Ordered 21 4X6 photos which were supposed to be ready 4 days later. I went into the store to check in order on the 3rd day. I was informed by the staff and manager they ran out of 4X6 paper and had no idea when, or if, my order would be filled. I asked they transfer the photos to another Walgreens with paper and told their software did not support doing that. 9 days later I still have no photos and no communication of the status of my order.

Seriously don’t come here unless yo prefer to wait hours instead of minutes for your prescription. I walked into cvs and they told me 10 min but bcs they no longer have a contract w tricare I requested the prescription be transferred. CVS transferred the prescription at 5pm and when I checked w Walgreens at 8pm they had no idea regarding my prescription. After a series a of phone calls and wait times later Walgreen s finally realizes they do have the prescription and ask me to wait 30 min so they can fill it. After 30 minutes I arrive with no one else on line to wait. I wait another 20 minutess then finally got up to recheck and only then after prompting was I able to get my prescription. I also had to prompt them regarding my insurance. They have signs posted also that wait times are unusually long… do yourself a favor and don’t send your prescriptions here.

I ordered a photo online and was given a pick up date of June 26 after 11am. I arrived to pick up my photo and learned the photo department hasn’t been able to fulfill any orders since JUNE 20! Why was my order accepted? Why was I not notified about it not being ready? To top it off I had to deal with Bonita Copeland, a manager. She was awful! Rude! She was happy yo let me know if wasn’t her fault and she didn’t make the system - no idea she was representing Walgreens and it was her JOB to resolve the issue. When I asked for her name, she gave it to me and then said - I guess you are calling corporate and you are going to play the victim. What type of custom service is this? What type of manager behaves that way? I won’t be back.

I wish I read these reviews before making a covid testing appointment at this location. The pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They apparently arent doing covid drive up testing even though you have a confirmed appointment and offer no solution except oh well youre out of luck. Horrible attitudes. Avoid this place at all costs.

I received very poor service today, at this location. I had a drive-thru appointment for COVID testing and was not given one, due to them saying I did not have an appointment. I had email confirmation, which includes a confirmation number. The pharmacy continued to say there was nothing they can do since they cannot pull up my information. Very poor service with no resolution

I called the pharmacy and they were rude and lazy. They would pick up the phone and hang it up. If they aren’t able to do their jobs, they should not be there. I just wish people would take their jobs seriously and if they can’t or don’t want the job then find something else more suitable for them.

Unfortunately I had multiple bad experiences with this location. I recently moved to the area and I have (for the most part) always utilized a local Walgreens for all of my photo & prescription needs. I placed a $50 photo order and when I picked it up & got to the car to look at my order I noticed all my 5x7s had these weird white lines running through them. My 4x6s and 8x10s did not and these were professional photos (I had the copyrights for them) so I knew it wasn’t the quality of the photos. The girl at the counter was great about it, first she tried to reprint the order but they again printed with the white lines. She said that the printer must be going out and ended up refunding me and lettting me keep the pictures. Thanks for the freebie but I was still disappointed as I was mailing these pictures to family and ended up with less than perfect photos. I decided to give this location another chance with a prescription. My doctors office called it in on a Thursday. They were busy that evening when I went by to pick it up so it wasn’t ready yet. I went by again Friday and was informed they were out of that medication and to come back Monday. I went back for a third time Monday, only to find out they don’t accept my insurance. They directed me to the Rite Aid across the street and I had my medication in less than 2 hours. A total waste of my time and had the pharmacy technician took the time to ask for my insurance or phone number I. Thursday it would have saved me a few trips. This location has lost any future business from me.

This Walgreens is the worse pharmacy I have ever tried to deal with. Most every prescription is a problem. Usually, I have to make multiple trips to pick up prescription filled. For example, my physician sent in two prescriptions on Thursday. I go in Walgreens Friday to pick them up. One is ready the other is not. I am told to wait 30 minutes. I depart and go back Saturday morning. I am told they didnt have the prescription. I show them the text message I received from them saying the prescription is ready for pick up. They tell me to come back in 20 minutes. I go back Monday morning....the clerk looks for ten minutes then tells me it is still not ready to come back tomorrow. I go back on Tuesday and wait 23 minutes in the drive through line...finally got my diabetic pills. What HORIBLE service.

