Lauren at the service bay was awesome! I had my Ranger in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since my Ford was purchased at Priority the oil change was complimentary but Lauren asked me if I had a Ford Pass account...I do and she was able to use some of my points to cover the tire rotation...nice! I waited on site (about 1 hour) in a clean, quiet customer lounge.

Martha was very accommodating and provided specialized customer service to me. I was going out of town and the shop would be closed when I returned. Invoice was left in the car and I was able to pick up my car using my spare key. Martha called multiple times to update me. She is awesome!

I got lucky when I dropped my vehicle off with Martha the other day.I know that sometimes, I can be a very particular client. However, she was always pleasant and courteous when working with me. I dropped my vehicle off overnight to be serviced and inspected. I was able to pick it up the following evening with no hassle.I was able to speak to the service manager, too who was respectful for our entire interaction. I do appreciate good and honest service. Especially with the predisposition many have about women bringing their cars to be serviced. So glad I’m able to have the “Priority for Life” package so that I can continue bringing my vehicle here for maintenance and inspections.

I dropped my car off at 8:00am today, here it is 4:15pm and I just received a text that my vehicle is ready. I asked how long it would be when I got there to drop my car off and the response I got was “a couple hours.” After 5 hours I called and asked what was going on, which of course the lady that was supposed to be helping me wasn’t available.. she called me back and gave me the run down, said it would be another hour to hour and a half.. 3 hours later and it’s finally ready.. I don’t know what the hell is going on down there, but you should really instill letting customers know what’s going on so this kinda thing doesn’t happen.. no way in hell that this took 8 hours to do..

If your going to get your car serviced at a Ford dealership then you need to come here!Great customer service! The customer reps at this location look directly at you when you speak, let you finish your sentence before responding, and update you on the status of your vehicle periodically, The bottom line is they treat you like a real person! Trust me that counts.I went to the Ford dealership in Chesapeake and I recieved the exact opposite there. Ill never go there again! Ill be coming here for now on.The facility is clean, spacious, comfortable, and offer freshly brewed coffee.Car was done in a timely manner and they educated me on how some engine components work, assuring me that those conditions are normal. Two thumbs up!

The worst experience I have ever had at priority Ford. I made an appointment two weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. So I dropped my car off at 11:00am. It is now 2:04pm and my car just went into the shop at 1:55. I was told at 1:09 that my car was next in line and would be ready in an hour, meaning 2:09. I just received a text at 2:05 saying that it is in the shop. This is ridiculous and priority Ford will NEVER get my business again. There is absolutely no reason that a SCHEDULED oil change and tire rotation takes almost 3 hours to complete an appointment. Thanks for nothing priority Ford.

Great price in the new Ranger I had been looking for. Bought sight unseen on-line, was exactly what I expected when I showed up to do the paperwork and drive it away. Smooth process (so far, havent gotten the out-of-state plates yet, but only been 3 days;-).

I arrived on a day when parking was very limited - I circled the building a couple of times before I found an open spot across from the service doors. As soon as I parked, an associate walked over to tell me that I could not park there. I told her that the only open spots were handicapped spots - and she told me to just park in a handicapped spot because nobodys going to say anything. I hesitated, but did as she asked. Before making myself comfortable there, I wanted to quickly speak to an associate inside about the parking situation to see of they had any other ideas. An associate inside loudly told me she cant help about the parking dillema and to go figure it out, and I had only realized that I had forgotten my mask when she mentioned it, so I told her that I can go back to grab my mask. Rather than leaving it at that, she decided to go on a rant about the mask and how rude I was to be in there right now. I responded that I had only forgotten, that I was going to get it, and that I didnt plan on sitting inside without one - all i wanted was a quick answer about parking. I went back outside to grab my mask and found another associate who was very helpful and told me he could move the cone to park where I had originally parked. At this point, the lady inside was making side comments about how shes just the *whatever her job title was* and her job is just to check people in and enforce the mask mandate (still talking about the mask, even though at this point I had one on). I decided to just leave and make an appointment with the Toyota location. Client facing workers need a little class if they want people to come back - this particular lady acted with none at all.

