Great service. Took care of my issue when I just dropped in. Thank you
The owner Kevin is the most honest and well priced mechanic around! Super happy with the car I purchased from him and all his services the past few years. Best place around by far!
Called after 5pm and was expecting voice mail, but Kevin answered and was great. He picked up my car early the next morning and had it back to me the same day! Awesome honest service!!
Great honest mechanics who if it can be fixed inexpensively do it that way.
I was very happy with the work I have had done. My car was repaired at an honest and affordable price with prompt service. I have recommended them to my friends and family.
Small shop, second generation family-owned for 35+ years with little or no advertising. Having a successful business for that long on word of mouth and reputation speaks for itself. Fantastic down to earth people, great clean work, super fair prices, no gimmicks or hard upsells. The owner donates a lot of his personal time to charitable causes. This is the kind of operation and people I am happy to support by taking my business there. Best mechanic Ive found in 20 years. Highly recommended!
Ive been taking our cars here for years and am happy to be a customer. Great service all around always - highly recommended!
Family owned and operated for over 30 years these people give you honest work for a fair price. Excellent mechanics, towing services and reputation
The ABSOLUTE BEST!

I am well aware that everyone is going to ignore this review because all the others are great and youll think this is a personal thing, but I implore you to at least hear me out. I bought my first car from Norfolk Auto. $3000 for a 1997 Chevy Lumina with low mileage. A little above KKB, but it was a decent car. Within days it was leaking gas, so I brought it back to them. Under the Lemon Law they had to fix it, no charge. Great, but then it starts leaking gas again. This time they get to charge me. I have it for 2 years, each time something goes wrong, I bring it back to these guys. Then it starts overheating. Turns out there was a crack in the engine allowing oil and coolant to mix, a common problem for this model of engine, but super expensive to fix. But I get it fixed, because what choice do I have? Im in college and need that car to get to work, and lets be honest, it was cheaper to fix than to buy a new car. Well, 2 weeks later, wouldnt you know, Im stranded on the side of the Route 24 exit ramp from 140, with my engine spewing a toxic sludge of coolant and oil, all mixed up. They charged me an arm and a leg, and nothing was actually fixed. The car was a goner, and I ended up getting a 2003 Pontiac Vibe. I go for an inspection and Midas tells me that theres serious rusting on the exhaust system, and it was pretty much liable to fall off any day. So I take it to Norfolk Auto for a second opinion. A busted gasket they say, $50 and Im on my way. 3 days later my exhaust system falls off the car, and Im sitting in a Wendys parking lot at midnight, trying to reattach it with bungie cords so I can get back to campus. I get the exhaust fixed elsewhere, and drive my car with no problems until last week, when suddenly the engine was sputtering and I feel like Im going up a particularly jerky roller coaster hill. It gets to a point where the car is undrivable, and when AAA arrives, I, like an idiot, have them tow it to Norfolk Auto. 2 days later Ive still heard nothing, despite asking them to call me before doing any work. So I call, and lo and behold, they say nothing it wrong. Great! I pick it up, and in the parking lot of Norfolk Auto, my car is sputtering. But they told me nothing was wrong, and honestly, I know nothing about cars. So I drive home. But the next day on the way to work, I cant get my car above 25 mph, and its shaking so violently that Im getting seasick. So I took it to Daleys. And what do you know, it needs a cylinder. Frankly, the mechanic tells me, I cant believe it was driving at all. And here I pledge that that was the last time I will ever take a car to Norfolk Auto, and if youve stayed with me this far I will say this: when your kid is buying their first car, take them to Norfolk Auto. Get a good deal on a decent old car. But take it somewhere else to get thoroughly checked out. And when its dead on the side of the road, tow it somewhere else.
Great locally owned and run shop.
They are the BEST! They have bailed me out of many problems over the years, I highly recommend them!