Very clean location theres plenty of parking the staff is friendly but Lacks product location you have to go through one or two of them just to get to the location you need to find what you need this location is adjacent to justify every major highway in the area if you are in the area stopping and say hello

This SPECIFIC LOCATION is the absolute bane of my existence. I’ve had a terrible time every order I have ever filled here. The on-site manager, “Arienne” was rude to me on the phone, then messed up my order and put me into some system that sends me spam emails every week and it’s become an entire corporate-level endeavor to get this specific store to stop emailing me. Seriously, every other location is amazing while the management here is just atrocious.

I have to say that the Walgreens on 21st is the Best Customer Service out here possible and take care of your blood pressure needs! My pharmacist helped me when I couldnt afford it and made it accessible to me in this great depression with C.O.V.I.D 19 going on. Wow, not wanting to contact my insurance company to obtain permission to increase my prescription supplies for traveling overseas. Travel now is stressful enough without this pharmacy adding to that. So they may accept new customers but just those easy ones. All others just go somewhere else.

I never have a bad thing to say about this location. From the blonde lady who is always upfront to everyone else that works there. However today was even better when Ashely in makeup was a complete pleasure. You can tell she comes to work ready to take her job seriously. Very presentable, very outgoing, and jumps at the chance to help. It takes a lot for me to write a review but she deserves it ten times over. The pharmacy here is infuriatingly inconsistent. I cannot count the number of times Ive called in to get a script filled, warned them that my insurance wouldnt cover it and plan to pay out of pocket, am told it will be an hour, then show up to pick it up and am told it was put back because of insurance issues. And now they wont send my prescriptions to another pharmacy to get them filled, even though this pharmacy constantly runs out of the medication I need. The actual pharmacy techs are fantastic but whoever does ordering and runs the pharmacy needs to have some changes in their practice.

I refuse to go here for a prescription. Every time I do I end up waiting and waiting and waiting much longer than they say I will have to wait. One time they told me 20 minutes and it was an hour and a half. So I use the Rite Aid locates directly across the street where the pharmacist knows me by name and I never have to wait. By the time I get to the counter they have already pulled my prescriptions out.

Drive thru no longer an advantage...Two drive-through lanes really set this wallgreens apart from the other pharmacy options in the area. The second lane was closed off, off and on, for a year, and now has been blocked for a year straight at least. The staff however is friendly and competent.

I am mainly reviewing the pharmacy. I had to fill two prescriptions today and they were very expensive since I do not have insurance. The pharmacist did everything she could to find discounts and was able to help me out a great deal, which she of course didnt need to do, even though they were obviously very busy.

Do not go to this Walgreens. I had to transfer my prescription from cvs and this is the closest one too me. The man I spoke too at this location I believe is one of the head pharmacist there and he was CONPLETELY rude. Didn’t want to be bothered and rushed me off the phone as I was asking another question. This was at 12:45 today. I call at 4:30 to find out the status and no one picks up my call after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally go in to this location to be told that they don’t start filling transfers until after 3. It is currently 7:00pm. And no one has touched it. Once I finally get this filled, I’m never going back to this location. Also, it’s in a terrible location. Walked up tot he store with a couple physically fighting.

Very disappointed that this is no longer a 24 hour pharmacy. I needed to get a prescription filled at 630 on a Sunday night and apparently that is too late. No need to advertise that you are 24hrs. If you need a convenience store you can just go to 7-11. The point of being open 24hrs is so people can get prescriptions late night if its an emergency.

I have found some great deals here. If your in a pinch after all the stores are closed you can find something here. The pharmacy gets a bad wrap, but they are just doing there job. If you cant wait, if you forgot to pick up your script and they put it back into inventory its not their fault. They even have a drive thru so you dont have to drag your kids inside or leave you fur babies out in the car. Im here at lease once a week. Try them out.

Today was the second time that my Primary Care doctor called in my meds only to have them not fill it. It was not ready when I called to ask it it was ready. The last time I drove there and it was not ready so I called this time to make sure. I had to call the Doctors office and request that they call, a second time. What is the problem with this location that they cant get it right the first time. My doctor actually said to me, I have problems with this location, are you sure you want me to call it in to this Walgreens?

I changes to this pharmacy after my old pharmacy (Eckerds - no longer in business) put the wrong pills in the bottle and gave them to me and it wasnt until a few days later when I looked my new prescription up on line that I discovered the white scored oval in the bottle was not the small dark blue round pill described on the manufacturers website.Walgreen has a description of every pill on the bottle - and when they switch suppliers its updated.The pharmacy staff has been wonderful - always answer questions and are on top of things. Love this pharmacy.

