Had a fantastic experience here. I stopped off on a return road trip to see if I could find a tire to keep in my trunk as a spare. They had the exact year make and model as my car and not only that, I had my 15 month old Great Dane with me and they let him walk back with us to pull the tire. My dog was a bit of a celebrity! I would highly recommend U Wrench It! They have all sorts of cars to pull from and the staff are courteous and professional. I’d give them more than 5 stars if Google would let me!

When I first went to u wrench it it was very reasonable. Now the owners and staff are just greedy. Its cost just as much for used parts as new ones. Check your prices before you go there.

I found what I needed for a fair price. All the cars are well stock. Easy and fast to find any car that you are looking for. I have went several times and I most of the time I find what I need. Plus is a place to spend the weekend when you are bored. Dont forget to bring your own tools. They got all kinds of cars you will find anything that you are looking for

Tried to get rid of a junk car and they offered me a deal for it. 2 days in a row Ive been waiting on them to get my car and nobody came. Called the business and driver multiple times but to no results. Driver never even responded, either. Do not give them anything because they will waste your time.

UWrench purchased my totaled vehicle, through a third-party website. This was a very smooth, clean transaction. They quoted a price, stuck to it, and paid cash. The front office person and the tow driver who picked up my car were both very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Most courteous workers, best prices, of any yard Ive been to in past decade. They make junkyarding fun. Well worth the 6 hour round trip drive.

Great place. Obviously if they have your part will be hit or miss, but prices are fair and staff is nice. Lot is pretty clean and not muddy like some places.

Good place, much better than the pull a part nearby. The employees are friendlier. The facility is nicer. They have a good inventory and usually more likely to find what I need.Only thing I would definitely like to see come back is parts pricing on their website. You have no idea what youre going to pay for something until you go to the work to pull it off and take it to the checkout. Used to be able to check on my phone to see how much the part was. Kinda discourages you from buying extra stuff you didnt come for which is a disadvantage on their part.

Employees are selling trans and engines while the customers are waiting for the cars to come out in order to get the parts, when the cars come out they come out without the parts customers need. They are making their own profit off the trans and engines, while loyal customers are missing out. This used to be a good place but not since they starting putting out empty shells........Would like to speak with the owner please send me an email [email protected] thanks in advance.

They make up pricing based on what they think they can get off of you.Reply: yall literally took your prices down from the website and on site so you could charge whatever you want....

Your lazy workers don’t want to admit people after 4:30 then you should change your hours to 4:30 and not waste people time and gasoline coming here..I went to pull a part and the open until 5:30 pm that could have been money for you

You wrench it was the best place that I have ever been for a car auto they had Friendlys service with a smile and making me feel comfortable and at home it was almost like a family event I love you wrench it more than Pull-A-Part any day

This place is a lot more organized and helpful then pull a part. I was able to find multiple vehicles of the same kind that I was looking for and left with all I needed. The parts also come with a warranty.

Employees are trash. Let me walk away without checking box and then took a part I already had in the box and said that since they didn’t check the box before I left, they can’t let me leave with it. How hard would it have been for them to call me and say, “hey wait I didn’t check your box”. I’ve never been here before and didn’t know the procedure. Don’t go here because they are obviously incompetent. 😂

I just left You Wrench It, in Norcross.Great experience. Most especially Tammy, who pleasantly greeted us, and thoroughly explained how it works.They had wheelbarrows to borrow, water, free hot dogs, a waiting area with a television, an excellent map showing locations of the vehicles grouped by manufacturer.Again, thumbs up to Tammy.

U Wrench IT has come night and day from where it was at in the prior years. The staff is outstanding they always go above and beyond to help all customers. The showroom is extremely clean and has the feel of a real retail showroom. The yard must be one of the cleanest yards in the state. The inventory is great always find what your looking for and if you do not the cashier even ask you what you were looking for. Coming into to U Wrench IT you get that real welcome feel . I highly recommend coming in and checking the place out. You wont be disappointed!

I Work for U WTENCH IT for 10 months ! Never once got even at least a 25 cent race when I was promised a raise after 90 days of employment .they tested us daily to see if we knew our car parts adequately never once did I score under a 95% test average but still was unable to require for a race .very unprofessional & Horrible management skills from the general manager ken . Not to mention with in such short periods of time he fires people left and right I highly do not recommend this work establishment.

I love this place and the staff if very friendly. I think most of the complains about the place are from people with attitude (you can see it in the comments), and I can understand why that would result in a negative experience.I always come in with a smile and am rewarded back with the same smile from staff. They change the inventory frequently, which is good as there is always more fresh parts to pick from. Pricing is good for the most part, and when I happen to get a part which is not as expected/ not working, I had no issues on returning it for store credit.One suggestion I would make, is have the website reflect what engine + transmission each vehicle on yard has (like their competitors next door), and not only the make, model and year. I had two trips to the yard already (I am 50 min away from it), and from all the cars that match the description, none of them were my engine and transmission which I needed parts for, so I went home empty handed.

