Definitely worth a 5star review. I was met by an amazing staff, including William Anderson, the store manager, who helped me fix my tire and send me on my way. Everything was done in a timely manner and I didnt have to wait longer than my appointment to be seen. All good experiences here.

Great place of business. New wheels, new tires and a level kit install on my Titan, followed by a navy deployment where I missed the 6 month window to pay the plan off, resulting in much higher charges, however I explained the situation and without question Jimmy Mason worked with me and the bill was back down to normal. This company works with, and appreciates, active duty members and that goes a long way for a business in my eyes. 10/10 customer service

Out of all the shops Ive been to looking for the perfect set RNR was the best. Jason sat me down and we browsed and looked for the perfect match. Jason was super helpful and just a fun guy to talk to. Quick turn around for getting the set of wheels and tires and not to mention how polite and courteous the whole shop was with walk-ins and people just trying to get on the right track. Highly recommend especially for those military out there they got our back for sure.

After having spent quite a bit of money at this place in the past I figured Id come back when needed a new tire. After dropping it off early Saturday was told well get back with you. Called Monday since no call and they have no idea who I am and never ordered the tire. Was told well call you back. Never did. Next day I call again and was just left on hold. Picked my old tire up at the close of the day.. UPDATE. The district manager got a hold of me and really went out of his way to make things right. Does truly care about customers.

My daughter was on her way back to ODU last Sunday when she realized one of her tires was losing air. This was her first experience taking care of an auto issue by herself. Great place! Took good care of my Tacoma and the bigger tires I have on her. Rotated tires and road force balanced them and took the shaking out of my steering wheel issue. Definitely recommend!

This location was the greatest location! I left the Hampton location in tears. Just a bunch of back and fourth. James had originally reached out to me after an Internet consult. He was extremely professional and fast. I was expecting to make an appointment for my car but they were prepared to take care of my vehicle right then and there. I got brakes done, and wheels. Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to. Mounted 4 new tires in a timely manner as I was accommodated ridiculously well due to my bad back and issues with standing and sitting at the moment. The people there were unbelievably understanding and did an amazing job not only balancing the wheels (did a road test up to 85 and felt no vibrations) but also not damaging them or scratching them up. They will be my number one go to next time I need tires or other services done! Can not stress enough how much I recommend them!

The customer service here is enough to make you wanna cry! Long story short, I just moved to the area and I had a flat one morning. In the process of trying to change my tire, I realize I have special lugnuts and I dont have the piece to take them off. I was able to get air in the tire and after driving around to multiple store looking for this piece, I just so happen to stop by RNR Tire Express. An associate by the name Jason Murray came out to look at my rims and knew exactly what I needed. He went and got the piece, matched it up with my rims, and let me have the piece with no hesitation! I went on to tell him that the tire had been going flat for no reason for the past couple of months and he offered to take a look at the tire free of charge! About twenty minutes later, he came back with an answer as to why I was having a slow leak and fixed the problem! Like I said Im new to the area and a female at that, and it just made my day to know that there are actually wonderful mechanics out there that wont try to take advantage of you even when you show vulnerability!! Thank you so much!!!!

I have been using RNR ever since I moved here. They have always been up front, honest, professional, and quick when it comes to fixing tire issues. I will continue to use RNR when I run into tire SNAFUs!

So I had RNR install my coilovers. They did a great job at setting it up and making the stance of my car look clean. I recently had a weird sound coming from my car. “Card in a bike spoke” type sound. I was thinking it was the rotor but I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t the suspension so I took it to them. They spent all afternoon trying to pinpoint this sound for me and agreed it’s the rotor. They really could’ve beat me over the head for their time and effort. When I ask how much I owe James Lovelace replies “nothing man I’m glad we could help.” I know you may hear mixed reviews about RNR locations but these dudes on East little creek really helped me out and saved me a ton of cash. Thanks again.

Driving along I-64 today in Norfolk and I get that dreaded TPMS light. Pulled over and found a nail in the tire. I called RNR and James answered my call for assistance. I got my donut on limped my Tiguan in to the ship where they offered a waiting area (during Covid, which was greatly appreciated) and fixed my tire for free! I was able to get myself back home without any issue. 10/10 can’t recommend this place enough!

BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. In the past month, I had something wrong with a valve stem. These wonderful people fixed it quickly. Then they didnt charge me anything! A couple of weeks later, I had a tire that wouldnt hold air. I took it to them. They removed a nail and did their magic, again NOT CHARGING ME! Obviously, this business is run by hard-working, honest people. And the place is spotless.

Went to a dealership. Price wasn’t horrible, but thought I should support local business. Was surprised at how much more affordable the tires were. Service was quick. The guys in the shop were extremely nice. Lots of people in the store but no wait. Not to mention the selection of rims is like Saks 5th Avenue for guys (and gals)

Wonderful experience at RNR Tire Express! I had a flat tire in our company van when I stopped at this location and got the best customer service with Jason. Although I was already frustrated he made me feel better by letting me that they would handle as quickly as possible and they did! I was in and out quickly. Fastest service I ever recieved! My man Ty at RNR in VA Beach on First Colonial and Laskin Road, went above and beyond to help me get the look I was looking for. Entire staff was very helpful and treated me with nothing but respect.

Called twice with a simple request. Both times they said they were transferring me to sales but I just sat on a dead line for over 10 minutes.

James helped me get the best tires for the lowest price. When I left, he noticed that I was overcharged from what he had quoted me over the phone. He gave me a call, told me to come in so he could refund me the difference. Super grateful to have worked with such an honest sales person. Would recommend!

I was frustrated when I found this place, I had been given the runaround a few times about what was wrong with my car. And that I needed a front end alignment. When I got there I was told that the alignment would be about an hour and a half. A bit later, they called me and told me that my tires were extremely bald and that was what was making my car pull to the left so hard.. and if he did do the front end alignment that my car was still finna pull .First I was angry because I wasnt sure if he was right.. so I went and I got four new tires and most of the pulling stopped I was surprised he was honest..So I decided to go back because he was nice enough to tell me that my tires were bald instead of just giving me the alignment and my problem would have still existed.. So I have to thank James Lovelace for not only being honest with me but keeping your word on the price I paid exactly the amount I was told at the beginning no hidden costs. The building was clean. friendly staff, easy to find and I would definitely recommend taking your car, you invest money into to.. RNR tire express. They also have some really nice rims they also do financing so I gave this a 5 starts for a few reasons ..thank you again ..truly...

Unhappy with my recent rim and tire install from a local tire shop I reached out to Joshua in hopes to remedy the situation. He told me to come in to discuss my options. He showed me pics and set me up with the right fitment for my Accord Touring. It transformed my car 1000%. Not only was i amazed at how aesthetically pleasing it turned out to be but he managed to squeeze me in that same day. I was totally satisfied and cant stop smiling everytime i look at my rims.