Very bad service. Advise not to go there. Choose anything but this place. We had to wait over 1 hour, they sent me to pay meds 3 times but I decided to pay after I get my medicine. After 1 hour with the rest of the family waiting in the car they decided to tell me that they don’t have this medicine and send me to another one. hopefully this one will be better, since prescription was filed electronically and doctor office was closed we couldn’t go anywhere else but another Walgreens. If I could leave no stars I would.

Went to pick up my prescription that was filled but I was never notified and was put back. I waited over 30 minutes for them to refill it before going back up to the counter only to be told it wasnt in the process of being refilled and that I would need a prior authorization from insurance to fill it. I had to then ask for them to send the authorization to my doctor and will have to come back another day.The prior authorization was approved earlier this week, still no word from the pharmacy whether its been filled after specifically asking to be notified.

Manager named KISHA MOISE is such an uneducated manager I’ve ever seen. I was trying to buy 4 different products which wasn’t related to or of the same brand, and when I was trying to use coupon over those products she was acting such dumb behavior that she can ONLY use ONE coupon per transaction doesn’t matter HOW MANY and WHAT TYPES of products do you have.This type of behavior and lack of common sense is such an inconvenience for the customers because a customer cannot separates the transaction if they have multiple items and rushing in time.DONT COME TO THIS WALGREEN WITH COUPONS BECAUSE THE STAFF DOESN’T HAVE COMMON SENSE TO READ THE COUPONS!!!!!

Def not great for customer services. I wanted to try their make up but sadly there was no one to help me and there were no tester things out. And when I was just looking at the make up section, the lady finally came over and told me that Im not allowed to try anything without someone present. And she was the same person who was supposed to be working at the counter but was talking to another employee about her weekend. Go figure. Sent my husband to get fever reducing medication for my 3 year old son. I had him call me when he was there so I could ask a few questions at the pharmacy. The clerk at the front desk who was very nice, but when the phone was passed to the pharmacy and someone named Jessy answered, she very rudely expressed her negative opinion about talking to me on my husbands to the clerk. She then hung up while I was in mid sentence. They told my husband I had to call on the pharmacy number instead of talking to me right there. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called back, she didnt even apologize. Looks like we will be going to Rite Aid from now on!

Numerous problems here form trouble filling prescriptions timely to being harassed for looking like a student. Have a suitcase sized purse and its ok, have a backpack purse a textbook cant fit in they try to take all your stuff. For the record, Im a 36 year old gainfully employed former member military with a server chest cold.

I frequent this Walgreens almost weekly to get whatever household things I need, because I live a block away, but after today, I will not be returning here. I often walk to Fresh Market and Walgreens to do my shopping, so I will carry a backpack and some shopping bags instead of a purse, for comfort while I am walking. Today, when I walked in, instead of being greeted kindly like I usually am, I was asked to leave my backpack (which had my wallet and belongings in it, since I essentially use it as a purse) at the front of the store. I understand why they asked, they must have a problem with theft, but I do not believe it is reasonable to asks customers to leave their bags at the counter with the clerks. That is what security cameras are for. So, because I was insulted and made to feel uncomfortable, I will no longer be returning to this store. I will simply walk across the street to Rite-Aid (where I wasnt made to feel like a thief for simply carrying a backpack). And for the record, I am a 29 year old gainfully employeed college graduate, I have no need to steal.

Had a prescription called in today. Left my doctors office, went back to work, left the office at 5 pm and arrived at walgreens at 5:20 pm. Wait in line at the drive thru to be told my promised time is 5:45 pm. I asked how I would know that if it wasnt communicated? No response. She then promised to expedite in the next 10 minutes. So I pulled out of line (my mistake) and waited 10 minutes. Saw the 8 cars in line and decided to go inside where I was told my promised time was 5:45. Told her that I was told theyd expedite and she said shed expedite and itd be ready in 10 minutes. By this time its 5:35. So, like 5:45? Thats what I call expediting. I dont feel well and just wanted to go home. Need my meds to start feeling better. Icing on the cake? Got the call from the automated service that my prescription was ready when she called my name to get back in line. Where was the automated call to tell me what time it would be ready? Would have alleviated a lot of frustration. Im done with this Walgreens. This happens all to frequently.

Gave incorrect information regarding a refill being transferred from Florida and left a senior citizen hanging for 2 days without medication when he was waiting for the refill. When we went back for the refill they told me the original clerk was incorrect and they could not give it to us. A complete waste of our time.

This must be a new policy but, Walgreens Please dont put your employees at risk of asking customers for their bags because you cant upgrade your security. Make them follow me around the store just to let another lady with a big purse twirl down the next aisle. Even if I wanted to steal something I wouldnt get far limping from a broken ankle.