We really like the service at Priority Ford. Friendly and honest service. I had trouble getting drinks out of the vending machines and one of the car salesmen came over to see what the problem was and he bought us drinks. That was so sweet.

I recently went in to do an appraisal/trade in and the entire process was uncomfortable. At first, I was going to request a refund because of the runaround they were giving me, but then they conveniently were able to expedite the process and I needed a car almost immediately. Almost immediately after purchasing my vehicle, my engine light came on and would not go off despite them saying the vehicle and the engine was carefully inspected by their service members before handing it off to me (I caught them slip up later and said that their team members couldve made a mistake. These mistakes could potentially put mine and other drivers around me lives at risk). The odometer also had a different reading than what I signed off on. The salesperson accidentally mentioned that while I already put money down on the car and was ready to sign the deal, they had other people test driving the car, adding hundreds of miles on the vehicle. I understand I should have been more careful through the car buying process - usually I am much more diligent- but it seemed like a good deal and I have had few problems with priority before. Theyll do whatever to protect themselves, not actually have the interest of their clients. Oh and to top it off, the salesperson lost my debit card in the store, never updated me on if they found it, and I had to order a new one from the bank :))) Needless to say, I will no longer be doing business with priority anymore. I suggest buying at checkered flag instead. Their prices are rivaled better, they are not commissioned based so they will not try to scam you, and the process is a lot smoother. I traded in the vehicle I just purchased with them and got an even better deal, and it only took a couple hours vs the days of runaround priority was giving me. Just happy I was able to get out of the deal, dont let them try to get over on you! If you choose to buy there, ask every question under the sun and if they try to rush you then theyre just looking for their quick buck and not actually putting you in a safe and satisfying vehicle. I know that sounds like common sense, and I may be younger than the average buyer, but I know quite a few people will fall for their antics if they dont know what its like to consistently buy a car. Just for reference this is my third time buying a car.

As a loyal customer for years. I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I had my inspection done and all my tires passed at Priority Ford. Im pregnant and my tire just popped and they said it was because my tire was bald but they just passed me which is upsetting. They set my appointment up for 9am and said it would be an hour and they had my tire in stock. I wait and ask for an update at 1045 and Katie said it would be another hour because they dont have the tire and it needs to be picked up-At 1145 I check back and she said the place lost power and they cant get the tire off the rack. So they gave me back my car and said they will call when they get the tire in. Bottom line, they shouldnt have passed my tires, they shouldnt have set me up for a 9am appointment if they werent ready for me, and they shouldnt have kept me waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room with no updates on ETA.

I would not recommend anyone doing business with this dealership, after test driving a ford f 150 and having them give me a value on my trade in we began talking numbers and they printed out a invoice of what the deal would be with my trade in, after looking over the paper there was a 1500$ charge for cpo certified preowned and 500$ for a transportation fee this is a 101 dealership scam. Your not responsible for paying any kind of transportation fees, i did not ask them to transfer this truck from one of there other dealerships to this one the truck was already on the lot before I had ever seen itand the cpo is already in the list price of the vehicle. Its not an option it is what it is and the list price will show thats it cpo I know this because Ive bought new, used and certified preowned. And have never paid any kind of made up additional expenses. This was a scam that I called the manager out on after I refused to pay them and was about to walk out the door and the sales man said wait let me get the manager and the manager immediately tried to tell me this is normal and once he realized Im not your average simpleton said he would take the 2 grand in extra bull s### off but I said I dont want to do business with you do to ethical reasons. Ive bought 7 cars in my life and never had a dealer try to slip in 2 grand in made up expenses hoping the buyers dosnt know any better. Stay away. I dont trust them or there inventory. Whats funny is when I said your trying to scew people over to the manager the sales employee chuckled I then said its really not funny and hes like yea
