Were super friendly. Theyre in the process of moving to a new location so no furniture to sit on inside while waiting. The desk lady for me an office chair to use, since i was waiting there.

Was traveling through Norfolk (working there for about a month and a half as a road construction truck driver) when the starter went out on my older Toyota). I called around to get quotes from a number of the auto repair business in the area.When I called Full Throttle they gave me a quote of $100 or more cheaper than the other auto repair services in town.Don was able to work on it right away. They go above and beyond to help you and if it doesnt need to be fixed they wont fix it and theyll explain everything to you. Theyre not out to take your money and they have great prices and great customer service.

I was quoted one cost for repairs and when I got the car back it cost me $200 more than I was told. Was $560 cost $745.

Price you get on the phone is not what you pay. I just paid 115 for a 30 minute job. Was quoted 90