This place is the best if you want to junk your car. The manager is cool and I would recommend getting your vehicle towed so you can get top dollar

Make sure you wear boots, that gravel they use is slippery. And if you gotta pull anything heavy, its all up hill on the way back inside. Core charge on everything too. Still, not a bad place. Cant expect too much from a junkyard.Although, this is the first one Ive ever been to that has a restroom, with gojo in it, and it was actually clean.

Overall a pretty good experience, they had the car I was looking for and pricing was rather reasonable. It was a bit irritating that they only take cash for the entrance fee. I had to go to an atm so I could pay this fee to enter.

I bought a battery and they charged me $60 based on the advertised sign attached. When I told them that 47 + tax minus 10 for core makes it $40 and not $60, the manager told me the sign was wrong and he put a price that he felt was right at that moment. I expect a response or I take it to the higher authority. it is not about $20.

This was first experience at a junkyard in Georgia. Heck the last time I visited a junkyard was in my twenties, back home in DC. Anyway, my search for a Rim & tire for P195, 65 R15 sized tire was long and tiresome. AT LAST! SUCCESS! The beautiful African-American customer service, with the curly hair, (Sorry I didnt get your name) was very helpful and extremely kind. I would have given five stars had the short Asian woman (Sorry no name) didnt insistently harass me to check my bags, even when my shopping experience was incomplete.I know the importance of controlling shrinkage in business, but her demeanor and approach is off-putting to consumers. I would advise her when she approaches customers it would be wise, to alert patrons of the policy, because being offensive and evasive will affects peoples perception of customer service. Ultimately, thanks for your help! (Dark -complexion customer service male, was very supportive well! Kudos. Thanks for teaching how to read tire size!

Just got a good deal and didnt even leave the lobby. Glad they can check inventory at the front desk before you enter. Staff super friendly. Will return in the future for needs.

It was my first time there and staff is really nice. I walked in and they printed off the row i needed to look in. I went back out to get tools and they offered a wheel barrel for transport. Paying was hassle free. Will def be back.

***upon my visit on 3/31/18..I was greeted with a smile by a young lady at the counter named Tammy. she was very courteous asked what kind of car I was looking for, to check inventory. she printed a list of the cars and the location on the lot.I thought cool. her co-worker Julie spoke with a smile also.And there was another co-worker who offered me water or snack, so I ask for her name and Tammy said Rosa very nice...And the prices are competitive too...future customer***keep it up!

Well their part prices are reasonably fine. unfortunately if you are a black male and carrying your tools in a bag be prepared to be searched and almost strip searched without warning or request. I visited the place on 24 Dec and regrets the experience. Next time I will sue them for racial profiling.

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS.They told me that they had a part, a certain transmission. I got there and they charged me and my son a dollar each to enter their precious junk yard only to not find the transmission that we needed. We could not find the part. The junkyard is an EPA disaster where people drain motor oil, transmission fluid and antifreeze on the ground. I would not dare going under one of their jacked up vehicles. They put their junk cars on wheel rims on edge - three of them and to remove a transmission, we are to crawl under this??? Where is OSHA when you need them. I hate OSHA but they need to go to U Wrench It in Norcross, GA and they could find hundreds of violations.Thats about it. If you want to get bent over and get something real big inserted into your back side, go to U Wrench it in Norcross, GA. Me personally, I will NEVER go back.

Im an employee at u wrench used auto parts in Norcross GA and not to toot my own horn, i explain and try to educate customers with interchange information and where the cars are located. Not to mention i am the only African American female that works there and i also speak Spanish which always shock & surprise the customers. I give great customer service and treat everyone equally. I entered the yard to purchases 2 motors one 4 cylinder engine and one 6 cylinder engine but forgot one bag of my tools at home so wasnt able to pull the engines so I proceeded to check out with the parts I did have but this Michael failed to do his job by checking my tool bag all the way so when I proceeded to check out this rose or rosa wanted to check my bag so I let her and she found nuts bolts two junk brake pads and then tryed to accuse me of stealing my own junk in the bottom of my tool bag from various projects this place is a joke I then asked to speak to a manager and all he said was Im sorry I cant do nothing but take ur name so I can have ken call u but carron took my number but 5 days later still no call I give this place no stars if I could

They have a good selection of cars here and the prices are reasonable for parts. However, DONT use a credit card or debit card to pay for your part. Bring cash only. There is a $1 cash entrance fee per person and then whatever fee for your part itself when you leave. Pay cash only for your part. I learned the hard way. This place has mostly foreigners working there - they seem to be Mexican. There was a young foreign girl who was the cashier that checked me out, probably in her late teens or early 20s. I can only assume that she double-swiped my card (one for the legit transaction and one through a card skimmer to steal my info) because about a week or so after using my credit card here, a fraudulent charge was declined by my credit card company. They obviously sent the card info to someone in another country who attempted to charge $7.11 to LINEA CINEMEX COMPLEJO which is some kind of foreign movie theater. I got a foreign transaction fee for it, as well. Disputed it with the credit card company and they had to issue me a new account. Learn from my mistake - pay CASH only.
