Im really happy that Lush, one of my fav brands, has a retail store here. However, Im disappointed by the knowledge of the sales rep in the store, despite their friendliness. I went in to look for a shampoo bar for my oily hair. The sales rep recommended Angels Hair. I used it, and it gave me itchy scalp and dandruff. I then checked online and found out that Angels Hair is made for dry hair! It totally ruined my hair balance. I wish I could send it back and exchange for a suitable shampoo. I hope that the store staff will learn from this mistake and offer better advice next time.UPDATE: Per the customer care teams response, I exchanged Angel Hair to NEW which works wonderful for my hair. Thanks for the responsive reply and flexible exchange/return policy.

Lush has really great natural products. I have been buying the greeench deodorant powder for years but recently they give less product in the container but charge the same price. Turns out the product seal was already broken and was used. Perhaps for samples. I dont know but thats just bad business

My family always goes to Lush everytine we go out of town! We go to VA Beach every year for the Neptune Festival so we stopped at Lush! The employees are usually helpful and they will give you samples to try. But this time there was an employee named Ellie, Elle, or Elly who was very snippy and kept coming over to us being rude instead of helpful!!! This young lady said we should come back tomorrow because they will get there shipment in and I told her unfortunately we would be at the Neptune Festival and she rolled her eyes and walked away!! Whish they would bring a Lush to our home town. We just got a Buff City and they are very pleasant and helpful!!

Usually always a great experience when I go here. There are a few employees that always seem annoyed to be asked questions, but I love the products. My favorite thing from tbere are the massage bars. We buy about 4 a month.

Very welcoming staff, Store is very neat and clean. Convenient location and very well presented with lots of selections and good prices.

Tea tree facial scrub and shampoo and conditioner . So excited to try😇wonderful staff helped me ; Hayley and Reed.To add to this review a week later . Shampoo was great. If you have long hair I would pass on the conditioner because it made my hair have tangles. Maybe it works for short hair.

6/19/21 Having sensitive skin, I thought it could be worthwhile to check out the selection. When my daughter and I entered the location (and after using the hand sanitizer, at the front door) it didnt take long to that notice that despite there being other non-black entering and leaving the store, WE were chosen ones to receive special attention as we moved about. At one point the gentleman was so close I could feel his breath on my neck. Feeling disgusted and unwelcomed we decided leave without purchasing any of the otherwise enticing products and will never recommend anyone visit your store.

Amazing soaps and body care!

I loved the option to wash your hands with tester soup when entering the store as opposed to hand sanitizer!

Offered me either soap or hand sanitizer at the door! Super cute, and love that theyre still being careful about COVID.

I love anything that is a sustainable alternative option. Being able to buy soaps and scents and the like with large and by far eco-conscious selections deserve the hype in my opinion.

Not for me, but my wife loves this place!!Ill admit, I am a fan of the charcoal face wash and the Big salt body wash.

Basically LUSH is your best choice for bath bombs. If somebody in your life wants a bath bomb this is where you go if you want them to be happy. You can find similar products at a fraction of the price places like Amazon, but they are very hit-and-miss, plus they wont have the LUSH name. If you plan ahead and sign up for their email you might save yourself some money.

Super friendly staff and the free sample of Avocado Co-Wash has been wicked good to my curly hair. Smells strong as perfume too and that aroma lasts long as well! 😄

I honestly didnt know this place existed. This was my first time walking into a shop.There products smelled amazing. Originally this was just going to be a check it out kind of trip, dont buy anything..but hey once I smelled this bath bomb(BlackBerry), I had to have it! And I already used it and I loved it mostly because I can still smell it on my skin. Im definitely coming back for more. This one and many others.

Colby is TERRIFIC !!! I have never been to this store before, but by the time Colby took me around, I didnt want to leave! He is extremely knowledgeable about the the products, fair trade and sustainability. He gave me some dreamy samples and answered all my questions. He was kind enough to add a nice little note to my bag. I am definitely going back. It is a little pricey but a little goes a long way and it feels good to help the environment and to help indigenous farmers/sustainability. I smell and feel wonderful! YOU MUST GO!

This place is absolutely amazing. So many different products. They try to make products as close to all natural as possible. I am blown away by the mouthwash and coffee face scrub!! They will give samples too.

The staff is awesome. What I like is they dont bombard you trying to sell you stuff as soon as you walk in. But literally as soon as I needed some help, someone was there. She was so knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for some hair products and all I did was tell her a little about my hair and what I wanted for it, and she immediately hooked me up with the perfect products.Lush products are a little expensive but theyre such good quality and last for ever. You gotta love all the world-conscience stuff they do, too.

Lush is my favorite store at McArthur! Its one of the main reasons I go to this mall. Their products are amazing. I love their body butter bars!

