and unsurprisingly people had beaten me to it. She went above and beyond to help me.
I would have never thought Id actually leave a review for a drugstore/CVS! But they completely lack in variety. If you are looking for something specific, you may want to go to a different store because you are more than likely not going to find it here.

One of the most unproffesional and slow pharmacies ive ever experienced..Not to mention a couple people that work there are insanely rude and will keep you waiting for hours if they dont like the look of you. Poor customer service from pharmacy employees, I got a different product of what my DR prescribed. I returned it and the Asian pharmacist guy told me he will give me my money back only this time, guess what there is no going to be a next time, but I assure you sir if you give me the wrong product we will see if Im not getting my money back. Sad to say the female cashier there was more on his side than of what is the right thing to do. Same rude attitude not even a thank you. I have been a CVS customer in a different state for many years but Its time to move to next pharmacy chain.
Great location and wonderful employees
I like the convenience of shopping at CVS instead of a huge retail store like Walmart. I usually get really good service too. My last visit to this CVS was horrible. The staff greeted me as usual but that was the end of the welcome. I walked around the store and circled passed an associate a couple times and she did not ask if I needed help. When I checked out, I had a question about a store policy. I was not given a clear answer and was basically dismissed. Never going back to this location.
Rude to my doctor when he called in the prescription. Rude to me when I showed up after 6pm despite hours saying closes at 10pm ( I guess all pharmacies in the area close at 6pm). Rude to me when I went in to pick it up the next day. Prescription not ready the next day. Rude to me when I finally checked out. I dont blame the worker who were rude as they seemed overworked and underpaid.
Polite, professional customer service staff, willing to help if you have questions about the store and its products. Nicely stocked with quality products as well. Ill keep going to CVS!

The store is great you can find what you need. The pharmacy is slow, you have to wait an hour or longer to get your prescriptions filled.
Just got off the phone with a pharmacist. Couldnt understand a word he said. I requested a refill 6 days ago and from what I could piece together from the conversation, my prescription was refilled at a pharmacy in Florida.
No 35$ eshop card here. VERY disapointed.
