The sales people are just great. Always a smile and helpful attitudes. They acknowledge you as soon as you enter the store and the products are just great. Everything you need is there.

I really enjoy their selection! Its designed like a hair grocery store, wide selection with peak organization. Very clean and well maintained interior. Fair prices!! I do have one frustration though. As a new customer, I shouldnt feel like Im being watched as a thief. I recognize the area and need for surveillance, but there are already camera posted throughout the store and didnt feel it necessary the persons attitude towards me. The rest of staff casually checked in if we crossed paths, and I had no issue with them. Hopefully it was just an off day!

I have been to other beauty supply stores and I literally find myself comparing them to Richway! Love, love love their hair they have that make the best crochet braids 😀! Richway has jewelry, hair dryers, wings, half wings and more!! And I love the credit I build with my Richway card, Yesss! Customer Service is always friendly. When I found out they moved from Va Beach Blvd to N. Military Hwy, I made it my duty to find them. This store can do no wrong in my eyes!!

Richway has been my go to for YEARS!! Love the staff and I think theyre used to seeing my face!! What I love about Richway is the credit you build. I didnt have enough money once to purchase a few items and TOTALLY FORGOT about my credit, which covered my purchase!! Be sure to go and inquire about the Richway Card!!👍🏽

Great beauty supply store.

They always have a great selection of beauty products and I can always find what I’m looking for. The staff in the front of the building are always polite and helpful, however there always seems to be a less than helpful and rude person working in the back with the lace front units.

I always spend a lot of money at this place. They have loyalty cards. Which will take off a few coins on your next visit. If you cant find what you are looking for, theres always someone walking the isles offering help.

Very good selection of hair products. Their wig selection could use an upgrade!!However they stopped carrying a very popular brand of extensions which Im sad about but I now order it off amazon. But overall nice staff, good selection, and not too far into Norfolk!

Well, the owners were extremely nice but the girl in the back whose main purpose is to ASSIST you in finding a wig lacked luster. Her overall demeanor was off. Bad attitude in my opinion. I felt she could have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. Just lacked the wow factor that I look for when spending my hard earned dollars. The synthetic wigs were over priced like 58.99 + dollars. I can buy those same wigs online from Sams beauty or ebonyonline for 1/2 the price. Lots of merch to choose from if looking for something other than hair. Will not be going back. Period

The best supply store in the city...and its black owned

When we entered the building there was someone at the door, that ask to take our temperatures. And I did not have a problem with that they also gave someone else a mask that did not have one on. The supply 4 hair products there is plentiful. They have everything you need. That was my first time at that location.

The first time I visited this place I was explaining to the the woman who worked there that I wanted earrings. She went to the case where the tongue rings were. I said “earrings”. She said “I KNOW WHAT YOURE SAYING! I KNOW WHAT EARRINGS ARE YOU DONT HAVE TO KEEP SAYING IT”. Very rude because If she knew what I was saying, she wouldn’t have been at the tongue rings case. Either way, it was a confusing experience and she was rude.

I visited this store back in December and I wont go anywhere else! Its a huge store with all of your hair needs. The products are very affordable and of good quality, not cheap looking, unlike the other stores Ive been to! Customer service is pretty nice and they will help you out. I will continue to shop here.

I’m not a frequent shopper but I have been here many times. This is my go to when I need stuff for my locs.I can’t speak to customer service because I’ll be honest I never need help, but I will say no one has ever greeted me, which is fine. I have a LITTLE bit of issues at the checkout but I am the type of customer that expects ppl to greet them when they walk and be warm and inviting at checkout.I have never gotten that friendly-I’m here to help kind of attitude (that’s why I gave it a 3 stars) but again I haven’t had any issues and I am able to find what I want pretty easily and I can get in and out.Prices are pretty regular, don’t come thinking you’ll find lower prices than other stores. It’s massive and I feel like you’re bound to find something similar to what you want if you can’t find the exact item. Customer service aside, I like coming here and I would recommend to anyone.

I used to frequent the old location that was on Virginia Beach Boulevard very happy that they moved their location right there on the corner of Virginia Beach Boulevard and Military Highway. They have a big selection of wigs ponytails tracks of hair and they also have an incentive program where you can get points for your purchases. I go there just for that it helps me save a lot of money. When you come in youre always greeted by someone. You dont have to look far to find anyone to help you. The prices are great. The staff is knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone who may be on a budget and need to look good. THEY also have a customer loyalty program so its the only place I like to go.

Ive been wanting to get a wig for legit months and was so nervous but she really helped me narrow in on my vision and gave me tips on how to help customize it. I was afraid Id be too nervous to get one since its my first wig, but she was really fantastic and Im happy with my choice. I will be back!!! I live in New York but Im gonna try and save my next wig purchase for Richway as well.

I walked in the wig section and was greeted by THE lovely Carla! I wanted a wig that looked natural and I kept trying only to find myself wasting money on them! Well I asked Carla for her recommendation and after getting some info from me pulled one off the shelf and said try it and I won’t take no for an answer.. needless to say I bought it! This place is HUGE! I was like a kid in a candy store. From wigs to weaves and everything in between, they seem to have it all and its reasonably priced.

I drove almost 40 minutes from my home to shop at this wig shop. Upon my arrival, I was not greeted. I walked to the back of the store where the wigs were located. Finally after being ignored for 20 minutes someone finally arrived and never acknowledged me. The store employee literally walked and worked around me as if I was invisible. She never once asked if I needed assistance. I will not be returning to this store. If I could give this establishment no stars I would.

The employees was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. It was my first time there. I just want a wig.They gave me directions to the wings. They lady In the back with the wigs wouldnt assist me kept brushing the wig on the manakine a man came out saying we close in 15 minutes. No thank no nothing. I will not be returning.

They have work out clothes for cheap that is cute and huge variety of hair products. My only issue is asking for help was terrible, one clerk was too busy to answer questions and I could not understand her. The second clerk he pointed kept walking. Forget about trying clothes on at the store, security tags prevent that. I asked a clerk behind wig counter about price of a jogging suit. She didnt know and didnt try to get me help. I had to find another similar one to get an idea. I end up buying nothing. Too drain to bother.

I bought this ponytail yesterday right before the store closed. I got home and realized the color did not match mine. And so I went back the next day to swap it for another one. As you can see the ponytail is still fully attached to the package! The owner was very unbothered and nonchalant about allowing me to switch it for another color! He clearly didn’t care! Unreasonable policy. There’s no way I could’ve used the ponytail. Had it been detached then that’s different. Very disappointed!
