This was one of the smallest stores Ive been in. It was not at all stroller accessable. I had my 2 children with me and I could hardly navigate the store. I love bath and body works but this store was small with a limited selection also. I think Ill just continue to visit a different store that I dont have to feel bad about bringing my children with me because I feel like Im in the way

Bath & Body works is an amazing store to check out . They always have some offers . I hope they would increase mens collection soon. Theyve got the whole store for ladies but limited products for men. Its fine. The available collection is good for men and if youre near that store..please do check out!. Sanitizers,body washes, shampoos, moisturizer, lotions,creams everything you need to have for skincare and personal grooming are available.

The staff wouldnt Implement any rules about wearing face masks before you come in. There were people without any, including kids. People werent following the social distancing rule, and of course that wasnt being enforced. There were employees everywhere, but nobody was doing anything. Youre better off buying online. Its safer that way. I had to take an item back at a different store and thought Id stop in and buy some hand sanitizers. Big mistake.

Very nice. All kinds of body wash, hand sanitizers and foam, perfume. Cologne, lotion for men and women. Car and house air fresheners that plug in to the wall or clue onto your visors. Always have a sale going on. Very friendly and helpful staff and excepted angel cards. Love this store.

The staff is knowledgeable, super nice and helpful. They will tell you what is the best deal in the store without trying to get you to spend more money than you have to. They always have some nice candles on sale. The scent on these candles is amazing, will not go away so easily, and they dont burn like crazy like some cheaper candles. I took black cherry merlot flavor and mango with something else and they were amazing. Will definitely return here.

Had a terrible experience at this Bath and Body works today. Cashier was extremely rude to my husband and I for no reason. She snapped at us the whole time we were checking out. Will not be shopping here anymore. We spent a good amount of money only to be treated with disrespect. Im so disappointed.

Pricey...wait for a sale. Unfortunately they are offering items for the home you cant find elsewhere unless you go online.I hate shopping online. I have items now I need to return because they werent what I expected.Clerks can be helpful....good luck finding any help on the floor. Watch for damaged merchandise.

Bath & Body Works has gone down hill in my opinion. The staff was decent but not helpful with their email coupons when everyone knows about their sales (and facebook too) was a hugeeeeeeeee let down because of their email mistake. My email subscription never sent me a bar code so I couldnt use the coupon that was promoted all over online. Just a huge disappointment. I dont see why they couldnt help me.