I started coming to Lush earlier this year and I love it. The store is very organized and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and always are very friendly and approachable.

I dont buy this kind of stuff but my friend does. So while she was shopping, I was browsing around. They have a large selection of stuff and many of it was actually interesting. Best part though was the sink a worker was at had a tower of bubbles. I could resist getting a block of bubbles and placing it on my friends head. The workers there busted up laughing at our antics. So great stuff, awesome staff, and decent prices.

I LOVE bath products and Lush is full of organic locally made products ranging from hair, skin, nails, baths, showers, face mask, makeup and so much more. On the pricey side, but leaves you feeling good. My fav are the bath bombs.

The employees at lush were super nice and helpful. They also truly know their products and the ingredients in them. I told the lady that helped me that i had oily skin and she showed me everything that could possibly help with it, and the things she recommended actually worked. i walked in there only wanting to spend 15 dollars, and walked out of there having spent 45 dollars. It was definitely worth it. Best costumer service Ive ever had. I would recommend this lush to anyone who asks.

I recently went to this store to get some stuff for my friends moms birthday, then proceeded to leave my bag in the bathroom near the food courts. Unfortunately it was taken and I had to go and purchase the items again. When I told the cashier what had happened she was very sympathetic and gave me some tester items to use. I wish I looked at her name so I could give her credit but honestly the entire staff in there is extremely helpful!

My only complain about lush is that its not the easiest to navigation your own. Im the type of person that likes to browse without the instructions of a team member having to browse with me.

Always well stocked and the staff never stalk you, which I hate. Ample samples given and they even ask you if you dont bring it up.

Great products. I love the bath bombs and quite a few other items.

A simple relocation of storefront or temporary closing is easily done and communicated to your customers with a simple sign. On Facebook via Google and calling the location doesn’t notify customers of a entire store closing. There was multiple people waiting outside trying to figure out the entrance. But inevitably this location was closed. While the large sign said that they were at a temporary location.

Love this place, especially for the great lotion bars, they are amazing

Pricey but I love the products. Angels on bare skin face and body wash always smells great and helps reduce the flare up for my acne.

I have been working in customer service for almost ten years and I have never received better from this location! I was here for the weekend coming from Delaware and when I got to the hotel I realized I forgot to bring the bag that had all of my toiletries in it, including brand new Lush skincare that I purchased a couple of days ago. I told the lady up front my story and immediatley said she would hook me up with some samples. I thought I was going to have to spend 100 more dollars for the same products I had just bought. She was so nice about it too. I wish I wouldve gotten her name but i was so overwhelmed with how caring she was being I forgot to ask. On my receipt it says the employee number is 2007813. I dont know if you can find her but if you do she needs to be awarded for how awesome her customer service is. I will never forget it!

Great selection, even on their BOGO day. Reminder. Dont come in the first hour the day after Christmas. Wait until the rush dies down. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Shelves stayed stocked.

My partner and I roamed into this location while walking thru the MacArthur Center just to take a look. Got inside and was warmly greeted by Eternity and helped by both her and Joshua during our initial visit. I sampled a few products and purchased two shower bombs. I was very impressed that the staff gave samples of products I liked yet was hesitant about purchasing. The avocado co-wash and queen bee moisturizer both did really well in my hair, so glad for the samples!!!!!We do not live near a LUSH so after sampling some of the products, we stopped back in to do some shopping a few days later before getting on the road. Special thanks to Amanda, Reed, Tori and Haley for making this visit personalized and memorable. I am soooo happy to now know about LUSH, its companys values and how great their cosmetics are. Definitely a new lifetime customer!

Gave it 4 stars because they are pricey but Their stuff is amazing! Or was because im not sure if the store is still there. Havent been to that mall in ages because its become very unsafe with shootings and questionable characters. Hate that I had to pay for parking just to go to the stores.

All the smells are so good. :) However, I need to note, the henna dye did not at all work for me and was an insane mess. I highly recommend everything else.

It is expensive but I LOVE everything that I bought. The soaps smell so good and make my skin feel so nice and I love the shampoo.

Went in and had an awesome experience ended up getting BIG and HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY and the lady who showed me these products really helped and was very informative!! I normally dont shop at places like Lush i tend to take the cheap route when it comes to facial masks and scrubs ect. However i was recommended by a friend ro give it a try. The prices were resonable and i love how everything is homemade no worries about harsh chemicals ect. They also have the best customer service I have ever experienced very friendly and helpful when trying to find what I was looking for. They werent pushy like most place when you walk into lush your greeted and asked what it is your looking for and they help the best they can with information given. They will recommend certain products as you explain your facial struggles but they dont push you to buy anything. I left spending less then $50 and got everything I need including a sample of moisturizer i love my new products.
